If accurate, that seems similar to the supposed "Infected" mode hack, similar (but not as drastic) as the old mega-speed, anti-crash hack that was all-too-common in A8 like a year or so ago.

Unfortunately, the 68x68 limit makes those avatars look like crap on a retina display. I uploaded one, looked at it, deemed it too blurry, and removed it again. (I don't get why they restrict the image's spatial size anyway. File size, sure. But why do they care about the avatar's width and height? It's gonna get scaled to the right size anyway.)
I'm curious to know how much everything in A8 costs in terms of credits (cars+upgrades+pro upgrades+non token decals) vs. how many credits can be made by playing the game without farming/grinding. I bet the proportion is something like 4 to 1.
Lol. I think it is much worse. From time to time I tend to take some time and calculate it, but then I am not willing to do, as it would show how much time I wasted with farming. At present I know that just buying and maxing (not proing, this I don't calculate as I never expect to get all mandatory cards) the 9 missing and 2 unmaxed cars in my account would need 25M credits and 36500 tokens. Having 86 cars maxed and partly pro I will not even estimate from those 11 how much it might have been.
Shame on me with, I calcuated it in excel based on the vehicle overview table of the wiki. Sum over all cars: 23.806.950 credits and 56.605 tokens Sum for maxing them all: 53.925.720 credits. Sum for proing them all: 39.749.645 credits (without new Ferraris). INSANE! You get 5k for one season 9 race, so one would need 25 thousand races: Calculating 2 min with loading and so on per races this would result in nearly 35 days constant farming. 17,5 days with double booster.

Fabien, I also lost all my Dodge Dart upgrades at the update. It was fully maxed because I beat the season 9 maxed only race and still have the stars for it. I emailed customer care at least two weeks ago from the in game menu and they never got back to me. They always used to respond to me before. Also, for the rest of you guys, I need to ask you - I keep getting the notification for the spring break cup and want to play in it. However it doesn't show up in my available TLEs. I am in the US. I am still set to global for A8 and have never switched back in over a year (I was playing a lot back then and global was better for me - more competitive and I was trying to become better. Should I switch back to US country designation or would I miss out on events? If I switch back I will be stuck in US permanently, correct?
You realize that if you never earned any credits racing and just decided to buy that many credits and tokens to get everything and then max and pro them, it works out to something like $4,300+ US dollars that one person would have to spend at current full prices. That doesn't include decals or other premium purchases. THAT'S insane!
Argh, I'm so pissed. Anyone got advices for the Amateur C Class Cup? I'm running double boosted, but the fastest I can go is 1:52:xxx. Just WHAT is it that I am missing? I went through the fastest path, micro drift, get all nitro, perfect perfect runs, but why can't I get 1:50:xxx like one of the guy did? I don't want to use an ET because it's a such a waste. I thought it would be easy, but damn. Here we go again. ET battle. Whoever has the most Extra Tanks wins. Given that most veterans just use all 3 boosts in their run, it is very difficult to identify how you would run a double boosted route. I still don't get how I'm behind 2 seconds. What kind of trick do I still need? The only thing I didn't do is the flying out of tunnel thing to get some nitro from air time, but I DOUBT that costed me 2 seconds.
Flying out of the tunnel while at the highest possible speed wil make up the missing time. Are you flat spinning out of the bit under the building?
Can only agree. That is mandatory to have enough nitro for the rest. In the tunnel you loose all your nitro. Also try to drive left at the tunnel wall.
The tunnel thing would improve your time quite a bit When coming out of the tunnel like that, your air speed is quite similar to your normal top speed with nitro, so you don't lose much time. And you're dropping down too so it's actually faster. And like the others have said, it gives you valuable nitro from air time that runs out when you exit the tunnel normally.
