Anyone have problems with the biome in the speed vs skill cup? I do well until the tunnel where u have to make a hard left but the car keeps veering left and I crash into the wall and it don't help that I only get two chances but on the other hand I did pretty well in the booster cup managed to get 48:875
Either micro drift to get the yellow bottle, or stay close to the wall a tease it round gently, then if it does decide to kill its self it will bounce of the wall. No Wednesday zombie grinder? The rewards for the cup are back to being pointless, I think I may pass this one.
YESSSS!!! On skill vs Speed, I finally broke 57.3xx and made a 57.299 single tanked with the biome!!!!! unfortunately, that only moves me up from 16th to 14th, but it should carry me until the end of the tourney. Two things I did differently: I managed to pull off the bridge-rail jump (after the millionth try). I also realized that there was no point in trying to avoid the walls in the tunnel since I don't get any more perfect runs past that point, so I decided to 'wall ride' the inside of the tunnel. My speedometer never went down and it prevented me from spinning out while giving me a closer line. The only thing I could change to go faster would be taking the final barrel roll a bit lower to go about 5 kph faster on the jump
Haha so close! I'm not 100% sure as it was my first run but I definitely hit the wall as I levelled the car out after the big corner, and I possibly hit the wall in the final corner to as I drifted too early, just a bad hangover habit from that POS Mercedes from the weekend. Made a mess of the remaining 4 attempts in all sorts of places and if I'm gonna improve it has to be today as I think tomorrow the biome will need all my fuel. Have you tried lowering your sensitivity? Since I dropped to around 65-70 in the recent Venice cup I seem to have stopped doing that in the biome. I normally play most cars 90-95 with one or two at 85. I know others who even go as low as 50 on biome with a lot of success.
Excellent time dude, very well done I would be surprised if there's many if any better than that single tanked. I'm not even that fast so far with the double tank lol. Just wondering do you use tilt to steer controls? I'm finding it difficult to consistently pull off the perfect to triple trick you mentioned, been trying it for a while now but I'm drifting too many times to rely on it for now. Will give it another attempt if/when I use another tank for this cup although I seem to be comfortably in 10th position in my division, was at 6th for a while but a few overtook me, thankfully I think they all were already in the top 20 anyway so it's holding up ok for now. Gonna focus on the apex for today I think although it's a waste of time coz there's no chance of getting near the tanks lol, just wanna get down to at least a low 47.
You could try a very tight drift if it's happening every time, I think I noticed one of the summers doing it in a video and still getting very low. I actually think I might even have done it in my fastest lap too, although that was because I accidentally hit triple instead of perfect nitro just before then and needed to get back to perfect to make my nitro last to the end. I might even have went as far as getting the yellow bottle since I was gonna drift anyway and still made 57:3, was on double tank tho.
I don't think that's possible because of car collections. If you got prizes for collecting a certain car category, the collection is complete and the prizes are claimed so there is no going back. Unfortunate, I know

Using the brake to deactivate nitro (but not drift) to switch between triple and perfect nitro. I've seen it done in a few videos before first from public enemy and lately on the summer YouTube account. It's not exactly a trick tbh but it is not the easiest thing to pull off correctly if you're using tilt controls. Have heard it doesn't work on android tho and if I remember right that's what you're on?
nice driving eric, I really suck on this map - one of the worst to race for me with high A and S-class cars. I always have trouble with the interlaced roads at the beginning
Yea, I'm on Android. I used to play on my Galaxy Note 3 Neo, but since I lost it I now play on Bluestacks (Android emulator on Windows, you probably know) and I'm using the keyboard for controls which is hard compared to the tilt I'm used to. I can't do "little drifts" like with tilt if you run out of nitro on a straight lane :/ I don't know which trick you are talking about... is it the one where you break and then immediately perfect nitro? Because that does work on Android, and that's the only way I work my way around Venice with its sharp turns
Good job! You must be Amzepher or something like that. I saw your time this morning before work. That's .5 better than I've been able to manage. Only been able to make 12 passes (on two different iPads) but it doesn't bug me because I'm not in love with the Biome. But I think that's a really nice time with or w/o extra tank.

Skill vs Speed, I followed damayns instructions and pulled ahead of a kb and another Asian lettered racer. 57.519 directly behind my friend TC, plus TC was watching on Twitch, big pressure! Currently 9th that should be enough I guess. Fastest on single tank in Germany. Still room for improvement but big thanks damayn!

I'm quite a happy camper as I just managed a 47.454 with two walls and running out of Nitro at the end, which put me right behind Hung and for the first time in front of Turbo! Single tanked by the way. How much will the double tank take of a round? Top 10 is 46.899.
Anyone that needs a 57.3xx for the skill cup, it is easy with a double tank. Perfect nitro of the start, miss all the AI, collect the gold, miss the barrels, perfect to the ramp, triple to pick up both golds on bridge, triple when landing of the bridge, micro drift and perfect to collect the gold and drive to the end missing the ramps. I was starting to think that on the last ramp if you dropped off the side you may gain speed through falling and trippiling but didn't get round to it.
