Quick race Barcelona reverse no boost 2.00.065 Quick? Just under top 100 in crackerjack... Made a mistake at the end, and deciding to incorporate that barrel on top of the hill (instead of using the ramp at the end, I'll have spare nitro to cut straight to finish). The Standard is still to pound nitro straight over the ramp and through the left bend. At start pound nitro don't hit a car just hit the barrel and head left falling past the drop, be sure to grab the yellow, drop in on the left bank and fly over up the hill. I still have a bit of nitro over this hill and that's the key
Hey, nothing to say sorry. You needed to improve to stay in TOP 15 and me too, there were some others that were able to go below 52.300. With our previous time we would have been only on place 18. Finally we were again neighbours on leaderboard.
Was it really neccesary that Gameloft support the Apple Watch with Asphalt 8? only to spam users with notifications? I mean...now the game use more storage space just because of this little update...this does not look like a smart use of the storage space, could you please explain it Fabien?
You said you were in the top 20 for android? What was your name back then? Also as for jumps, have you compared air speeds? If your air speed is higher you'll naturally have a better time (although air speed has no relation to air time) Also there's certain ways you can hit the ramp to maximize or minimize air time, perhaps you haven't found that way
Air speeds/ramps are fine. It's hard to describe what a subtle thing this is, because we're talking about a tenth of a second here, a hundredth of a second there. It's just like Android and iOS being different. It would be like Android and iOS sharing a leaderboard. Let me posit this, and maybe Fabien can tell me it's just my imagination and I suck. I assume GL can run simulations, which is how they estimate points, times, et al. Run a simulation on Winphone OS. Run a simulation on Windows full OS. Totally controlled environment, no player variables. See if the times match.
I'll disable Asphalt watch notifications as soon as my watch gets here, but from a PR point of view, it makes a lot of sense for Gameloft to add watch support. Apple usually features apps that support a new technology prominently on the app store, and if you're in the business of selling apps on the app store, you really want those features.
Out of curiosity, for how much storage space did you settle to keep your PRO cards? I am currently at 200, but I guess it would be at a lower end here...
You said that air speed and ramps are fine, but you never mentioned any numbers How about this, find one of Welroy's videos, make sure you have the same car, and simply see if you can get his air speeds (use a tuning kit). If yes, then maybe it's your lines, if no, then there you go. Also most of the top windows players are on Windows full OS, just saying...
Welroy's one of the ghost sets I race against [emoji14] Just out of curiosity, if we all know there's a slight diff in major platforms, why do you find it so incomprehensible that there might be in minor platforms? I'd just like to hear the results of a controlled comparison from Fabien vOv
You got me interested there. Do you know any of them ? I'd like to get a few ghosts to improve a bit more
Underestimated Great Wall reverse a little. HectorX has a gnarly run. If I try a flat spin like hector did I can get that nitro I need to finish without using the roof. Edit: single tank max pro 1.00.984, still using the roof, half a second from top 25 At the start I double nitro left, skip the cars, hit the ramp and double barrel towards the right fork.
Yes, and now I have bought 20 more, so I have 555 (Cool haha). Next 20 295 For those who haven't watched my route, here is the link https://youtu.be/dkKp79Cqg34
Zeremoniar, thanks for this post a couple of days ago...I rarely run these, and hadn't since getting the standard issue awards for winning a race. My office has a port blocked on the wifi that prevents me from being able to race during the day, so I'm limited to mornings and evenings, but have still been able to get to 71xx after running five races on the YMCA's wifi before and after my workout at lunch today. I only refilled once in the past three days when I got three fast races on a starter bottle (still had 5 minutes on the starter), so I got five races from it. Should have just enough time tonight to get four or five races in when I get home to get to 7200.
