PS: Can you change the card algorithm so that it gives cards that you need more easily? The way things are right now if you don't have a card in stock the chances to get it are very very low. LE: It seems I spoke too soon. Over 30 cheaters in top 100 of the Apex Cup.

Hey Fabien, the fullscreen ad for Gameloft's new sniper (yuck) game doesn't have a close/"X" button. So when it comes up, I have exactly two choices: 1) Tap the ad and get transported to the app store (switching back to Asphalt then shows me the ad again — it's an endless cycle) 2) Kill Asphalt by dragging it out of iOS's app switcher, relaunch Asphalt, and hope the ad doesn't come back I assume this is a bug? If not, it's a rather aggressive way of telling us we shouldn't play Asphalt anymore. -- EDIT: Fixed.
Fabien, what is the situation with the disappearing tokens problem, are you near a solution? Or is there any tip to reduce the possibility it will occur? Happened to me twice for a small amount of tokens, i know i can open a ticket, but it feels pointless since it can happen again. Also, it is important for me and i guess for many players to glaim our rewards without worrying or trying to take screenshots/videos every time. Thank you.
I lost 160 tokens from a Subaru TLE a few weeks ago, but the problem was quickly resolved via one (yes, just one!) message to customer service. Then my tokens from last weekend's French Guiana MP cup disappeared minutes after I claimed them...but they reappeared in my account after I played a Froot Loops game that popped up shortly thereafter. Still, there's something wrong with their servers right now, and they should try to fix it soon.
I lost 200 tokens from Thanksgiving cup, wrote to CC and after a week their answer was to write to them from ingame, which I did, but 6 days later still waiting for their reply.
Yeah. Never, ever try to contact CS about a problem using normal e-mail. By using the in-game option, they're able to know exactly which account to look at.
Career advice Hi all, Newbie here, looking for some advice for progression in Career Mode. In Class A, I have the Chevrolet Corvette C7 and McLaren 12C Spider, and in Class S I have the Lamborghini Veneno. These served me well until pretty much the end of Season 6. From Season 7, however, they started to become uncompetitive in their non-upgraded forms. What I would like to do is progress from my current 627 stars to somewhere close to 900. I currently have 220,000 credits to play with so I have some money to spend on at least one good car, or a partial upgrade. With the help of earning more credits, should I upgrade my current cars or should I buy some new cars? (I have quite a few pro kits available.) I was thinking of buying the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento and Ferrari FXX Evoluzione with the intention that they would last me all the way. Is this possible, or do I need something more expensive? The key factor I'm looking for is: in the long run, what's the cheapest way for me to progress? Also, is there some kind of table where I can see how much each upgrade costs and what the performance advantages of each upgrade is on each car?
I had taken a hiatus from summer through November when I started playing again. Got my Tuatara to full PRO now, it feels distinctly faster. This recent card change from 24H to 8H is big. I have my eyes on the 675LT, even have most cards, but I don't have enough patience to farm the 4.5M. Aventador was such a waste, 3M credits and I still haven't fully PRO'd 1744/1758 but keeps up extra double tanked and tuned.
@elucidate http://asphalt.wikia.com/wiki/Vehicles_of_Asphalt_8 My advice is to buy and max/pro the MB SL and Lykan, these are the best reasonable s class cars. As a plus the Lykan's Mastery 15 race is great for farming.
@Fabien Any news/info about version 2.1.2b just released for windows? What's the ETA on Winter update for Windows? Or how many weeks between ios and windows?
So, on Windows I'm getting token ads. And fuel refill ads. And lower banner ads. And forced popup ads. The problem? I'm also a paid customer. I've put 3 figures into the game in recent months. And, this is completely unacceptable. I'm perfectly find with opt-in ads. Ones that give me tokens and fuel refills. But as a paying customer, being inconvenienced in the same was as free customers is not acceptable. If this is intentional, then guess what - you've guaranteed I'm never going to spend another cent on the game, and will likely even use it as a good excuse to quit playing as soon as I've used up what I've paid for. If unintentional, then please make a statement, and get to work with a fix.
I would upgrade the Mclaren 12C to the maximum (costs are 364400 credits) and try to get into season 9 as quickly as possible. Then use the 12C for grinding/farming in season 9. @Fabien I'm having a similar issue as Sunfox. A few days ago I started receiving ads, refill videos and token videos on my low end Windows Phone but on my Windows PC I don't receive any ads or refills. How can I receive the refill ads on my PC? Can you fix this? I wrote to CC a few hours ago, this is my ticket id 10979587.
What's daily limit for token's video? Refill video has 24h cooldown? Oh, dear I bought Savage Rivale GTR and dawg is super expensive to max and pro it. I have these sweet V8 engines, advanced techs' but I don't have A cards. They became more rare than S and Legendary cards for me at least :| I'm looking for any free A class upgrades from masteries and whatsoever.
