Hello, I need help, I can't install new version of Asphalt 8 on Windows 8.1 (x64). First I tried to update from old version and it didn't work. Then I tried to uninstall and install again, and I got a message that said that Asphalt hasn't been installed. I even formatted and try to install, but again same problem. I attach a screenshot.

Will be interesting to see the result of this, I had given up on buying it and considered the poor handling a $100 lucky escape lol. While on the subject of S class cars, you guys should really consider a top car to use the V10 engine on. I think I read somewhere about the Lamborghini Huracán using V10 although I'm not a car guy at all despite being obsessed with this game so I might be wrong. Lots of players are in the same position as me with a large stockpile of this engine card and no cars to use them on. It would be in GLs interest to hurry up with a car like this because if you take much longer many players will have an engine collection large enough to pro it immediately, which means less pro boxes being bought chasing it. Just a thought, hopefully you can pass it on. Lastly, can you announce here yet any progress on the player cups or if you've chosen for both? I've been trying to put together a longer message on cups in general and how I believe they can be improved for both the player and GL and why, I'm still working on it and will send to you privately when it's finished. I have replied to your message. Do you mean that you have missed the time frame to claim the P1 GTR while you could not open the game anymore? That would be the only reason why I could gift you with the car. I don't want to get the other players to be jealous (and that would already be a favor, as other players might also miss the time frame for some reason). I don't think that the error that you encountered is due to Gameloft. I can't gift the P1 just because of this error. If I misunderstood something, please let me know.

No, that wasn't the problem Fabien. I'm gonna try to explain better: I finished the cup at 16th place (Some hours later I was 17th and when I claimed I was 19th). any legit players left? Looking at the Rookie D-Class Cup, top 100. The first 50 players are under 50 sec on San Diego using non max'ed D class cars. With the latest car at 15000 tokens (one undrivable car for $99.99!), it seems like all the legit players have left the game.
You were placed on the cheaterboard because you participated in the Camaro Z/28 cup without owning the car. It's not your fault, but you'll probably have to contact customer service anyway.
indeed. as far as can be told, it's a problem for iOS users only, Android appears unaffected. Fabien - could you look into this, please. there are a number of reports of seemingly legitimate users suffering same, all iOS, all free-to-try. I've encouraged all users experiencing this to log via in-game system also. is similar to BMW M3 incident a couple of months ago (free-to-try car, legitimate users sent to CB). i did raise issue with Cc a couple of days ago, was initially told a "thorough investigation" indicated it was cheating activity that caused users to go on to CB, I bounced that straight back, and was assured it was being looked at again. but I've heard nothing since (last night). (edit2 - could you have a look at your forum's connectivity too, please. the last couple of days it's been offline much of the time, many 503/timed out messages. I've had to change away from Flato, which helps a little, but still getting timed out lots. and the lists of moderators does rather dominate the page, many hundreds are shown, just a few individuals, duplicated many times.) cheers rez

yes, the game servers did just go down. i think are back up now. but forum still unavailable (503/gateway timeout)
