I raced "Expl41t" once in that MP Cup at Nevada last weekend, and that "starting during the countdown" hack caught me by surprise. Caught him at the end though (with him triple boosted nonetheless, I only run single tanked on MP), so I can confidently say he's a skill-less driver only relying on hacks to post ridiculous times.
I'd still really really like to be able see more filters/variants of the leaderboards, effectively to answer the question, "Am I doing well, ok, or terrible with what I'm running?" - What are the fastest times of people running my *exact* configuration? eg, same car, same upgrades, same boosters. - Similarly, what are the fastest times of people running +/- x upgrades in my car? For instance, within 20 upgrade points of my current car. Or same upgrades but 1 booster. - perhaps both of the above would be generalized as, 'I want to see leaderboards by car x upgrade points x boosters'. There are a lot of tournaments that I run in level 1 or 2 cars, so there is no chance of hitting the time goal. - I'd like to be able to see more than the 20 people ahead of me. It seems odd that I can see the top 100 overall, but can only see 40 people (times) around me.

WTF!! Right at the start of an MP race one of the advertising videos starts. I can't quit the video and when it ends the race has already started. My car is hurtling along into a barrier and crashes before I can gain control. So now I am in last place in a one lap race, no chance of catching and my streak is over. Has this happened to a anyone else? If it happens again it will put me off MP ��

Have heard of it only once before, Lucian who posts here sometimes I think got it. You should send a complaint to customer support, I can assume it isn't supposed to happen simply because it doesn't affect most players. They might either fix it or send you some upgrades or credits or something like that as compensation.
Yeah those S parts are filling a large portion of my storage, I've used as many as possible up to the point where mid techs are needed to go further but still have over 10 of each. Mid tech hasn't been too bad to me lately, I have a few stored up, but engines are a big problem on most cars I'm upgrading. The common V8 is required for too many top cars (Felino, arrinera, savage GTR) so it has become a real slow grind trying to get level 5 pro on those. It doesn't help that engines are only available on apex cups and even then they are only a small part of the prize, yesterday for example only giving 2. I was lucky enough to get a legendary V8 as one of mine this morning but I'd rather have commons at this stage as the K1 is just ridiculously hard to pro.
The next update will indeed bring new premium colours. The new Intermediate B-Class Cup picture has a Countach with a never before seen pattern. This happens for the third time in a row, after the audi TT and the bmw M6. Is the new update close?

Yeah you're right, I realised after I posted that I have seen a few others. Still should complain though, and don't accept the crappy cut&paste answer they try sending every time in response. I kept up a complaint for dozens of emails back and forth for weeks on end about missed prizes and eventually got a nice gift from them in compensation. To be honest I probably got more value in it than the prizes I actually missed.
Well the Tuatara’s Top Speed is superior to the Lykan. I admit that if we consider all the stats as determinant factors of the speed, we could argue and say that the Lykan can beat the Tuatara. The Pro kits system is still evolving, the drop rate of cards might be subject to change. I know that the next update will have a positive impact on the variety of Pro Kits rewards. This car is amazing….and should definitely be a part of Asphalt 8. We will see what can be done. If we could, each car would have its own sound, and we would have more tunes. Unfortunately, the game is already requiring too much hard drive space for many users. This is why we have to restrict ourselves. Fortunately, you can also play while listening your own music . Cheating is unbearable, and I ensure you that we work every day to improve our system in order to ban hackers. The entire team is pretty enthusiastic about these proposals; we will try to make it happen in Asphalt. This would allow players to clearly see that it’s their skills or their gears that got them to achieve their results. Wao, that’s a bummer. Did anyone else have this issue? @ Driver6644, in the settings of Asphalt, what country have you choosed? In the settings of the phone, what Region have you choosed? Before the race stared, did you get back on the Home screen of your device? On what device are you playing?

Just a quick question that I can appreciate you are unlikely to be able to answer as much as we all would like, but there is very much a feeling that a new update is imminent, can you give any info at all on this?
Sorry i mean the texture in the background of the garage, on the garage there are the cars with a circle around them with the Gameloft logo and the buildings in the background, a change would be cool. Well could you PLEASE increase the top speed of the Tuatara? the car deserves it and it could be more competitive against others top S class cars ! Welcome back, it's really nice to get this qualified feedback on the suggestions. I have also a list of several suggestions, I have posted already here some time ago. I would also like to get some feedback on those. Can I post them again. Concerning the video problem, in GL forum also several others report them same behaviour. But apart from this the videos are too extreme now, they appear after each race. Especially when you have boosters active, you just loose their time without racing. I know it's not a big advantage for GL apart from pleased players, but wouldn't it be possible to count the boosters time only during races?
Fabien, I have to tell you something: the DeZir is overpowered for its rank. There are players who have set it to a rank of around 851 or 914, and they use it to easily farm points in multi-player. The other cars around that rank (Dodge Dart, Audi, Tesla, Cadillac ATS and XTS, Ford F-150) do not stand a chance against it, especially if boosters are being used. I am not kidding; the 914 DeZir can complete 1 lap in Dubai almost 10 seconds faster than a 921 Cadillac ATS, as it has a speed advantage of roughly 25 km/h when its nitro is activated. It is impossible to be competitive against it if you're using another car. At 1153, the DeZir also easily beats the pro 1175 Mini Cooper, which used to be one of my favorite cars to use before the DeZir was added to the game. Again, these are not fair matchups at all. It's not fun to constantly worry about meeting an 1153 DeZir when you want to race with your Mini Cooper. Also, at its pro rank of 1262 (which is the rank of mine), the DeZir is much faster than the pro Audi TTS or pro Camaro. The DeZir performs just as well or better than the Ferrari 308, but that car has a rank of 1336. Gameloft's development team needs to consider increasing the DeZir's rank by about 60-75 points in the next update, to reflect the fact that it is currently too strong for other cars that have similar ratings. I know that you want to provide a competitive environment for all, no matter what cars they wish to use, but currently, the DeZir has severely impacted that possibility.
