At least 2 years, game was released in August 13 Anyhow, what a problem is depends on the amount of cards you win (or are able to buy). I agree with low techs, there are so many needed, esp. after we had 2 or 3 weeks no tech card cups. But low the drop rate of part cards are really high. In your case it sounds more that you have a bottleneck of cards at all. I have all D cars pro and only 20 part cards are missing to pro all C (although I wouldn't do as the missing need mid-techs). With the other classes it is not so, why: Engines (but only the rare and legendary ones) and techs (esp. mid tech) Unbelievable!
I just checked my cards and those I still need and seems that I was a little bit wrong with those low techs respectively it was just my impression because of my current shortage: Early Tech 280 - 215 - 64 Initial Tech 280 - 218 - 62 Mid-Tech 708 - 121 - 587 Advanced Tech 367 - 40 - 327 The first column shows the total amount of cards needed to pro all cars, the second how many I got up to now, the last is how many I still need. I am so low on low tech as used already nearly all that were needed. From that table one can see the main problem with the drop rate: There are even more mid-techs than early and initial together needed, but I got much less. I need less than 25% early and initial but over 80% mid and even 90% adv techs. Situation is similar with engines. While I don't need i4, v6 and v10 anymore, over 90% of the fiv8's are missing. The other rare/legendary have values around 80%. In parts it is so that I don't need anymore D class and also C class is close to end. 30% B and 60% A and 80% S are missing. D - 335 - 308 C - 326 - 380 B - 336 - 500 A - 232 - 600 S - 163 - 780 Also here I got much less (first column) of those types that are needed more for proing all cars (second column). I don't remark my lack of S class part cards as the situation with mid /adv techs and engines is more severe. I think I will run soon in a situation were I get a lot of totally useless cards: low techs, standard engines, D & C class parts. So if win 10 cars or buy a box with 30 cards, than at least 50% will be just waste Would be also a problem for GL as the decision of investing in a box of 30 cards changes as only 10-15 cars are interesting. Also those standard boxes will loose interest as event prices.
I keep a certain number of gray parts (about ten of each) and I'll try to hold onto as many A and S parts as I can. Still regretting selling rotary engines but there's only one car that uses them. I'd save a lot of inventory space if I would just buy the 225,000 Bugatti already
Made over 4 million during a 24 hour marathon of on and off farming. Got a lot of sleep but didn't do much else besides watch adult swim half awake while getting the NSX through Dubai. I can make upwards up 400k in an hour but 300k is more realistic. So of that 24 hours it's safe to say half the time was spent farming. The Enzo could sued for bad parenting. Aventador is getting near 1.00.xxx without boosts in Barcelona 4/3/4/2
To be honest, if they really have collectively spent over $10,000 on this game (as BRABUS told me earlier), I guess it earns them a sort of lifetime pass for any future content that gets added. But all that money could have gone towards so many better things...
"Did they just... Why would they... WHAT?!" That's what went through my mind when I saw this. Okay, maybe they deserved something for spending over 10000 bucks on this game, but seriously GL?
Hey Asphalt 8 Dev Team, if you see this, let me tell you that there are some serious bugs on Windows, players just go to car decals, click on buy...and they get expensive decals for free
Fabien, we asked time and again that for each purchase we make in the game there is a confirmation button. This is especially important for any token purchases, but also for all non-casual credit purchases, such as new cars. Basically, for the majority of hand-held devices there is a very good possibility that you hit accidentally the purchase button for an extra tank and spend 200 tokens. The same problem applies to certain extent to the purchases of new cars, especially after the pop-up screen informs you about the availability of a new car and you press go to the shop button just to see it. You can at that time just simply slide your finger through the screen and accidentally buy the car. To give you a concrete example, yesterday I bought accidentally (again) an extra tank when I just wanted to press start the race button. I have plenty of yet unclaimed extra tanks from the collections so I would never purchase an extra tank for tokens. And some time ago, because of the pop-up mechanism, I bought accidentally Volkswagen W12, which I would normally skip. Please, fix this as soon as possible.
hello Juan, we are checking what is going on. Edit: I have just tried to purchase Decals on windows phone, and I spent tokens every time. We are investigating, but in the meantime, if you have more details about this "trick", please let me know.
I saw some legit players on Windows (PC) from several facebook groups did it showing screenshots, some of them could do it, some of them could not, I don't know why as I don't play on Windows. Probably depends on connection? By the way Fabien please clean the HTT Cup leaderboard, it's full of multiple accounts and noobs are sharing their accounts to skilled players to achieve good times
Eh, but they're just straight lines. Monaco has a lot more opportunity to overcome a poor pole position. On Sky Drop (the Golf cup), most of the races I've been in end up being a parade more than a race. Mount Teide will probably shake out different in multi-player with the cave being a massive choke-point, but it's still mostly a straight line. Different strokes for different folks. A couple of jumps and one switchback does not a map make (at least for me).
Ok. I also wanted to let you know that we made progress regarding the amount of Car-Release events launched on Android and Windows. As I told you, we are launching several of them at the same time to catch up with iOS; so that everyone has access to the same content as fast as possible no matter the platform. We will try to avoid launching several Car-Launch events in the future but if it can't be avoided, we will get them to be more accessible.
Not sure if it's the most boring, but it's the one the most people have a chance of doing well on. I've noticed it's hard to gain positions, compared to most other tracks. There are a couple spots staying right all the way to the first corner, staying right and ignoring the gold bottle after big jump but that's about it. It's funny, in MP, you'll see someone doing quite well on Tenerife, but when you switch to Venice, Dubai, etc., they finish fifth like there are a lot of newcomers who came on board with latest update and don't know the old tracks yet.
I like Tenerife aesthetic. I like jumps, but I don't care for every track. I haven't made my full opinion of the four, but of the first two, the second one was better. The left route drop still startles me and there's a crazy number of cliff and wall rocks crashing into the shadowy depths...the first track has some bad lines and the slow ramp, it has too many pauses to reckon with. (If you have iOS, it's the B class track I like in Tenerife of the metal events)
What does it exactly mean? They give they data away and they drive for them or something else. Do you know? I was banned because of sharing and want to find out more about it to analyze why it happend. I never gave away my data to someone else.
