On Windows, there's a couple of people turning in :44 times on Alps? Is there some glitch on that map? I'm struggling to get sub :50 in my 1710 K1 (mostly because of the traffic).
I still don`t get why i don`t have roadblock on my version. I am playing on lumia 625. Other players have more chances than me since they can get extra nitro.
Probably you're on the cheaterboard. I heard on Windows some honest players are mistakenly put into cheaterboard during the Apex Wednesday event, maybe you're one of them. Fabien explained the issue on the official forum.
I doubt the 9FF would get a discount so soon considering the Ultimate Aero still hasn't gotten a discount yet. Nonetheless, I bought the ME412 because 2250 tokens is one hell of a discount for a token car that's fun to drive =) If you are on Android, try running Asphalt in Bluestacks and purchase it there if you can see see it. Your token purchases are synced just like your tokens and pro kits. Hope this helps

I heard that the game would adapt to the device on which it is running. It would remove elements from the game to make it smoother on slow devices. To get them back, in the parameters, click on Sound & Display and increase the Visual Quality to the max setting. Just being curious, do you earn anything on the cheaterboard (credit, boosters, token, ...) ?
Do you mean the standard P4 cup? I am wondering about this. If you miss some mpe races it is a problem because if you are clever you don't make much more points than needed, so the last hours are very important. But if you want to get the car in standard event I don't expect you used all fuel in mpe but used it the 4 days and 23h before that breakdown hour to make a good time. So maybe you missed two or three races due to the breakdown, but you had fuel for nearly 180 attempts in the time before (I hope it was less then 180 and you took some sleep ). Compensation is very hypothetical in case of standard events because everybody can claim: Hey I wanted to make a perfect time in the last hour giving me the car. I know you are very good and won in the past also a car as first. I also had it one time where I made a drastic improovement of my time in the last hour (was even the last race ). But I think you missed the car in the 118-119 hour before the breakdown. Same in my case: I can also say, I would have been able to manage a TOP500 time if I would get those tries in the last hour. My evidence are all cups before the present where I was always clearly in TOP 500 (usually 100-200). Anyhow, maybe I made 2-3 bad runs and missed it. I think I would have even spent one refill for 3 additional tries for so many cards, and I am pretty sure that I would have managed it, as I made only 2 runs in the event, so I know where were the mistakes. But still I have no proof for it. Anyhow I can understand your disappointment, I also hope always to make an improvement in the last races. Just to miss it by a bug is like getting no chance. Anyhow, Fabien, how about that situation? I know about 3 people that won the P4 in mpe that had no problems, but how about those on position 41 and deeper, maybe the missed it because they had no chance for additional races. This would be very bad. But also all the others got no chance to improve. Eric is good, so maybe he would have been able to manage it. I am also sure that I would have reached a better category, as it was my strategy to make that runs in the last hour.
Yea, after I said that I realized that saying compensation is kinda pathetic because you're right, anyone can say that lol. I'm just pissed because I did spend 600 tokens refuelling hoping the net gain would outweigh the tokens lost. But that doesn't go into factor because it had nothing to do with the problem. Fortunately, I won every token car except 9FF, that I missed by less than 10 places. From the last updates I won each car except those three insane S class cars ()ff, K1, Enzo) which are only rewarded for first 20 or 30. Dezir, after the event I wasn't sure if it was worth it, because price is so tiny. Concering missing prices by some places was the case for me in P4 cup. My first run was to find out how the car behaves on the track, place 1500 something, then second run based on this place 530. Then I wanted to make my third run to remove the minor errors (found in second run out how to move through first curves), but breakdown So I missed it by 30 places, which is maybe 0.1 second. Unfortunately I tuned my P4 already because I needed some space in card storage, so I couldn't make a run in single race mode to show an improved time. Ok, but it's only a game, life will go on for us both. Concerning the timing I don't hope it was maintenance, because here I agree that was the worst time to do. I was thinking about a crash because of too many trying to drive in mpe at the end to win the P4.
Yes, the people placing anywhere from 41~50ish that are within 1/2 races to the 40 threshold in MPTLE would be furious. I know I would be if that happened because I've participated in some past MPTLEs and know everyone is literally just refilling fuel in the last hours. Some people probably have spent even more tokens on refills throughout the event than the cost of that car only to lose it in the last hour. An alternative proposition to GL to improve the reward structure for MPTLEs is to have a points tier in addition to the ranking tier. So for example, you'd get some prizes for getting 7000 points over a 5 day race regardless of your placement in rankings in addition to the rewards that one'd get in rankings to compensate those that may have raced a lot. An example for a 5 day event: 8000 - Car (requires playing 24/7 and placing top to encourage ET/Refill usage) 7000 - PRO boxes (requires playing a lot and placing high also encourages ET/Refill usage) 6000 - PRO boxes/Credits/Boosters (encourages casual players to play with others that are want the top prizes - more players = more spending) 5000 - Credits (incentive for beginners to improve their skills because it gives higher rewards than normal season races) Ranking still applies, so you can fulfill either requirement to receive the rewards: 1~40 - Car 500 - PRO boxes (higher tier) 1000 - tokens (higher tier) 2000 - PRO boxes (lower tier) 5000 - tokens/credits (lower tier) 25000 - credits/boosters
Thanks! Unfortunately I am on iOS and have only one device. Yes, you do, although you do have to compete with hackers' insane score. I disagree with the system that still rewards people on cheaterboard, especially considering the competition of MPTLE is much less intense there. I heard there are tons of people deliberately entered the cheaterboard for the 330 P4 MPTLE on the very last day, where getting the car is much easier.
For me the cheaterboard system is very strange. If GL thinks someone cheats, why put him/she on a board where he still gets rewards?
That's very interesting, I didn't know you could claim rewards if you were placed on the cheaterboard. This is definitely gonna get abused if it isn't fixed. Oh, yea, sometimes I have it sometimes I don't. It's the luck of the draw. But usually, when I restart game, I get the Ad.
It is now the second time I heard the same saphirad just told: people try to get on cheaterboard to claim prices from there. I expected the same than you shhu, no prices on cheaterboard. Maybe Fabien can enlighten us. As now is a server breakdown again, I am coming now back to server breakdown at the end of P4 cup. Fabien, compared to my loss of cards, this is really horrible. I think that guy should get the Ferrari P4 as compensation.
Is the Nokia Lumia is running on Windows ? (on that OS it's currently not possible to adjust the visual settings). Try to stop all the unnecessary apps running in the background,and see if that changes anything. Same thing here. Server breakdown. I can't play the cup or get the daily random cards.
