Weird how he talked to his "friend" but he says nothing about his conversation. Nothing like, "oh this is different from the DS" or "oh yeah this game is totally awesome" or "oh I got to play this game". No one really wants to know if it's going to be out tomorrow or Tuesday, we already solved that issue. The issue that's HEAVILY talked about on this thread is whether it's a DS port and so on and so forth. So anyways, speak to us! I'm dying to know more about this game but of course, Gameloft is so secretive about their games/release dates/etc. Really hope it's not a DS port because I've heard HORRIBLE stuff about that particular game. Anyways, go on TA when you get the chance and answer our honest questions before tomorrow Thank you very much. @arta It only LOOKS like the same game. Compared to the X360 Assassin's Creed, that looks terribly linear. And I think that's a pretty accurate gauge of what the gameplay will be like, seeing as the health system for enemies and graphics seem to be similar. Oh well. The screenshot of Altair walking past two civilians seem to indicate that it's more open world that HoS, though. Hope for the best.
I cant really say anything until its release. But it was submitted a while ago so it should be approved by today. So long as apples approval process doesnt act like an ass. It was also hinted to me that its not a direct port of the ds version and gamelot tweaked it a bit to make it "better"
Looking at that video, I can't really see why this would be criticized while Hero of Sparta sells so well. Of course they can't port a 360 game over!
Because it has 'Assassin's Creed' on its name. Similar to MGS Touch. As a simple shooting game, it's great, but as an MGS game, it's not If this is called King of Persia or something, maybe people wouldn't be so critical.
haha, King of Persia. Add that to the long list of Hero of Sparta (God of War), Rolando (LocoRoco) and Let's Golf (Hot Shots Golf). Gotta love the variation in the names, and you have to respect their level of excellent mimicry.
in my opinion i dont think this will come out today or tomorrow. I think it would come out on friday or next monday the least. The thing i want to know is, when was this submitted?
well, gameloft said they wanted to release it early this week, but look what happened to Oregon trail and lets golf...
This game for the DS was BS, no rhyming intended. Action was cool but the platforming was absolutely sh**tious. Seriously. It was bad. And no I did not just invent a cuss word!
