Offer on Android has vanished in my account. Hours earlier than the counter was telling yesterday. Strange!
@Fabien This is what I was talking about with Android leaderboards being cut. On iOS/Windows, Top 25 get the Bentley but Android, it's the Top 12? Also, iOS/Windows get 200 tokens for Top 100 while Android, it's Top 50. You see the trend. This started with the latest update, will that be addressed and fixed in the next update? Thanks in advance
I also raised similar concern about getting biased treatment to ios users compared to android. It will be great to see reasoning and stick to top
@Fabien What's with all the cheaters in Bentley cup on Windows? Top 100 has more then 50% cheaters and I'm not on CB.
No Response For Error 500 Hi Fabien, I posted about this problem after you responded to CEJ's initial thread and even sent you a PM a week later but no response at all. It has been more than 3 months and 38 emails back and forth with CC and nothing has been done either. I was told the issue was known, sent to Devs, and will be fixed in the next update (which is here). I was told (many times) that my ticket was escalated since 2 weeks after the problem occurred and still being told that after 100+ days. I has been told that my compensation request is waiting for permission from above. With the many times my ticket was escalated, the person from above must be really high. Again, since you're looking into CEJ's problem, can you look into my similar problem. My ticket ID is 10294690. Thanks, TVNPryde Edit: My issue just got escalated again. Responding to say it has been escalated once a week for 3 months is not acceptable. Can you please give me a time frame for when I am going to get any conclusive response?

Fabien, see that issue in my doc related to CC. What TVNPryde is describing here is exactly the same (my cc communication was even 5 months long!). In most of the cases they don't really know what is going on. As customer one simply feels completly trolled.
Oh great another w16 apex cup...isn't this the third one in two months? I keep hoping for a v8 cup that Fabien said would be possible after the update apparently it is still a problem...I kind of doubt that ...I'm pretty sure they could make any cup whatever rewards they wanted!...Fabien v8 cup please!!!!!
@Fabien Thank you for listening and giving us a "chance" to win the 9ff again but if you look at the windows top 100 on any cup you'll see ~70% cheaters. If you want to give us a chance to win the 9ff, make an MP TLE in which at least Top 75 win the car.
Fabien, I'd like you to please go take a look at the Windows leaderboard for the W16 Apex. Don't ask me to post a screenshot. Don't ask me to go to the futile effort of reporting it. Just look. Based on iOS best times, a minimum of the top 29 here are cheaters, and we're only 13 hours in. Answer me honestly: should this situation exist? And what are you guys smoking that you DARE give a Top 10 prize tier? Yes, I'm aware that you're battling hacking programs on Windows (and note that the last update seemed to have zero effect on that). But that's NO EXCUSE for not checking and deleting the BLATANT and OBVIOUS cheaters manually in a timely basis. Cheaters who post in the top 50 without being triple boosted. Cheaters with cars hundreds of rank points lower than they should be. Cheaters with times 14 seconds faster than should be possible. Cheaters with their names in color (which you well know is impossible to do honestly on Windows). You're not even doing a BASIC level of cheat detection here, and that's a horrible insult to both honest players, and players who actually pay your company money! If you can't keep the cheaters out, then it NEEDS TO BE someone's job to review and prune the leaderboards. It's that simple. NO EXCUSES. EDIT: now that the cup is over, I'm sure gameloft will be indifferent to learn that the Top 42 on Windows are all cheaters, and that there's a further 7 obvious cheaters in the rest of the Top 100. And yet, they still create cups with Top 10, Top 25, Top 50 prizes, as if that isn't a huge "FU" to anyone but the cheaters.
Don't spend money on Asphalt 8. At this point in time, more than 2 years into its existence, it's really not worth it.
