Yes but don't forget, compensating players what they earned 'creates an imbalance in the game' because they have already paid out the prizes 2-3 times more than they intended to with the mass of hidden times abusing the multi account bug. I'm actually sickened when I think how much money I've given this company, and now I'm also stuck with an iTunes credit that was going to be spent on tokens before I decided enough was enough until some real changes happened. The funniest thing about all this going on today is that the top 50 of the iOS BMW barca rev cup is still populated almost exclusively by open/itxii accounts that are apparently already on sale on taobao yet dozens of normal players are getting bounced around the different leaderboards going on for seemingly nothing. Of course CC can't disclose what is going on 'due to (their) internal policies"...
A quick update, I got off the cheater board as I already had a ticket open with customer care so was further along the conveyor belt than the rest of you. Not that it did any good, as soon as I managed to find enough played to get a race started in the mptle I went straight back with the cheats in all the cups!!! Total fiasco. MEANWHILE the proper cheats are claiming prizes winning races in MP topping the leaderboards(both thr cheat one and the regular one) and GL are still denying its their fault and telling me to check my farking wifi !
Is that available on Tobago as well. Might as well and buy one of those accounts off summer or itixxii as well, GL seem to think it ok. Oh what a shambles.
I have a feeling that the next thing they'll tell you to check will be your phone. Once they have exhausted all options, they will suggest you to contact a local psychologist and see if you got any mental illnesses LOL. If nothing else works, then all we can do is to sit and watch cheaters claim all the prizes. It must be the best time of their lives! I mean, competing against fellow cheaters is really tiring, so it must be pretty refreshing for them to completely win the race against normal folks. I hope their temporary happiness gets met with a permanent ban.

Is that change supposed to be instantaneous? I just opened the game and the D-class and BMW 3 TLE leaderboards are still flooded with hacked times. However, something has changed with the BMW 3 multi-player event leaderboard (I've gone from 3000th place to 2200nd place, and now I see names that I wasn't seeing before on my Friend leaderboard).
guess they're working on iOS first (surprise!) also looks like the new account seller has been removed from the iOS BMW timed cup. itxiii still there though.
Maybe... my position hasn't gone down at all (in fact, every time I restart it gets worse by a few), so it's not like there's been any mass moving of other players faster than me.
Guys what do the regular iOS leaderboards look like right now? My D class cup has really odd times. Leaderboards I see look like this: D Class: 1st place currently is user, PK: time of 58:740 (I am in the 750-ish range on this leaderboard) M3 Multiplayer: 1st place is a Chinese user, 6818 points M3 Regular Cup: 1st Place is a Chinese user, 1:12:633 Are these the regular boards?
Still no change for me on IOS. Even have myself a ticket and an email from GL saying I'm a cheat and to get over myself lol. Wasn't sure if I wanted to spend more money on this game ... Easy decision now
One looks same (M3 regular), two others aren't. I see at p1: D class - Chinese chars, 1:26.790 M3 MPE - Chinese chars, 6859, last raced 3 hrs 28 mins ago M3 regular- 96...10...itxiii (Chinese chars), 1:12.633 time of 58 seconds in the Scion def not legit. hope things get sorted for you soon.
Yeah my regular M3 looks fine. My d class - they got rid of the 58 second time but the rest still looks messed up. Canadian flag player mid010 is #1. My M3 multi is still at 6818 for the first place Chinese player. I just sent a request to customer care. What am I going to do about the rewards when the d class cup ends in a few hours? Fabien can you help? I have never been put on a CB before, don't own an M3 either.
all I can suggest is take a SS of your lap time, so if you need to try to claim back from CC, you'll have a pic. in case the event disappears from your list... like you, I've not been on CB before, so don't know the mechanics of its operation.
