Hey guys, I'm a lil late to the party I guess, cause I don't understand what cloned accounts are, and how people change the flag they have to suit there needs. What is a cloned account and how does it benefit them. Also, how do you tell when an event is regional as opposed to worldwide? In my event here in US openjing5 is number one and has an American flag. The other top spots are a lot of chinese or Asian symbols or sky clan with American flags. How does this happen and what does it mean?
As best as I understand it (I have never used one myself), a cloned account is a game file that is shared among users through the iCloud function. To obtain it, the player must share his account name and password to the person giving him the account, who then logs in and transfers it to his device's saved files. The players who use these cloned accounts are usually members of the various clans that you see all the time on the leaderboards. Invariably, cloned accounts are always fully loaded with boosters (especially extra tanks) and unbelievable amounts of credits (so that they can buy cars/upgrades at will). I am guessing some hacks were used to obtain so many tanks. Also, the players are able to use restore points to unmax cars, which they do to gain advantages in multi-player. For instance, a 936-rated Mini Cooper and an 1189 Lotus Roadster are practically unbeatable in multi-player, since they get matched with other cars that don't possess comparable acceleration, nitro duration, or top speed. These players are also able to change their country flag at will, since all they need to do is go to a restore point situated before a country was selected/locked in. Since all of this can be done offline, they get away with it very easily. That's why, for instance, all the Open/Summer/Axis/k-b members always have access to the premium or newest cars in the game. As long as one clan member wins the car in a tournament, all other members of the clan will be sent the car through the iCloud data. In non-divisional events, the Open players try to win all of the cars being offered (i.e. the 20 Koenigsegg Ones), so that the other clans can't get them. The worst/dirtiest case I have seen is the k-b leader ChineseTastes (Rogar Guo in real life, and yes, he's on Facebook) using 20 cloned accounts to win all 20 Chrysler ME-412s when they were up for grabs, just so that no other clans could claim them. That guy is a real piece of trash.
Well, here goes: - If I'm correct, cloned accounts are accounts that are transferred to other devices. It's basically one account shared for these devices. Multi-accounts are accounts made and used by the same person. The former allow them to have multiple players focusing on a tournament, and if any of those does a good time, everyone else does too. If there's also a device that doesn't use any boosters, everyone has an 'infinite' amount of those. The latter allows the person to have more tries on the tournament, as each account has its own fuel. - You can tell by looking at the flags of the players. If there's only one flag, that means the tournament is divided by country leaderboards. Only exceptions are the 'Worldwide' flag and the countries that don't have their own leaderboard. People posted a list of countries that do have their own leaderboard in here. - Those Chinese who are on American tournaments simply changed countries. There's an option to change your country only once. After that, you must contact GL if you want to change again. Changing country helps as most prizes are easier to obtain (less people, less skilled people in some leaderboards, etc) Anyone can correct me on those? I didn't laugh, honestly. He did what I hate the most: he didn't just wreck players as he passed by, he HUNTED them. PE, I'm not trying to correct you or anything, but you shouldn't take the fun from others if you don't have fun in MP yourself IMO. Maybe you'll laugh, your followers will probably laugh, but these players definitely didn't laugh. But you do what you want. That, and whether you cheated or not isn't my business, it's GL's (but I doubt they would even look at the case anyway )
I could speak in the dispute between RB and PE but I'd rather stay out if it. That's why I haven't said anything.
Just got brutalised in MP and it was completely my own fault lol. Was cruising to victory in 10-15 races with the k1 so started to be a smartass trying trick jumps and other silly stuff you shouldn't do in MP (mostly failed attempts at the drop down in San diego but there were other tough barrels too) and ended up losing 36 points in 4 races for 3 second place finishes and a big loser of 15 points for a fourth. So after making 25ish points and spending a ton of credits (I'm only on level 52) buying nitro and tuning kits I ended up having to win a few more afterwards just to get back to the points I started on and made virtually no credits in an hour and a half on double credit boost. Pretty unforgiving once you are the top ranked in most races, and I'm only on 1600ish points too! On a slightly different note it's ridiculous how easy it is playing with the k1 in MP atm, matched against a lot of A class cars and a few S class and always on P1 on the grid, makes it even more galling the amount of points I just dumped lol.
That's why I don't like racing it. It's OP since even 2 koenigseggs are hard to get into one lobby. The only fair races would be if the venoms(and there are plenty of those all the time) and aeros got matched with the one:1's. I don't like mercilessly killing off drivers, who are probably just as good as I am, but are driving a-class or slower s-class cars. Gameloft needs to fix this asap, or a lot of people are gonna stop playing mp. Besides, I want to actually get challenged while driving it.
I agree with you in general but I intend to make the most of it while it lasts as I really need to get my level up. I probably won't get to boost my ranking much as I can't resist doing silly things like I said above, but that's not really my main goal atm and its a pretty cheap way to rank up anyway so not too bothered about that, I can worry a bit more about my rank once I've reached level 85. I've also seemingly part ruined MP anyway by maxing everything so I doubt I'll ever get chasing a top rank regardless. I'm also really enjoying driving the k1 too, it's such a great car, the nitro duration coupled with the speed means so many stretches on a lot of laps you can just triple where you can't go flat out in other cars. I'm sure that will get boring soon but enjoying it for now Edit: I meant to ask you damayn are you on iOS? Good point. But if I remember correctly, extra tanks were never available as win series rewards. And there weren't that many collection rewards.

Whoever mentioned unfair MP matchups, just stop. We all used to be in the same boat and some point. Just felt very accomplish placing third against a (1) maxed, 2X boosted, 2X tank One:1 and (2) 2X boosted, 2X tank Biome in Monaco using a stock Corvette, unboosted. 4th was a 2X boosted Survolt (but no 2X tank). Those all look about right, I thought the savage gts was maybe slightly lower, I thought 1.8m bought me it for 225k and also upgraded it but could be wrong as it has been a while. Sorry can't help you on the pay cars you listed as I didn't win or buy any! I mentioned the k1 match ups, wasn't really complaining tbh, I'm doing pretty well out of it lol. Was just saying it makes it a little easy in the k1 atm, I've had matches today where I crashed 2-3 times and still came in first!

Yeah, honestly, I dunno. I know I got a ton from races and Collections, and never used 'em. I just remember my friend losing his mind when he saw me log in and what I had. Maybe I'm mis-remembering, I don't really care enough to argue about it -- just wanted to point out that upgrades, and various boosters used to get given out like candy on halloween. This. I spent months as a top 50 ranked player until all the changes started coming and basically ruined MP. It seems like I'm stuck either getting sniped and smoked or racing my sweet-spot upgraded Biome and it not being competitive at all. Every update, it feels less and less about skill (and fun photo finishes) and more about what car/ups you've got in that race. Yeah, sure, I can catch up to scrubs and win, but I miss tight races and seeing who won because of how tight they could take turns or if they could sneak in an extra spin or roll. I get GL has to get paid, and I'm the first to admit I've got NO ROOM to talk since I'm mostly max'ed without ever dropping a dime, but it sucks to see a fun game get ruined. I'd trade back all the ups I ever won to go back to legit races. MP matching aside, the rating on the cars is completely wack and everyone knows it.
But I remember correctly, you get a lot of DCs for car collections and there were many to win in events. Not 130 but around 40 for collections and I would say double the amount for winning in events. I spent my DCs like it was nothing because I thought you could buy them with credits, to my surprise they where for real cash and quite expensive. I will not stop complaining about MP match ups, because I like to race b and a class cars in MP. And just when I won ten races for one point each in my McLaren C12, I'm facing a fully loaded maxed K1 and lose all the points I just won in a time span of 30 minutes in one unfair race! I don't get the point of that! As long as these matchups continue to happen I will not play MP any longer. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about losing points all I'm saying is I do bother when it's not fair. Same car ranks and the other driver is better I'm totally ok, that's racing! I remember a video on YouTube with David Coulthart. He in his McLaren MP-4 something gave a stock MB A-class and an E-class 63 AMG a head start on a one rounder on a formula one track. I think he gave the a class a 60 second advantage and still won. That is what a fully loaded maxd k1 in any one rounder in MP could do, give them a 20 sec headstart and you will still win by miles! Hey Ryan, did you read my post about german regional events? I was not meaning to offend you guys but this thing has to be sorted out, because those cloned accounts just travel from one regional even to another just to farm prizes. What is it called in real life? In german economics we call these locusts! Farm everything available and move to another place when nothing is left! Thank you for your time! P.s. SAME HERE I can't be arsed with MP any more, it used to be so exciting and most of my spare time was spent racing, I am bored of the concentration on shaving milli seconds of lap times for TLEs, and ghost racing is a poor relative of proper wheel to wheel racing. The only place you get this is in the MPTLEs but that system is out of wack as you can only win prizes through grinding.
I see a little F1 reference there kj, are you a fan? This weekend should be interesting! I actually stopped watching halfway through last season for the first time in a lot of years as I was getting bored with the vettel show it had become, but I'm a bit of a Lewis Hamilton fan so have been sucked back in this year by the mercedes battle for the drivers championship. Would it be a fair assumption that you are rooting for your compatriot Rosberg? Or does the Monaco rich kid thing put you German guys off? I've always wondered about his standing with the German public, the British media gives the impression that you guys haven't really embraced him fully like Schumacher and to a lesser extent vettel, would be interesting to hear what you think
