And could someone tell me when in mptle, the reward points gets less and less as you progress. To start with, I had like 3-4-500 pts, a win now at around 7000 awards me like less then 100, and a loss at my last 7/7 race, last place netted me 6 pts. Ifen if I $€£ grind, I cant even see my self getting into top 100, currently at 350 ish
On the last day of the Furai cup, a first-place finish in an 8-player race netted me only 8-10 points; if there were 5 or less players, I would only get 5 points for winning. These MP events are designed to give less and less points each passing day, so that people around the cut-off mark are forced to buy refills during the closing hours so that they can win the car. I'm sure those 4-5 players comfortably at the top of the leaderboard have spent well over $100 at this point. They would have been better off just buying those ridiculous credit packs. But their minds have essentially been drugged by all the non-stop grinding.
I was sitting around doing nothing last night when the new MPTLE came out, so I played it as often as my fuel would allow for about 6 hours. I was using NS/TK and starting in front, so I won or placed 2nd nearly every race, meaning I was getting close to max points possible. When I finally called it a night, there were a few players who had double my points. They had to have spent at least $20-30 on refills just in those first 6 hours. Like you said, to hold that position it's likely going to cost them well over $100. Might as well just buy the Aero and be done with it if you're going to go down that road. Though, I am always skeptical whether or not they're actually spending money to get those refills.
Thank you for this most intelligence of answers I did manage to get to about 7000 without more effort then kit/nitro and having had time these last days, played half the time I could and sleeping 12h at a time, like it isnt hard (unless you life in the time crunch) A bit more effort at the start of event, less stupid mistakes , and should easely been within top 100 imho Tho, training towards perfection, I do seem to learn something everytime I race, like, there are non glitch loopwholes in these tracks aswell, and its fun go looking for em :grin:
I'm on iOS MP for the One:1 currently 42nd with 9460 points. In a full room I receive 14 points for first place. The more points you have the less points you get as a reward. So far I have spent 8 for fuel to stay in position before I go to sleep. I calculated that reaching top 20 requires at least another 15 , if the guy on 20th stops racing. Therefore it'll be 20 to reach 9950 - 10000 points. The problem is not coming there, but staying there. I think if I stop now I'll stay in 100 until the MP stops. I won the Nismo and the Onyx but both without investing any real cash. I had to make top 50 for onyx and 100 for the Nismo, that was not a problem to achieve even without money, but this time top 20 and the fastest car in Game makes everybody lose their mind.
I think it's rather related with amount of points already earned and your position on the leaderboard. The higher you are the less points you earn for every race to force you to grind more.
Guys, the best thing just happened. In Venice, I took down OPENJing5, who was driving a maxed (and hacked) One:1, TWICE in the same race with my HUAYRA!!!! (fitting, seeing as its my favorite car ) I saw him in the lobby, I saw was a multiple account, since he was level 1, and that's when I knew: It was time to take him out. Triple boosted off the line, Huayra is unstoppable, and knocked the crap out of him right at the start. A maxed lykan managed to pass me, and OPENSh*t5 started coming up behind my tail up until the long jump before the narrow streets, where I flat-spinned and took him out AGAIN Sorry, I haven't been so satisfied in mp for a long time.

He's a hacker. It's only satisfying that I do my part to exterminate the scum when I see it. His rank was well above 2000, and I feel like by the time you race enough to achieve that rank, there is no way for you to still be level 1. Like logically speaking, I think it only takes 5-6 wins to level up in mp from level 1. So thats how I look at it (guys correct me if I'm wrong). Also, its OPENJing5, we all know he's a hacker/multiple account user.
Dont you know about the level 1 glitch in multiplayer???? Is Gameloft gonna clean the leaderboards of the pumpkin cup? I just happen to be 11th and there's a savage rivale gtr in my division (aka hacker)
haven't checked it yet. Did anyone notice any hacker removed? It is nice that this whole one1 thing is drawing players' (and GL's) attention on cloning accounts. Hope GL can take the chance to come up with more effective ways against cloning accounts in general. There is a trick or treat cup with global leaderboard (top 5 get 150,000), mon rev, 2 bars, c-class. Two mptles: venom cup (top 100 get 2 extra tanks), westminster, 3 bars; halloween cup (top 100 get 40,000), iceland, 2 bars, all cars. Does anyone know how these people always get TLE infos before hand?
I just picked up a Hennessey Venom GT for 60% off. I'm glad I waited and purchased most of the cheaper cars first.
Of course I do, I was one of the first to report it on this forum I also figured out (though I don't think I ever mentioned it) that the glitch only happens if you click on a player while their data is still loading into the lobby. If they haven't fully connected and you click on their icon, they show up as level 1 with 1 car and they have the bull insignia. I waited until he was full loaded and had voted for everything before clicking, and he was at level 1 with i think 78 cars and had his own insignia. So I know its not the glitch Edit: here's a photo for proof

I'm currently at like 7500, and havent yet spent a dime on it. After an eyeopener about the fact that mptle's are made to require fuel refill, or perfection, I've just hung back. Driving now and then, playing with the map After a post the other day, I considred driving like crazy to just leave the rest of mptle faaaaaar behind, I just realised, I wont be spending much time on mptle in the future. You thinking of trying again at infection cup? (I saw u at number 1 for a bit, good job btw) I think mp wise, the aero would be better since u could triple and knockdown slower venoms. But its seems as though the venom is better on some tracks, the aero on others (I'm just basing this off what I see on the leaderboards, I don't actually have it)
