I find it hard to stay hard left at the start and get through all that traffic. Then, if you go right, you're just giving away time. In the past (pre-fuel bar) I would have spent a bit of time going for a decent time. Not now. Made six or so runs, got into the high 1:15s and said, 'That's it for me.'

Did the 308 cup(On winphone, so we're far behind) finnished yesterday, @#37 without need for refills, only using kit and/or nitro last day to get 25-45 pts, rather then 6-10 if I do not win. I even had time to sleep 10-12h during race, and still remain competetive.
Its been mentioned here several times, to compete im mptle, you need to be using most all your fuel all day long to keep up, and thats to me the real secret, and you'd really want that car, because thats also the most annoying part, having to be online at least every 100min to get your fuel transformed to pts

SDs only secret is knowing the track and using nitro where it count the most. There are bottles you_can get, but just driving it pretty straight forward uncomplicated is what win most SDs for me.

As for drift issues, I think and I've said it before, A8 has a pretty complex physics, so simply pushing brake isnt enough. Yeah, easier to me on win aswell, but I figured out what I need to on android aswell.
One Major part of drifting, or spinning on jumps is synchronizing it with tilting, on android, I sometimes even have to drag my left thumb halfway across the screen, if I wanna make certain drift/spin done with certainty.
One thing I found if I wan to spins on small jumps, is start half a second drift right before I reach jump. That 90-180 degree spin as I jump mostly gives me 2 spins, even if I just jump of a ledge

As for mptle, I won my 308, without much effort other mentioned in last quote/answer

Tho, I only make that turn successfully every other to 2/3 of the time, the clue to doing it, is drifting into first sharp corner, ending up close to right side, so that you can actually even nitro through the S, only drifting in last turn and giving it all.
Tbh, I find that doing that part of dragons den, is harder the other way around, especially in pve, starting at the back.

Only time those barrels kills me, is if I do em with slow cars, but I guess we all got our challenges, which is why I love this game, and why I find those china maps way harder to master then SD either way.

Btw Eric, on winphone OS you'd be #3 with that time ;)
I'd easely win that car, if I'd manage a 1.16, and I cant :p 1.17.4 is the very best I can manage, but I aint no pro like hector, motor away etc

    Yeah, on WinPhone...
Nobody plays on WP currently. Even I don't have a Lumia 625 now. Most players who count would use their PC if there was an update available...

About the physics thing... I can do swipes on my 8 years old LCD monitor, but I don't think it'd have any effect :D
I use tap to screen emulated on keyboard, just like HectorX.
And about double tapping before the corner. But what if it works? I screwed it up not once becuse I was afraid I will screw up, and pressed the brake twice...

What do you think about Sector 8 with those mad obstacles? Looks like a cart racer. It'd be interesting it multiplayer.

Level 5 requirements for each of the One:1's four pro categories:

    -5 S-class cards (rare)
    -5 Advanced tech cards (legendary)
-4 V8 Forced induction cards (legendary)

It takes 14 cards per category, and 56 cards overall to obtain all level 5 upgrades. 36 of the cards are legendary.

    Level 4: 5 S-class, 4 advanced techs, 3 V8. 12 cards per category, 48 cards overall. 28 cards are legendary.

    Level 3: 4 S-class, 3 mid-techs, 2 V8. 9 cards per category, 36 cards overall. 8 cards are legendary.

    Level 2: 4 S-class, 3 mid-techs, 1 V8. 8 cards per category, 32 cards overall. 4 cards are legendary.

    Level 1: 2 S-class, 1 V8 per category. 3 cards per category, 12 cards overall. 4 cards are legendary.

Total cards needed to pro the One:1: 184 cards. 80 cards are legendary.

Nobody will ever pro this car honestly, unless they have literally thousands of dollars to spend on tokens.

    True that.
Also, the Korean guy that was No.1 position in the Champions Cup (Android) had the K1 MAX & PRO smh
Definitely a hacker, or some rich drunk guy...

After some playing around, I'd advice against putting above 1600, rather keep it a but further from it, as you'll run into lower ranked Sclass cars again, with in some cases are much faster then Zonda, no matter how you pro it.

    My 599XX is now 1541, and tbh, I wish I stopped @ around 1520

My Biom @ 1517 is now doing 410 with kit ^^ Thats like riding a wild mustang, bareback, and I find my self drifting more then I used to, not to just smash 90 degrees into any and all walls when turning

There are plenty of cars that are highly pro tuned already, it makes winning tuning cards much harder as your car isn't as fast, so the cycle continues with those that have the lead through paying or hacking pull further ahead. The tokens are stupidly hard to gain, and when these last few cars become available for tokens it will show the level at which GL aim to clean out your wallet.

How do you set it up? I use tilt (the default) with Bluestacks, but I was thinking maybe emulated tap would be better...

So true my 599 is at 1560 and is facing maxed fully boosted One:1s. 1520 would have been nice. Now I'm going for 1611.

On the plus side, some cards (like the legendary V8 engine card required for the Venom, One:1, and upcoming 9FF GT9) are extremely rare, and even people who spend tons of money on token packs aren't guaranteed to get them.

I know that Sky Richard bought the $100 token pack (a clan guy actually spending money on the game?! ) and only ended up with 3 V8 cards in the end.

Meanwhile, I've gotten 4 V8 cards so far, and I haven't spent anything at all.
