Universal Asphalt 8: Airborne - (by Gameloft)

Search for the Asphalt 8 wiki. There you can find prices for max upgrading cars. Some are crazy expensive and others more affordable.

 

I'm trying to get the best cars for each class lol. Just got the Jaguar XJ220S by farming with double credits for a couple hours. 11.6k credits per run is so nice, I wished the x2 credits effect was permanent. Next up, Trion Nemesis!

 

I'm buying the best non-tunable cars, because I don't like racing 3 races and having the car unusable for 2 hours because it has to be re-tuned...

 

I'm still a noob to this game but I personally can't see a use for them beyond daily events and multiplayer which is 4-5 uses a day at most. What do you use them for?

 

The Trion Nemesis is amazing. The handling is superb, and at 3-3-3-3 it's already faster than Max+Pro Huayra. I tested it out on the Tuesday event and got ALL race rewards in a single try with no powerups.

 

Looks like gameloft servers are down. I can't access events or collect mastery rewards.

 

They're working now.

I wonder what counts as a McLaren Racecar, I own the 12c spider and I can't get into the new season.

 

I guess they're talking about the F1 racercars, the one in the new icon

 

I just ment this thread...used to be filled regularly. I think with the introduction of elite cars and token only upgrades for some cars killed off the interest of a lot of A8 veterans.

 

What is error 31001 and why does it show up when I try to access the MacLaren championship? I doubt it has anything to do with connectivity issues because I'm able to do TLEs without problems.

Edit: issue seems to have resolved itself, although I'm now worried I might not to complete the entire thing in time.

 

Looks like the update removed all traffic from Huayra Mastery 14. Farming becomes even easier.

 

I get it each time I have new Tires. Force quitting the game, and relaunching solves it.

 

McLaren Championship issues

Last night, I had about an hour before the McLaren Tires were refreshed, and saw the 'Get free tires' video button. Note the "s" in Tires. I watched the video, and got 1 Tire. Those that went to grammar school will notice a problem, 1 tire is not tires. I did the race, and found that the video had reset the Tire delivery time back to 8 hours.

This morning, I finished the last Grand Finale race, but didn't get the car. The UI indicates that I've done 7/8, but each of the 8 location's Grand Finale races are marked gold Guess I'm hoping that running a few more secondary goals will have it realize that I've indeed finished. Anyone else have the same issues?

I'm trying for the R&D car for real this time, wonder if there's any tips to ensure my success rates. Like what upgrades do I need etc.

 

First upgrade with money. Then invest free upgrades you get playing in max speed. In any case, don't put expectations too high, since my calculations are you have to fully upgrade the car to get it for free, plus unlock early the drives, or pay for keys, or you won't have time to get it.

 

Do you mean I have to Max+Pro the car or will maxing it be sufficient? I'm guessing extra keys will be needed because multiple tries will be needed to complete Lab 04 missions?

Currently I'm at Lab 02 with 3 missions completed, car is 1-3-1-2 with pro upgrades 1-0-2-0.

 

Maybe just maxed is okay, but I'm just assuming. Never got one car through tests. You have to be good at it too
