eventually maxing the car helps with future races, and season 9; so meh. also, i perfer zombie grinders to the time laps, because time lap has rampant cheating, and triple boost requirement for best times. all i have to worry about in zombie are nitro wreckers; but even finish last gives me points, just need to keep at it consistently. I took the venom and there was no sign of infection for me not even on the HUD. GL is very generous they give away exactly one Aero. Wow Finally Zombie Division. What does GL think we're doing here? Racing all day? I think I'll quit on my job and do asphalt full time!
Yeah it looks like I'm gonna have a few days to work on my ghosts and get the 4.5m credits I need to buy and max the furai and nismo. The first two top prizes will be bought with fuel refills and the third doesn't even give any tanks but will be won by people using them lol.
No idea why they would spend real cash on fuel though. I never spend actual money on Asphalt 8 but if I made that leap and put cash in, I'd just buy the IAP cars, not waste it on fuel. It is the worst of both worlds. Sleepless nights and parting with real cash. Granted the IAP cars are expensive as hell, but I'm hoping the One:1 costs closer to the Onyx/Pole position pack than the Aero pack.
Can't imagine it will cost any less than the normal premium packs, £70/$100, rumoured to be paired with the upcoming savage car. I'd take the old rumour of 7m credits at this stage lol. If it is that price you could get a lot of fuel refills for that. There was something like 550000 players in the timed one:1 cup, I can definitely see there being at least 20 of those will buy fuel refills to win it this time round. Edit: prime example there in number 1 position atm, 2343 points already one hour into the TLE, no chance that was got in 5 races at most that normal fuel allowance would have provided by now.
I got 1:23:768 and am at position #61. Top 60 get the car in my division/leaderboard. Are you EyeoftheGamer in A8? If so, I think I see you just a few positions earlier at 1:23:621. I'm probably going to give it a few more tries tonight after getting some work done. Good luck to both of us.
Here's my review for the maxed Furai: Career: It's a fun car, looks nice in my opinion. At around 1.5m to max (I think that's what someone said earlier, and I was too lazy to count how much I spent), it has a pretty good acceleration compared to those other cars near the max 1400 level. I wish it had a higher top speed for its price though. Nitro doesn't last that long, another reason to why I think it should have a higher top speed because once it's gone, it feels like it goes so slow. Multiplayer: It launches off quicker than most cars because of its acceleration. Of course, it will do much better with the boosts activated. The only problems are the very quick rate the nitro depletes and the chances where you have those Biomes that aren't maxed and are ranked between 1330 and 1440. You'll have a very tough time keeping the lead if you're already in front. And if you're behind, the Biome will be long gone.

Some guy (Ericione, or a name that sounds like that) on my ghost leaderboard is also using the One (which I am sure he won fairly ) and posted new times in season 8: the Alps and Nevada S-Class events. He went 1:40 in the Alps, which is very impressive. Try to see if you can beat him!

plus, glitch map. its day one and already full boosters > crash start > race to glitch. i was low 20s when i went to sleep, and now that im 400s, (and headed to work) im giving up on it.
GL is now cleaning the leaderboards of the Koenigsegg One cup. I have no idea if they will keep the players who used the glitch or not.
