Even top 1000 gets 2x3 random cards, and top 2500 get 15 tokens. I don't think people will choose not to participate at all if they cannot get top prizes. A few tokens won't hurt.
Yeah, he obviously made a mistake. He was probably thinking about the previous event in Sector 8, where the W12 was the only car that enabled you to be competitive.
Hi Motor away, are you going to burn another extra tank or stay where you are? Or put it another way, did you try really hard with your first extra tank or just a few runs since we didn't expect this competition to be so fierce? I asked this b/c we had close time many times so your running time would be a very good reference to me. I am thinking about try for top 50 or 100.
Yeah, that was a monaco race, and from the rankings, I'd say mostly newer players in that race with the FXX beeing the hardest to beat with my C class With 20% of this planet beeing Chinese, I guess they have to be really competetive, and statisticly (Not even considering china to be the #1 piracy country in the world) you'd see many Chinese, and among them most of the cheaters. You might even consider that the Chinese stand for a larger part of A8 revenues
That divisional cup? I only tried 4 times in total. 2 runs with the CLK, 2 runs with the Rimac. No practice runs beforehand. My time wasn't good, but I didn't try hard at all. I was more focused on getting a 58.xxx with my Savage Rivale in Barcelona, just for the personal satisfaction of doing so. The random card boxes I've been getting from recent events have been insultingly bad, so I don't really care about not getting 10 cards. A few less exhaust and suspension cards in my inventory; whatever. A 53.xxx/top 50 finish with a 1593 Rimac isn't that hard to pull off, as long as you don't smack the walls several times like I did in my 2 attempts. I'll just be glad to have enough tokens from this event and the Barcelona cup to buy another specialist kit; the last time around, I got 3 mid-techs from it. If you're looking for mid-techs, buying one of those is your best bet. The 950-token boxes are not nearly as good in terms of what you receive.
Update: I am worrying too much... with some practice, one run and I am done.... now sitting on extra tank idle time. ps: MA you should really try it. Give yourself another 4 tries for safety and most of the time can be spent on the next TLE cup, unlike me. Thanks for the info. I have the same feeling random cards aren't really good. But when I try to get some engine cards I can only hope for random cards except those engine cards earned in TLE. I try not to use them but when I need some engine badly I have to open them and my inventory is so limited with these cards that I have to pro random cars! lol too bad. Just try to maximize the output of an extra tank. If I don't try hard for this one hard then it would be used for the Enzo cup following which I guess probably I need some more practice for top 250 and may need another extra tank. I am not short of extra tank but still I try to save them for a rainy day.
Totally agree My time was good (Just 4 unlucky attempts), but I did 54.15x in quick race... So 54.3xx should be easy Anyway the problem has a name; Global Mobile cup. I'm 49º and this moment and I have tried to improve, so I haven't been able to try again in division cup. The most funny is that I have done even 58.11x in quick race (Global), but in the cup I can't improve my 58.344
Trophy Cup is tough, I'm floating between 14 and 20 but its starting to look like people are buying fuel to add races to their totals. I'm guessing I'll fall out of the top 50.
My division for that Diamond Cup was pretty tough as well, thought I had the 10 random cards locked up with a 54.2xx LOL. For the people I know here in TA, I saw Juan Enrique, RB, Motor Away and Driver 2621. Felt like a normal worldwide cup, with the Chinese everywhere in the top 50
Motor Away, let me just tell you that was a really funny way to end the Scaglietti MP TLE. Was just doing my final unboosted run when I met you (head-on LMAO) at the tunnel, thought for a second why there was traffic in Alps at a TLE. Still finished second though

I did 54.315 in the cup with the CLK GTR but was forced to go with the Rimac last minute because for some reason everyone in my division with higher ranked cars decided to go for top 50 in the last hour...these division cups are getting ridiculous
I did claim and got the tokens, thanks for reminding me though Nah I highly doubt they removed him I bet Driver R tried to make himself get moved to the cheaterboard so second place could claim 5000 tokens too Just a hunch, could be wrong, could be right

I guess we got unlucky divisions, good that I've only got like 10 Top 50 guys in my division, otherwise, I'd have given up.
most divisions were messed up my division had just about every elite except delorean and stuparu (maybe 2-3 others) and loads of other top 100 players it was crazy hector ended up 85th or something lol
haha, that's a huge coordination failure After driving the Enzo, I'm not sure if I should still save up for the 9ff anymore. I have a feeling that it'll be so fast that the speed alone will allow it to move from bottle to bottle without much of a problem. Only downside is the ridiculous amount of V12 engines required. Considering other Ferraris also use this engine, it'll be another round of engine shortage
