Android TLE rankings/rewards cut vs iOS/Windows @Fabien We got a problem on Android that I would like to address. Starting last week with the pro kit Apex Cup, the rankings on Android for the rewards were significantly reduced in comparsion to iOS and Windows users. For example, Top 35 were rewarded the Expert Kit box on iOS/Windows while Android was Top 15. The rankings after that were cut in half for Android. It's like the rankings were cut for no reason. This is an issue that has put all Android users at an unfair disadvantage when compared to iOS/Windows users, who's TLE rankings and booster rewards are proper. Here's another example, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X cup has Top 50 win the car and Top 200 get 4 ETs for iOS/Windows, while for Android, it's Top 25 win the car, and Top 100 get 2 ETs. PLEASE fix this so Android users will have the same rankings as iOS/Windows users again. This is unfair to all players on Android...

@Fabien, I also have this server issue like CEJ for both of my devices (iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2). For 62 days, I was unable to access server-side items. It was a frustrated situation to be in and made worse by CC denying it, promising a fix in the next update that did came, and the run around when I requested compensation for it. Why 62 days? Well, on one glorious day, September 25th, I saw the token video finished refreshing on my iPhone and I went straight to the inventory and bought my first daily box in a long while. My iPad is still without access to any server-side stuffs or Multi-Players. Since you're looking into CEJ's problem, can you look into mine also. "Your ticket ID is 10294690" Thank you.
Have you tried other Wifi? try change DNS, or call your network provider to change your router configuration
"No reason"? From what I have seen, the level of competition on iOS is much, much more elevated than on Android. It's about time that winning prizes become an actual challenge for good players on that platform. Also, there are many more participants in any given cup on iOS, so I think Gameloft modifying the reward structure for Android is a sensible thing to do. Let's try an experiment, Justin. At the close of the S-class Alps cup tomorrow, take screenshots of the entire top 100 on Android. I will do the same for the iOS cup. Then we will compare times, and you hopefully will see why Gameloft deemed it necessary to cut down rewards for Android players. You guys have had it easy for far too long, in my opinion.

My Ticket IDs are as follows: 10287620, 10296010 and 10304877(also 10287617, 10287618, 10296006, 10296008). Please note that I stopped submitting more Tickets when I received a reply acknowledging the issue and confirming that your development team is working on a fix. I do have a list prepared of all the losses covering the period from 22nd July up to last Friday when I made my above post, which I was planning to send to one of your CC Representatives by email if I hadn't received a reply from you. Please also note that the number of currently private listed videos I have uploaded onto my YouTube channel showing the issue has now grown from the initially stated 50 to over 200. Timings are platform dependent that says nothing. The mixture of so different devices doesn't allow such smooth gameplay as on iOs. Unless there are not significantly more players that is no reason. I see 4.7M valuations in google play. How many has iOs?
Yesterday night, we have erased these suspicious times from the top 20 in the leader-board of this event . Since last night, anyone claiming his reward will get the proper one. If ever you claimed it before yesterday evening, please get in touch with our customer care team. Error 500: I have received a couple of testimonies and ticket numbers from you, I am starting to investigate. In the meantime, keep the feedback coming especially if someone got this issue solved out. @Zeremoniar: I am missing some letters from the tickets IDs that you have sent me.
thanks Fabien. I didn't actually lose out on any prizes, it was more to let you know what we see on the LB. as of now, the list of hacked times is certainly smaller than it was - whether some have re-inserted themselves again after your deletion, or it's new ones today, I don't know.
...as for the Mitsu Lancer cup (iOS), very suspicious team K-b have 12 of top 13 spots. I would attach a pic, but it's not letting me. I'm fairly confident I know what it is they're using, as are you I'm sure. they did the same to win cars in the last update.
Not "they." Every single one of those times was set by Rogar Guo/K-B_XYKB. He plays for all of his k-b teammates in these car cups. And when you factor in all of those Macedonian accounts, you've got a pretty dishonest top 100 leaderboard on iOS. I'm surprised that I'm still clinging on in the high 80s.
indeed. taking out the obvious cheats/sharers - itxiii/open, return, ANGER, Mr Macedonia - would give more honest drivers more of a chance. and sadly you've dropped into the 90s. luckily it's top 200 for the tanks, you should be okay for them (I hope).
Some good news for a change: - the game doesn't seem to crash any more when trying to quit and restart a race, at least for me - boxes every 8 hours on Windows
Finally 8 hours credit box on Windows. The game still crashes randomly but only after I start the game, that means in the first 30 seconds after I started the game.
Windows ####ed up again , Kiran killed your developers in 3 days I wonder if you are able to do your job or what... 3 days and new hack tool has been released for Windows desktop. i dont even want to ask why you dont care about your customers cause its pretty clear to everyone that you don't, but do you realize you are losing an impressive amount of moneys due to this shit? Like Elite team we were used to purchase tokens monthly and we stopped for obvious reasons, and 90% of WP users stopped as well. Are you a charity association since you dont care abot moneys? i simply think dat you get so much from other platforms and realized the game is near to the end, thats why you do nothing. I dont want to think your developers are useless like second hol ein the ass like it seems. We spent moneys , we have rights and you are just a bunch of scammers.
@Fabien Remember that car list I sent in the GL suggestions forums for A8? I got a revised list in case you and the development team are interested! I obviously removed the 570S, Subaru, and Huracan since you picked those for the latest update. I tried to shrink it down a little so it wouldn't be over 80 cars this time.....
