I get under 50 second hot laps in alps reverse with a zero boost 1714 tuatara, it's enough to keep up, but I feel sorry for beginners that wanna step up into the 1700+ fight against seemingly unstoppable 1800+ cars. I'd recommend beginners the Pagani Huayra, it only costs 6 S parts each, 8 V12s, 8 adv. tech, and 8 mid tech; reaching max pro much quicker than the Lykan. The rating is only 1701, but a perfect nitro at start would push this car past everything but the 1800+ cars because the nitro is huge and efficient. It's not a good car for extra tanks, which is good for beginners. Unfortunately it's a lot stronger than the FXX, Bugatti, and Agera R, so it never is allowed in those TLE where it would belong.
With tuning kits they have been since the 9FF... The huayra might beat a Rivale GTR. But it's only use is multiplayer
Locked in at over 3500 points in the amateur S to grab 23 cards. Top 100 is about 3750 points or above. I could have started earlier but then my eyelids... Nabbed 22 gray cards and 1 A card wheee. More techs coming yayyy
uh, Gameloft must hire a developer who speaks chinese, just look all those chinese accounts on the BMW M3 Cup showing advertisement on their nicknames about selling Asphalt 8 accounts on chinese websites, I guess then they use that money to spend it on the game and get Pro S class cars, that would be the only explanation how they Pro S class cars very fast, what a mess...

maybe you are on cheaterboard. Something is at present weird with the lb's. I am only with 64 in M3 Sedan mp. I can't see only part of the other drivers in the 2 other leaderboards, but I am not on a separate one, as some drivers are the same other see. Weird!
I doubt it... on the M3 main cup I see a very reasonable leaderboard with all the SC and Elite players I'm familiar with. But on the Rookie D-class, the times range from 1:01 to 1:14 in the top 100. With my 1066 Scion I'm scoring 1:34 with a pretty clean run (placing me 825+), and yet on the LB I'm seeing loads of double and non-boosted cars of much lower rank hitting in the 1:06 to 1:14 range. These aren't time-hack-style times either. I mean seriously, I don't see how it's legitimately possible to make up 20-25 seconds seconds on this, especially when I see an Elite member scoring 1:29 in a 1091 triple-boosted Scion on this very cup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uClTGmHzEU Ergo, there must be some WHOPPER of an exploit.
Hmm. With that said... multiplayer is NOT looking normal. And I just checked the iOS leaderboard, and it's looking fine (1:27+)... so WTF? All I've played since the S-class cup which I was definitely NOT on any cheaterboard is the M3 multiplayer a few times, and then done 6 runs in the D-class where I posted a pretty crappy time compared to the iOS leaderboard... how could that have stuck me on the cheaterboard?
top on iOS is 1:27.6. a good run on a single tank should be 1:31.x or thereabouts. can't imagine anything below 1:27.x being legitimate. I heard the s8 rev glitch only worked above a certain speed (ie you couldn't jump the fence), and this meant it wasn't possible in the Scion. maybe it is? Edit: but I would expect those that know the glitch to use it close to the end, for fear of being spotted by GL. my guess is you're seeing speed/nitro hack, Sunfox (but that's based on zero knowledge of such things).
it's not easy to get a good time in a slow car, I'm not far off your time with my first runs. and it's easy to lose a couple of seconds on just the first bend. there's a video up of a good single tank lap, search for 'scion sector 8'. or if you need the tech, double tank. I might.
I'm starting to think I might have been moved to the cheaterboard, although I have no earthly idea why. How could a time of 1:34 trigger cheat detection??? Can someone on Windows post their leaderboard for the Rookie D-Class and/or M3 Multiplayer? Geez. On the GameLoft forums (which are down for 2 days for upgrade), I'm like the biggest b*tcher about cheaters!
we are starting to see oddness on the Scion cup LB on iOS. me personally no, but others are. 20 or so impossible times, then normal times. same as you I think? so no, I'm fairly sure you're not on the CB Sunfox. or if you are, it's a whoopsie that's affecting other legitimate players. have you raced in either of the M3 events? someone has speculated there may be a honey trap, and entry to one of these is triggering something.
Yes, I've raced the M3 Multiplayer event (haven't raced the solo cup yet). I've done maybe 3 fuel batches in it? Perfectly normal runs (as far as my racing). Although I did have some minor oddness - twice the game crashed as I crossed the finish line, but interestingly when I went back my score / last race time HAD been updated. BTW, where is this being discussed? Google+ page? EDIT: I see it now. WTF? Could GameLoft seriously have messed up cheater detection yet again? Race a "free try" car and the system balks that you don't own it? These three events are MAJORLY important! All those tech cards! And now that I think about it, there was one M3 MP race were someone literally flew past me like a bat out of hell, and I remember thinking at the time "this is the first time I've ever seen an actual cheater in multiplayer". This basically screws up all three cups - but most of all the multiplayer one, because you're racing with ACTUAL cheaters!

I'm sticking to the Scion today/tomorrow. the BMW cups can wait. will prob go for the mid tech in the MPE, just start a bit later. the account sellers have gone ballistic in the M3 timed cup, almost all top 50. GL really needs to clamp down on them. they've been given info a few times now, links to websites etc. hoping when the forum is back this will all get sorted out.
Yeah, I found it. Puts a serious crimp in my plans - no way I'm burning one of my only 3 double tanks when there's no guarantee I'll get to collect the prizes. And the M3 MPE is now essentially a bust, because how can you hope to earn points normally when you're being paired up with speed hackers? Get one or more of those, and good placement is an impossibility. Great timing for their forum to go down. If this doesn't resolve with adequate make-goods, it'll probably be enough to drive me from this game (pun/no pun/your choice).
I'm forgetting about the M3, get what prizes I can later this week. suggest, for sanity's sake, you do same. it's a turbulent week with the forum down and admins busy on that, so is little that can be done right now. concentrate on Scion, try to get best time you can, maybe top 500, then APEX Weds. I can't pretend it's not frustrating, esp since we've been reporting what's been going on. but to defend GL, I'm sure they're trying hard to stop these shenanigans. it's far from a perfect world, and there are a lot of folk out there with hack tools constantly trying to break in, find workarounds and ways to cheat the system. keep fighting, don't give up
Problem is, despite my perfectly reasonable 1:34 time, I've been moved to the Scion cheaterboard (I assume due to M3 MPE). Right now, 100th place on that is 1:11.478. I'm able to see the legit iOS leaderboard on my iPhone, so I'm sure you'll agree that's an utterly preposterous time, so no way I'm going to be able to hit Top 500, even with a tank. The M3 MPE cup is barely getting 4 players to a race, and it's going to be a mix of legit players like me and cheaters, so hard to earn any points there. I haven't touched the solo M3 event yet, but I'll end up on the cheaterboard there too, and expect it will be similar to the ridiculous times showing on Rookie D-Class. If this had happened in any other event, I'd probably laugh it off and take it as an excuse to relax... but you know how much I've been crying for mid-tech cards!
...and the Scion cup ends tomorrow. yes, I see your problem. and I know how much you want/need them. have you tried raising an issue directly with GL? saying that, I did hear the issue reporting system had gone down. you could try emailing CC - think the address is [email protected]. at least you'd have logged it, and can try to claim something back later..? I know it's not ideal, but we are a bit cut off atm. have you seen the iOS M3 timed cup LB? 34 of top 38 are account selling advertisers, from Brunei, Macedonia and Vatican City (if the flags are to be believed). it was bad in the Audi cup, chaos now. smh. Fabien - if you're reading this...you shouldn't be, get back to work seriously, it's gone a bit crazy the last few days. I know you guys are busy with rolling out the new forum, but there are problems on all platforms. I'm sure you've read the previous posts, and are aware of many/most of the issues, so I won't repeat. if you want me to collate what I've seen/heard elsewhere, let me know and I'll message you.
