I'm on the cliff edge for now, was really pissed off yesterday but I've decided to give it a week or two before I make any rash decisions. If I haven't made any progress by the new year it might be a case of "it was fun while it lasted" as far as A8 and I are concerned.
Need for Speed No Limits might have some serious competition for worst P2W mobile racing game after the update. I've gotten two legendary cards (a V10 and a V12), but of course they're just sitting around doing nothing. Because my Gallardo, which has a V10, doesn't need that card. Genius....
What they nerfed was actually the effects that a tuning kit has on a car's top speed and nitro. But yes, if someone ever manages to fully "pro" up any car that they have, all they will have done is reinstate it back to the way it performed before the tuning kits were downgraded. Do you think we're a bunch of guileless idiots, Gameloft/Fabien?
Fabien's brief foray back here didn't last too long lol. I guess he just rolled out the party line and knows there is no point in further defending the indefensible. I don't hold it personally against the guy, I appreciate he's just doing his job, but his company has pulled a fast one on all of us.
I can't even imagine how the people who paid cash money for maxed packs or credits to upgrade feel now. Can't. Even.
As i already said the tokens can't be fileshared by clans,the only a way a person or a group can get tokens illegal is to hack the game,as a single person,not that hard,but as a group everyone has to hack the game.I mean I haven't played this game since 3 months and it was bad at that stage,but now after your guys opinions on that update it has even got worse(and at the stage of the game where i left it couldn't get worse^^)

They'll find a way, in a group or individually (if need be), to get unlimited tokens or something like that. I mean the system isn't bad itself. It's just there are way too many of those in-game money systems cluttered that there's just no enjoyment, only complexity :/ Yea, I think I'm with you on that then
Imagine asphalt 9! I heard the title was called lightning! That's what user will feel like they've been hit by when they open the game up. Asphalt 9 needs to be premium or else I won't touch it.

Asphalt 8: The Microtransaction Prices Are Airborne The Pro Kits system is nigh incomprehensible. So there is a cap on the amount of cards you can get from card packs and not use, but what does "Early Tech" mean for one? The tutorials aren't of much use... And they didn't even bother making San Diego Harbour available in Quick (Solo) Race. Yeah, I think I'm going to load up Marathon 2: Durandal (it's freeware and open-source) instead.
So, now that I have tested the update, lemme give my impressions about it: - The streak rewards in MS have been halved again. Looks like they really want to devalue the credits. - I don't get the criticism around Sector 8. I really like that track because it's a crazy one. Sure, it looks like something from Hot Wheels, but at least it's not like it completely sucks, right? - Most of the new cars are meh. Stop trying to be cool by picking random cars. - When I saw the tokens, I thought we could finally get every car in the game. I was actually looking forward to those... Until I noticed that you still have to pay money for the premium cars. That was a chance to redeem yourself GL; you just threw it out the window. - I hate the Pro Kits. You are making people pay or grind a lot to get a few cards in order to upgrade their cars and make them go even further beyond (you should get the reference ), and the cards you get are random. Not only that, but you also just broke the equilibrium again, and completely made all the grinding to max our cars meaningless. The heck GL? All considered, I didn't expect this to happen, but I expected something similar from GL. I never really had my hopes up for this update, and I can declare that this game is officially a ruined one
