Does anyone know of Chinese_CPU who goes under a German flag? He is in my division and I was wondering if he is going to be a threat? He hasn't gone double tank yet so I hope he doesn't have unlimited boosts.
If it is not someone impersonating, he is a player with decent skills, not those unbeatable top ones though. btw, for those of you who don't know, these "Chinese_" are the oldest clan in A8. The name is a bit misleading (which probably led to the later introduction of nationality into the game), but they're actually a clan, insane guys in the early days. (this is a snapshot I found from those events back in earlier this year, one of the first TLEs in A8, when no one knew how to play it right and also no one cheated)
It depends what you mean by that . I gather you ask about CC in my nickname. CC and Columbus are a bit of a play with words in more than one language, CC standing for initials of the same personality in the language of Cervantes, but also a mirror image of c and s in Columbus.

I think I saw your name on PEs friends list. Tried your route but was a big fail for me, but first barrel was 1.53 second .83. After the little jump before drifting into Buddha triple or stage 1 Nitro? And after the dirt track triple and no barrel to finish? Will have another three with my double tank tonight, I need 1:07.9xx.
After Buddha jump triple then take both Ramps on the right under 1 second and do the same thing on the end part
I have tried, but is really hard and you lose gold bottle. I'm sure that using my route I can make 1:07.9xx low. Indeed, on first attempts I tried barrel on buddha's ramp, but it is totally random
I'm just not hitting the double barrel on the Buddha jump well at all, getting sloppy as the day goes on and drifting badly before it so coming at a bad angle and crashing into the island coz I'm too low. On one occasion I did manage it I inexplicably missed the uphill 2nd barrel, somehow managed to just float off it, which was infuriating as it is probably the easiest one in the lap to hit well, along with maybe the final one. Will keep at it all week, with a bit of luck ChineseTastes in first position (1:08:127) will get cleaned out and if I can even get to 1:08:1xx or 1:08:0xx I might sneak it. If I can pull off that route properly I should get into the 1:07s anyway. I'm gonna end up using loads of my hard earned tanks lol, that's 3 already in 2 days and I have another free evening tomorrow! Luckily I still have 16 left and I think it is due to be another week soon where the junior cups give 2 for up to position 250.
My last attempts were also no improvement managed 3 flats of Buddha landing straight but messed up the dirt track. In all three attempts had a delay at start, think I tabbed too early. All three were 1:09.1xx! I have 18 tanks left will invest two tomorrow!
I'm definitely going to stick with hectors route for tomorrow. I haven't kept it all together doing it in one lap yet so I'm only on 1:08:494, I keep hitting barrels with slightly too much air time, the lowest I've made on the downhill one is 0.63s but I'm having trouble repeating that every time. If there are a few tenths difference between iOS and android then getting into the 7s should be achievable using it. Plus hector believes he can make a 7 with it on android anyway and I'm not gonna doubt such a superb player, his videos have served me very well so far since I found his channel. The double barrel is just too much of a killer variable with the fuel refill system, I'm having trouble pulling it off even in the f12 practice laps much with restarting it every 30 seconds. Gonna focus on getting to 8:1 or 8:0 and hope ChineseTastes gets the boot before he improves lol.
Lol up to 8 ghost challenges outstanding! Will get on them once this cup and the credit farming for the one:1 is over this week I didn't make nearly as much as I should have tonight, hoped to be around 7m but got sidetracked playing the GTR cup and restarting the f12 repeatedly between fuel refills practicing the double barrel. Had hoped to make it as close to 8m by tomorrow night as possible but I'm way off track, would be happy with 7.5 at this stage. This will probably be the last time I farm credits hard like this, almost forgot how much I hated it as it's been a few weeks since I stopped. Some ghosts might be spoiled with tank times tomorrow as playing with the venom only between fuel refills was putting me off when it came to attempting the GTR again (hence the switch to the f12) but will try to keep it to a minimum.
Maybe that only means a car with better handling is faster when scrapping along the guardrail? I know when I leave it on auto-accelerate and scrape along the guardrail without steering, it slows me down a lot.
Wow, that's nice. But how did you come up with this experiment? They are indeed the oldest clan, some of them are still active and very good. The double barrel is indeed very hard, I did it several times with the F12 Ferrari in S9. Hope this stops soon. The no1 in one:1 cup used a max k1 with 2 boosters. He was never cleared from the leaderboard. There are people in my friend list who went from 65 cars to 70+ overnight. Some have more cars than there is in the garage . Even after reporting them with screenshots,they are still playing. This account sharing is really degrading the game. I really hope GL finds a way to put a stop to this.
I also managed double barrels with the F12 but never with GTR. Maybe it's due to lacking speed or different handling. That is some time with a lot of spinning and barreling, nice one!
They've already figured it out. They're gonna ride A8 out for as long as they can, then they'll release A9 which will fix many of the current problems, but soon lead to a plethora of new ones. They'll disguise those issues to the best of their abilities, and then eventually release A10. It's crazy to think how awesome this game could be if the worldwide competitions were made level for everyone. Though, it is a life lesson. Those who skirt/break the rules without having to face the consequences of getting caught, are the ones who get ahead. GL laughs at the thought of cheaters never winning.
I've managed to pull it off once in around ten attempts, still can't believe it was the 2nd uphill barrel I ruined the lap on lol, I've hit it well almost every time I've played that map with any car!
