No I think canabalt is waaaay overrated too. Not that I have it; I tried the flash game on my computer and then decided it's not worth wasting three bucks just so I can keep tapping the screen to jump. What a waste of money
I've been playing the games since it's initial short release and have enjoyed it thus far. Although I think the type of fonts used during the script can be improved..
i didn't buy assassin creed for the iphone but i think that assassins 2 is overrated not in the price (10 bucks for a decent game with a very good graphic) but in the assassin creed brand..yes. just take a look at its avg score at gamerankings for its ds version (remind that this is a port for the platform with something more)..it's a 71. so ac is not a supergame but still a good one..but imho you can get more value from your money in the appstore.
Basically, what you're saying is not that the game is overrated, but that, with 71% reviews for the DS version (and similar reviews for the iPhone version), the game is actually correctly rated. I still don't see the point of this thread.
You have already made it explicitly clear that you do not like this three. No one is asking you to comment on it. Do not feel obligated to keep repeating your obvious disdain for this thread. If all you can do is criticize, then please leave this thread

Not to cricticize the thread. And not to criticize the game. Simply to state how u feel about the game. And the games price has already been slashed.
Seeing a lot of criticism for tge game going on sale around the site.....all of a sudden not so many ppl gushing about the game...
what i'm saying is that AC is a nice game itself but at 9,99 $ you can buy a couple of games that are better,and even at 6,99$ probably. the point of this thread (i think) is to share your opinion about this game..even if there is an official one in the game releases topics
Judging by some of the app store reviews, assassins creed is a poor game. Hearing a lot about the poor camera angle (which, coming to think of it, is definitely a worthy criticism). Also hearing a lot about how difficult it is....I never found it that hard, but I just hacked my way through the levels
I personally am really bad at Assassin's Creed 2 but still, I think it's quite hard actually. I am only in Zaragoza in Spain where I have to find all the other Assassins and I only have the game for about 3 weeks!
