What's the 1-1-1-1 Survolt's rank? Like Dave said, the 1160 (i.e., 2-2-2-2) Survolt is also a great multiplayer car, but it has to deal with the maxed TTS, which a lot of top 100 racers (e.g., 1453 TC, as well as some of the Sky people) use triple-boosted in multiplayer. So I think your girlfriend will have to make a choice: If she wants to race some really good competition, going to 1160 or even a little beyond (say, somewhere between 1200 and 1220 with something along the lines of 3-3-2-2 upgrades) is the way to go. But if she'd rather not encounter those people and their boosters during these early stages of her career, keeping the Survolt as low-ranked as possible (and thus, as far away from the 1189 TTS as possible) is probably a good idea.
1-1-1-1 was rated 1128. I went up to 2-1-2-1 and it only went up to 1129, so I added another nitro level and now it's 1139. I imagine that's where she'll want to keep it while she's still learning how to race.
Yeah, doing the same on my wifes android To start with Sesto, if you come close to 1500 rank, be very carefull not to go much above it. At that rank, taking top speed from 3 to 4 could easely increase rank by 30-40 pts, much the same for nitro. GFs Survolt is currently 5-4-4-4 @ 1256, kind of to high, but I win most every race with it anyways, even with biomes in the mix. No matter what car I tune for mp, I always go for acc 4, but mostly 5, no matter how I tune the other 3. If I were to retune that Survolt, it would prob read 5-2-3-2. I've done acc 4-5 from I started racing A8, and it has never failed me, and the added bonus is, whenever you brake, you reach top speed faster aswell. I just got Caddie CTS-V, and at 5-2-2-2 rank:1342, I've yet to lose a race. Finally, I rarly use any boosts as at lvl 15 I coulnt hope to even break even
I wondered where the 1129s came from, have seen quite a lot of them, I actually had made the assumption that they must have one or more still on level zero and I had missed out on that one. Will get her to knock up the acc and handling tonight, thanks for the info I need to get playing MP on my own tho lol, still not even at level 60 and I'm up near 1100 races, problem is my only options seem to be maxed survolt and one:1 as I can't seem to find anything else maxed I can even think of using, maybe the mini I guess. I still can't really afford to be using boosts all the time either, I normally only jump in for one or two races after I've used my fuel in the TLEs. Still have 3.5m credits worth of upgrades needed to have everything fully maxed.
Cyber Monday 52 single tanked On P1? Check! Still a crappy start but a really fast barrel did the job. Still room for improvement as I'm on 52.933. Low side is that my twitch went off in the middle of the race.
Nice, what position are you in your cups atm? I got 52:8xx in my very first run in the cyber Monday and didn't improve until I used a tank last night, was a crappy run too and only got down to 52:5xx with it but it's only top 50 so no need to use more fuel in it as I'm 7th so far. Do you go around the outside of the traffic on the left or try to nip in close early and overtake on the right? I'm getting around fine on the outside, I remember struggling with the start back in the mc12 cup until I saw this: http://youtu.be/XsCuFO_QKcI then I realised I was trying to get inside too early. Also 7th in the biome but I'm not confident it will hold up as I only went 57:3xx, might need to do another tank at some stage and try to get down at least another tenth, hopefully more. Edit: actually just made 51:843 single tank on GTR, didn't even manage the new glitch manoeuvre but was a decent lap anyway, that gets my almost embarrassingly high double time gone from public view lol biome down to 10th already, looks like I'm gonna need to improve.

Haven't really played other racing games and I had never heard of the whole asphalt thing until I stumbled on asphalt 8 in the App Store. Before this I was a candy crush junkie.lol. How about you, when did you start?
Does anyone know the reason why a timed cup has positions when all the player needs to do is achieve the specific time given? Or is there a secret reward for those in the top positions? It's so true; you've got to watch how high you go on those upgrades. I went from 2 to 3 on my Pagani H's acceleration (up like four ranking points) and it gets dusted by Sestos now. Also saw SkyRichard on Twitch last night. He's grinding in MP with the Audi TT, but the trick (aside from his constant companion: the extra tank) is he's got the upgrades dialed back below max like 1133. Now that the Biome eats the maxed Survolt, it might be a good idea to keep it below maxed. But if you like MP and getting good races, the maxed Survolt remains a fun choice. So many folks have maxed their Biomes, there doesn't seem to be as many in Survolt MP races.
I started one year ago, HISNBERG. My son was playing it and he showed it to me. I absolutely do not like video games, never play (except Pole Position growing up and Mario Kart to beat the installed ghosts). So took the A8 on ramp and haven't found the exit. When/if I ever do, I doubt I'll ever play any other games. Just not my deal.
That's also not the only way to get a 1129 survolt, my survolt is 3-1-1-1 and also 1129. I feel like it would be more equipped for mp than a 2-1-2-1 survolt because my accel goes past everything
Cheers for that dude, that sounds like it would be even better, the handling on the survolt is ok at level 1 so like you say you'll gain a larger advantage from the acceleration being higher. Messing around with your sensiitivity can feel like a handling change anyway although I already use 100% in the survolt. The biome is a good example, I was ok with it in my normal 85-95 range but since the Venice cups recently I've dropped to 65-70 range and it's working really well for me. I wonder does that mean then that 3-1-2-1 would only be 1130? I'm sure that wouldn't upset the matchmaking much with just another point if it worked like that.
That is quite some time, you would be second in Germany plus you are single tanked! Great achievement. For me it's not the rewards I want to kick some clan butts and beat them single tanked. Skill vs Speed, that's what this game is about.
The 1107 stock Survolt is a great car too. I rarely lose a race in it even against decent players running 1155 Survolts. Only times I lost are against boosted, 2X tanked Survolts and Mini ( I never run boosted). To someone who suggested the Sesto. I used to run the stock Sesto and it was more than decent, it was the ultimate nitro hog. Now it gets overrun by Biomes and even worse the fully maxed, boosted K1:One. Another decent MP car is the Camaro @ 1135 4-4-4-5. It easily beasts most Survolts around that range with its immense Nitro capacity and durability (around 30 mph) . As long as one survives the initial start, you'll catch up to even boosted Survolts. Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, I'm currently running this car around 1300 with 4-1-1-4 but I get fed to the Survolts at the start...
HISNBERG, which start did you make, go left around AI or sharp right close to the wall behind the Marussia? It's all about the start and the barrel into glitch. I haven't done skill vs. speed today, invested all my fuel in Cyber Monday and improved to 52.839 currently 9th, but I feel lower is possible my problem is the start. I'm 11th in the skill vs speed on 57.651. On practice runs I always mess the turn before the tunnel, need to be closer to the wall and not turn so hard, I might drop the sensitivity down to 70, currently I use 80 on Biome. In most runs I do a low fast double barrel off the first steep ramp which gives me enough nitro to miss the blue on the right, but then the tunnel turn... Hopefully apex Wednesday will not be that fuel consuming, I'll give alps some shots tomorrow. Edit: just wasted another 4 fuels with starts that were not so bad but triple of the last jump left me running out of NOS. With my last two fuel bars I pulled it off no touch start and low glitch, bang! I'm in front of skyteddy, he used double tank. Best single tanked P1. I think I'm done with this event, currently seventh and beat some clans.
Are you missing out the gold b4 the tunnel? I hate that UFO, you don't drive it round the track, it's more like nursing it round, trying to stop it from crashing..
Yes I miss the gold it's not necessary: It's only a practice run, key is the perfect nitro fill after the first barrel and the blue bottle when you only manage to do one barrel off the first steep. On the last ramp you need the lowest barrel possible which will leave you with 38x -390 airspeed. I got that this is a practice run, but there are a few things I did differently to get a 57.373 single tanked. The first barrel roll can be done low enough to triple twice: once after the roll and once off the ledge. And I would triple both of these and do the triple to perfect nitro thing after the ledge. Then triple after the jump onto and off the bridge, micro drift while catching the yellow before the tunnel, perfect nitro, then hit a low barrel roll and triple to end. This should shave off enough to get top twenty depending on region, and can be done at 57.2xx or lower
