Found the thread in Gameloft's forums: http://www.gameloft.com/?request=forum&url=showthread.php%3F219062-Drift-still-does-not-work-occasionally%2Fpage2 Quoting Mihai: "It has been noted; thank you for your feedback on this issue. This has happened to me a couple of times while I was playing. Unfortunately this is the sort of issue that randomly manifests and can't be replicated on command, so it will be difficult to troubleshoot. Best regards" 2nd post: "@JB69 I've been playing this game for quite some time and actually enjoy it. @TaQ-J The technical team has been notified about this, so we do care." Just in case people say Gameloft doesn't care about their players. Also, I did try to fix up the grammar because OCD. You can't blame me for my inherent desire for perfectionism! By the way, I accidentally pressed the Extra Tank again. This is why I don't use ETs anymore on Events. I save them in order to protect myself from losing Tokens. I feel like the confirmation button needs to be prioritized T^T
How the #### do you get 4 perfect runs in wall track with class S cars?? Going at 400kmph with the narrowest track in the entire game and you're expected to not touch anything for the entire run? Also for some reason it only counts as a perfect run if you're going at max speed... So stupid. Slowing down at sharp turns will break perfect run timer. /facepalm
re Are you talking about the Nevada track on season 8 ? If you hit the walls too often, pick another route with less sharp turns. Or you can also select a slower or a more maneuverable S class car. Note that the Monaco track on season 8 will require you to do 6 perfect runs
Yup. The Veneno is great for this kind of event. Another strategy is drifting all the way. That slows you down without resetting your perfect run timer, and cornering is easier as well when you're drifting anyway.
Understandable answer. As I wrote already I also don't see any system behind those problems. Concerning confirmation button, I can only agree again! Just a question of training. In events it is mandatory that you are able to do it for top times as you will need the extra nitro from perfect runs. Same is with traffic. Many complain about traffic, but you can gain additional nitro from those other cars, which is especially helpfull on long tracks like iceland.
Today @ 1:15 p.m. E.T. (U.S.), gonna do some MP with the Survolt if anyone wants to come out and play for 30-40 minutes (will be using Rascal3332 acct.), have a little fun. I won't be running extra tank, but feel free. I don't mind finishing second.
Hi guys I have a question regarding the coming infected s class cup:is it true that every s class car has the same top speed when infected? If yes,is it wiser to take my not maxed out hennessey venom instead of my 1717 K1 because of the better handling?I hope someone knows what I mean Thank you
Hey Fabien, could you add some new events for career mode? Like in season 8,7,etc? We have to pay the price to do the new events in season 9...
There is also Jaguar C-X75 at San Diego Harbour Reverse 4 Perfect Runs. That took me forever because the track was so short and the C-X75's handling is horrid
I found myself bringing up the pause menu a lot during these high Perfect Run count events to see as to whether I had met the goals. Watching the paintjob is hard when an aircraft carrier corners better than the car you are driving. On another note, I've gotten myself a mountain of unused Pro kits. What cars should I install them on to what extent? Random weirdness: Yes, that is indeed the Nismo GT-R model from Asphalt 8.
Maybe when not using Nitro. I have a 1701 Huayra that I use a lot, and its handling is pretty normal. Not good, not bad.
I noticed that the current super cup has a 1624 W12 driven by '1245996' in first place by a second and a half over the 99 P4s in the top 100... many at pro/max 1749....seems..hmmm, sketchy...
It does get a bit heavy on nitro, but it is extremely stable. The is an excellent allrounder but underpowered.I was able to easily get that 4 perfect run star with a stock huayra over a year back with my below average skills then. Of course any maxed s class car would be tough for a beginner to get clean runs in china tracks.
Lol @ the leaderboards in this game. I'm willing to bet anything that every single person in the top 100 is cheating. I dare anyone in the top 100 to post a video of their run. 40 seconds for 1 lap around Dubai? What kind of car are they using, the type that has no-clip and no speed limit? Lmao. I love how Gameloft is now making the token reward in the top 100 only now. Yup, there is absolutely no way to get tokens now unless you either buy it with cash or cheat. Lol maybe this game isn't pay-to-win anymore, it's cheat-to-win.
Must be cheaterboard on Android best is also 53.9XX, which is possible, although I am stuck at 0:55.0XX and have at present no idea where I lost the second.
Wait what? There are 2 leaderboards in this game? And how in the world did I land in the "cheaters" leaderboard lmao. I'm pretty bad at this game (can't even get 5-stars on some events in season 6) and usually never get within top 1000 in the events...
Here's Venom F5's video for reference, it's pretty flawless IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAJ602LOQ7E It seems pretty random that people get wrongly categorized into the cheaterboard. Send customer care an email asap, I had my problem solved after two emails so I'd say they are usually on top of things. Participating in events is a good way to improve, you'll see times others have posted with their cars and you can use that to judge your own skill level and see where you need to improve. Top 1000 with only MAX'd cars now is very hard, but I can see the game becoming more friendly to newer players in terms of rewards in credits.
