Yes that's why I'm not too bothered about actually racing the ghost and mostly try to just beat my time instead. It's just the way it is unfortunately, I always thought the ghost should start in the same spot as you, you can't crash into it anyway so it would be much fairer. You miss out the perfect starts with taking out the AI in the correct order as it stands atm then you're on the back foot catching up on nitro.
Can anyone remind me what the awards were for the last apex cup? I haven't collected the awards yet and need to plan my upgrades.
Unless you want to be very good at S class tournaments, K1 is just a big money waster. It's the best car in the game but the price will only drop around the time the car is replaced by another new, best car. If you want B class dominance (multiplayer and tournaments), Biome is the way to go. Be cautious, the Biome's handling isn't for everyone. You have to get used to controlling the car with its perfect handling
Current golden cup standings on Winphone 8.1 - #1 has 51:099 First single tanked P1 is #25 @ 52:290 If you actually look beyond IAP, and consider coin packs, and with millions playing over all the platforms, even 1-5$ for double coins/refill etc adds up to, prob a_lot more then the IAP nets em http://www.androidauthority.com/bluestacks-vs-andy-best-android-emulators-pc-414036/ check it out. Andy is supposedly harder to configure tho, but on andy fb page, there is a very detailed guide. Keeping in mind the GTR is on sale tomorrow, these may come in very handy, if you collect after you buy and do initial upgrades. From bottom up, all A class: 1 handeling (top 10k) 1 acc (top 1k) 2nitro (top 500) 2acc (top 100) 2 top speed (top 15)
So we agree then? I know that points aren't indicative of anything anymore, but it's still fun to take down some of these highly-rated frauds in MP.
Lykan is a really good car if you have problems to earn credits... By the way, another option is to buy cheaper cars that allow you to unlock season 9 (Find them that let you to win more stars as possible). When you unlock season 9, you can buy and maxed McLaren 12C or Marussia B2, whose races will allow you to earn about 4700 credits in 1 minute (Here I think that 12C race is easier, in Alps. But Marussia B2 is usually useful TLE) Check this web to find info about cars, for example McLaren 12c http://asphalt.wikia.com/wiki/McLaren_12C_Spider
The fun is gone if they know you. Those guys in front of me in leaderboard always skip the race if they see my name
Thanks for that awsome link Hector! If I may add one small tidbit. As the 12C is an awsome car sub 1490 rank, go for Marussia, as the 12C will serve you way much better if you want to drive a fun car in MP
That moment when you accidentally redeem the prizes 5 hours before the Savage GTR comes out. On another note, welcome to everyone new here! This is the place to be if you want to learn more about Asphalt. I know I've learned quite a couple of things here.
Priceless! There are some things money can't buy. For everything else there's Mastercard! ### Everybody new to this Board, Welcome! Edit: BTW on iOS, Gold Cup Germany two summers have 50.7xx on Savage GTR! The leader on 50.721( full stop) #
Help! How can I avoid getting knocked out at the start of multiplayer races? Even when I move over to the edge at the start, sometimes they deliberatly hit and knock me out. Should I zig zag or hold a straight line to avoid getting knocked out? I don't use Nitro or any other boosts, because I feel like it's cheating and it's less challenging. Why does the game usually put me in first place on the starting grid even when other drivers have faster cars and nitro? Why do I stay ahead of them for a few seconds at the start before they catch up and knock me out? Do some drivers wait a second at the start so they can pass and knock out people like me?
I've almost done that a few times with the way the events load up but have avoided it so far thankfully! There's a third live event showing on mine atm now since midnight last night so hopefully that reduces the risk further for these last few hours lol, so paranoid about wasting it as I don't actually have enough credits for the upgrades. I'm still a bit of a mp noob so there are a lot of people here much more qualified to answer this than me, but I've personally found that using at least a nitro boost has been the only real solution to this, as well as using cars like the survolt or Sesto that have great acceleration off the line. I've even had other players in a Sesto wiping me out when I use the one:1 without the nitro starter. The savage GTR has really good acceleration too so there might be a 'sweet spot' of upgrade levels for it when it arrives that avoids the maxed S classes and could be good.
As a player who just reached 2000 points (slow clap), i usually just overtake them from the side. Swerve only if are able to overtake the player at the start. Cuz if u block faster players, yes u may get knocked down, but their acceleration is compromised. And if another player in 1st place has all the starters, they will be 1-2 seconds ahead. I've experienced this a few days back and lost 4 points in 2nd place. This is just my honest opinion as im trying to be the player to reach top 100 with one of the lowest levels. Though some players who wanna have fun will probably just knock ppl for the sake of knocking them down.
Nemesis you keep getting a couple of places ahead of me in these uk divisions lol! I'm prob gonna leave the golden one as its not worth spending credits on but this new one I suspect I'm gonna need to get much closer to your time to stay in the top ten by Sunday night. Do you barrel under the bridge in this car on Nevada or go over the top to keep nitro up? Edit: it looks like they have already removed the guy from the top just now, hopefully his summer mate will be not far behind
