I see the top spot is down to 57.002 already, wonder how low these guys can get. I'd hate to find out there's a glitch like Driver6353 is suggesting, and find out too late at that. Not that I'm likely to benefit anyway, even my best times so far have felt rubbish, can't get below 59.5 with two boosts on, just keep bumping walls, been playing too much with maxed venom lately and I find the handling to be very different on this car.
To race one on one, you have no other option other than local multiplayer. Or you and your friend can use the same car and play multiplayer at the same time so that you may end up in the same room; although its possible you may not get matched at all. Racing their ghosts is another option. All these considering you are on the same platform of course
I like the one's handling better though; I'm not crazy about taking barrels with the venom, it feels too light for me. I feel that acceleration of one is better than venom's too
Hummm! The One's handling is a bit slippery to me, in comparison with the Agera R. But the acceleration is truly better than Venom.
It's just stock though, maxed out handling may become better or twitchy like agera; overall I like it
Completely agree the venom is too light feeling, I struggle with it quite a bit so now that I've been using it a lot lately that's what I'm kinda tuned in to so everything else feels a bit clunky as a result. This one car maxed will hopefully be a great all rounder.
Are you talking about your big drop in position? That's kinda what I was getting at talking about the new low times, there have been a bunch of low 57s flooding the top this morning and I hope it's not an exploit that has been found like someone hinted at earlier.
No, there is another faster route. The 58.186 video is just a smoke screen, IMO. These multiple account users should really be banned or quarantined, rather than just removed. As long as they have a legit time uploaded from a unique device (like they always do in the end of the event), they can stay safely on the leaderboard.
Yeah it doesn't exactly act as a deterrent when you get what you want at the end whether you're caught or not. I should maybe start up a few new accounts myself lol, not that I'd even know where to start with regards to the how.
Yes, it looks like Chinese Tastes is trying to play a trick on people. Why else would he upload that video so early, given how many players want that car? Instead, he only wants us to think that's the fastest way (and it really is a great driving performance, but it's not the fastest route). There's definitely a glitch somewhere, and now that my Furai is about to get maxed, I'll try to find it using its 1-lap San Diego event in season 9.
It is probably not a glitch, just another route. I think the right route for the first part is more like the one used by Elite SCM (get the orange behind the first ramp and jump on to the second). The flat spin later might not be needed as well. BTW, Chinese Tastes just got a 56.892 with one of his multiple accounts, which hopefully will be removed soon.
I have been going round that track jumping of everything and crashing at random points and can't find anything beneficial. My thoughts are it may have something to do with that pointless barrel roll after the wear houses if you avoid going up to the ships at the start, If you could get somewer from it it may be useful but so far nothing.
I can't see anything lower than 57.1xx atm, which has made me realise that 57.002 must've been removed also, it was there when I posted a few hours ago
