I dont think citreon survolt fully upgraded will match up with mercedes benz silver, but i aint upgraded it yet, so dont know. But lightning will outperform it easily, in my opinion, but its driver skills after all.
The timings in most of the races are old timings, as i am still progressing in game, but just did 1 race till now, so you can expect some challenge from me.
The majority of mine are from first run through! I occasionally add a ghost if I am retrying an event for a No wreck star for example, as it makes me concentrate more!
Same here, but now i will start doing old races again to get batter lap timings, but time is always a constraint.
The Venevo vs FXX in Season 7 gives me an average of 3,300 and is 2:25... My Venevo has 3,2,3,2 upgrades so it's easy for the 1st position if you have learn quite good the track. I don't know if this is the best track for grinding (i have not unlock season 8 yet) but this is what i use for now!
My Veneno has 3/3/3/3 upgrades and that's enoughttt! About the grinding, few pages ago there's a good options too!
The multiplayer is still being worked on. It'll improve as we update the game! Definitely. The Devs are definitely aware of the things going on in the multiplayer and are working on improving it. That's one of the key features I passed along in my community report. The Devs know it's a highly requested feature
Yeah, I agree with you. I am a very casual player, though I play a ton of different games for 10 minutes at a time. I thought this game might motivate me to try to be competitive in mp, but unfortunately, ghosts don't motivate me one bit cause it is so fairly much contiguent on how many hours someone has put into a game (number of ghosts, random good times, upgrades, etc). If there could be such a thing as mp with friends and with a level playing field (no upgrades count in these races), it would elevate this game from one of the best ios games, to possibly the best game on ios. Even if this mode was just for two players only, it would be rad, and might be one of the first games that got my competitive juices going. I play alot of sports, and love competition but ghosts and stuff like on RR3 like TSM just bore me, I know Gameloft Ryan has stated that he has presented the above to the devs, so I am hopeful.
TSM was sold as a "fantastic asynchronous MP experience", but in the end it's just adapting the times of the people to the routes of AI cars. Sure it's better than racing against AI's, but the "ghost racing" solution from A8 is much better IMO. In fact, the first thing I thought after playing against a ghost was that this is what RR3's TSM should have been: racing against a ghost from another player (with the routes chosen, accidents, etc.) and against 5-7 AI rivals at the same time. I've began grinding some races now to buy cars and get more stars. The best part is that grinding against ghosts is very, very enjoyable.
All excellent, thanks Ryan. The multiplayer in essence is not bad by any means and very competitive when racing cars in the same class. Its just some of the match ups, not all but some can leave one in a Ferrari F12 racing an Agera (for example) and that's just a race an F12 can't win. Unless the Agera racer can't race very well. Which sometimes happens Better equalised matches, though very difficult to do I would imagine, would certainly be a very welcome improvement.
Most definitely. These kind of tweaks are important so that players don't get frustrated by un-winnable (made up word combo?) match-ups. This is overly exaggerated, but it'd be lame to drive a Mini Cooper against a RUF RT 12 S. At a certain point, skill becomes irrelevant if vehicles are just that poorly matched. Hopefully this hasn't happened to anyone in game
Yeah, I agree, ghosts > TSM, but true mp with friends on a level playing field would by far be the best and cause me to want to compete. Ghosts though, a person that plays alot can just upgrade their cars to beat a player that doesn't play that much. So it really just favors people who play alot.
Not really. Track times are much more favorable to skilled players who know their tracks than cash rich and skill poor players.
Agreed! Now just imagine a VERSUS between: Ferrari F12 Berlinetta (Fully Upgraded) X Lamborghini Veneno (No Upgrade) Probably the best equivalent dispute in different classes of the game!
So you are saying for two closely ranked players, one with a fully upgraded car versus one with no upgrades, the one with the fully upgraded car wouldn't have a distinct difference? I am not talking about a newbie vs a veteran. Though, even in that case, I think a veteran since money is easy to earn on higher levels, just can go back to early stages and upgrade their cars to max, where a newbie struggling for money can not upgrade due to no money. But in any case, I realize things like track knowledge are very important to a8, but if races were done on tracks that were played like in stage 1, then track knowledge wouldn't be that big of a factor either. Anyway, there is a lot of factors, even some like random fast times, etc. I do wonder though how much a fully upgraded car vs one with no upgrades would do from a players of the same calibur and knowledge of tracks.
Honestly, this game gets a 'meh' from me. Too many IAP, too much gloss. It's pretty much the same game as 7.
It's nothing like A7, and if you'd actually played the game you would know that. IAP is unnecessary too, you won't need to spend any money to beat the game, so that's not really a valid point either.
Should I buy the Nissan GT-R (R35) or the Ferrari 458 Italia as my main B class car? Or should I save up just a bit more to buy the Shelby GT500? I'm alright with buying any of them, I just want to know which one will pay out better.
