I cannot get this one , or the rear wheel drive circle one.. They are the only 2 gold licenses I don't have #
For the circle, stick as close to the rumble strip as possible, and don't gain any speed over 100 or you'll spin, I think the sweet spot is 93-94 KMH/H
Now help me with the 1,000 M and we'll call it evens
Oh I wish I could, I've tried handbrake, slide with no handbrake, adjusting length of brake distance over and over again.... Just can't get this one!!
Don't stress too much. The devs have said that they think this time might be too fast to be possible. I do see that one of you have successfully done it. Awesome job! The required time may change, however, with the next update.
@GPS saaaaaaame I've just given up for now, trying to beat baracus's time on yamagata for now XD @AudiR8cer good, should be roughly 28 secs. I can do that... Just. I really loved the slalom licenses, especially the RWD one. Can we get auto cross tracks aswell?
Actually,I'd say the times are manageable, the problem is with the braking after almost full stop car starts to strangely roll a bit,and it kills up to 200 milliseconds,am I the only one who spot that?
I am braking at 850, then at 900 pull the E-brake. This slows me down enough to then spin 180 degrees, killing almost all forward momentum. Then I apply the regular brake again to stop rolling. I cannot seem to break 28 seconds though. I have done this 10 times just this afternoon without hitting the walls. One time, I did this process just before 800 and I stopped a few meters shy of the end zone. By the way, I did finally get gold in both slaloms and the circle track in the S2000 today. These 3 events were challenging me as well. So now I have all license tests at gold except for the infamous Intermediate #1!!!
Congrats, #1 is so damn evil. The rest are okay and easy once you spot the pattern (on slalom I got 18:717 for evo and 19.3 dead for S2k)
So I took the plunge for the coin doubler. Hopefully the game will continue improving as it has done until now. Btw, am I the only one to notice the game says amatuer everywhere instead of amateur?
I know what you mean. It's like the brakes lock up then car lurches forwards when it gets traction again. I was convinced the trick to getting gold on 1000m was to predict that lock up right near the end and briefly let go and reapply the brakes to avoid it. Still haven't managed it though! I'm stuck for gold on RWD Circle also!
Stay to the inside line and don't accelerate visciously. Don't try it because you will lose all the speed you gained and then lose some more 94 KMH/H is a good speed to be at And btw... Check AR official and forest path evo (Stock) time XD
Sometimes I ever-so-slightly brush up against one of the walls while in the end zone, without crashing and instantly failing the test. This helps prevent me from lurching forward but I have not yet been able to do the entire test in under 27.993.
Wow, good times in the Evo chaps! I was driving my NSX-R tonight (winks @ gps) Evo challenge accepted!
