Isn't there suppose to be a new update today. If so, I won't even be able to download it. iTunes App Store has been messed up for a couple weeks now.
Do you at least use a nitro starter when you play MP? If not, then what else would you expect? Don't be a sitting target at the beginning of a race.
As they already know everything else about us, I find this a fair bargain. But only 35 wins for a fuel bar.... We make far to much coins in mp as it is, and as winning is to easy, it should at least be 50 As my Roadyacht is utter shite, I desided to max it with that free A upgrade we got for the P1 race. Aight, so I desided to try it out in mp, and faced; 2 venoms, 1 tuatara, and a lykan, all maxed I.E well over 100pts over me self, and about 100kph faster with tune kits on all cars. I did come #3 tho, but if I ever consider taking out a car in the 1510+, I rather opt for venom any day Both cars and surface has a great deal of programming to it imho. Driving A8 is not sliding a piece of wood on a wooden board. My first experience with A8 crazy crash, was at the end of tokyo, when after exiting parking garage I turned on to sidewalk in my Survolt to smash bus stop, and that steep angle onto that sidewalk send me 90 degrees left into a wall I actually though you ment that if you dont turn widely as you brake, it wont slide. That there is a slide AND a brake area seem to like madness, where is what kinda.... This is simmelar to acceleration stats imo, not entirely true to its numbers. As for the biome spesific, its lamell wheels makes for insane grip, the flipside is that you may easely flip around/crash if you make to hard a turn, or be it funky surface/sidewalks. One of my last biome runs, I ended up spinning 180 degrees and come to a halt. Do know that if you turn to hard, or hit a funk in the road, you can still recover. Biome kinda autoslides when it corners hard, so try to counter slightly at the end of rough turns. Only other car I had such crazy biome moves with, is the Onyx I knew I wanted furai, I knew it would be a killer, and I know, I will never max it 2nd ramp is one less jump. Do you pick up bottle behind first jump? And just to be picky, the first ship is a battleship
Ryan or Fabien, Here is one more suggestion on multiple accounts. It is a great job that you're constantly cleaning the leaderboard, especially for the One:1 cup. There are two things that a lot of us are still complaining about: 1. Even though the leaderboard is cleaned after the events ends, those multiple account users can still get rewarded as the rewards are sent before the final cleaning. 2. These people have far more times of tries with multiple accounts, they can always get back with one legit account after tons of practices - unfair to the rest of players. It seems to me that you're reluctant to ban these people. So my suggestion is: instead of constantly cleaning these people, just to put them into the quarantined leaderboard (the one with cheaters) for a certain amount of time (duration of the event or forever). So honest players don't have to compete with these people at all and these people are not unfairly rewarded as well.
As for practice for One:1 tle, there is a venom race in season 6 on SD. I found that very usefull, even tho I'm not half as competetive as all of you put together
it doesnt matter where i am or what speed, if a mini is passing me, its wrecking me first. even with nitro and tuning. doesnt matter what kind of turn. if the mini is boosted, its wrecking everyone. its tough sticking to my morals; when i pass a racer clean, and he pass be back just as clean, to me, that's the sign of excellent racer.
I drive a fully boosted Mini in MP all the time. I only knock people down at the start if: -their username is very stupid and/or offends my sensibilities -they are (or were) a known "rival" (i.e. Dlusion, pk_paperino, Vasto Spazioso, almond neo, some other guys who have basically quit the game at this point) -they voted for Iceland/Tokyo/Monaco, 2 or 3 laps, in the lobby Otherwise, I leave them alone. But I do admit I will go on a knockdown spree at the beginning if everyone else decided that we should race in Iceland for over 4 minutes.
i got tricked into a couple 3-lap tokyo/monacos...the players dont choose the lap number right away =.= its not SO horrible until that third time; time to take a two-day break from MP, yawn, bored, not doing events;
For some comparison, I jumped into the 120 hour long Furai MPTLE about 80 hours in, and after winning my first race and scoring about 430 points, I was in 190,000th-ish place. There are a ton of people that run those a few times or less, because I moved up about 40k spots each race until I got in the top 20k.
Do we even get an update for iOS/Android or is this only for Windows? When it comes to Asphalt 8, throw your morals out the window. I learned that a long time ago and should adapt to it as well. I am just like you. Clean racer and care about fair racing. On Asphalt, there is no clean racing. You either strike for blood or end up dead. Knockouts are a big part of this game and anyone will knock you down at any moment of weakness. Knockouts are your friend, you best friend actually. Not sure how you have fun driving the Mini but more power to you. Oh, and you better add me to that list lol.
i really dont have fun in the mini, tbh. and i find a LOT of clean racers, but it only takes that one, to ruin a whole 'hour' of racing. besides, i find it greatly challenging to continue to play clean. it makes passing cars harder and increases the fun. as opposed to just blowing the starters away and running without a single car on the map.
Well, there's no update for Android yet. Might be related to 5.0 coming out if iOS has it. Anyone else can check please? Also, you two aren't the only ones who try to win races clean. I only knock people out as an act of self-defense, revenge, accidents or plain anger. Otherwise I try to stay away from the competition. Dodging cars and letting them live probably angers those who try to knock me out even more than just doing the same to them Edit: I forgot to mention that I also lack skill regarding knockouts in MP so there's that too
I try to avoid knockouts unless they're necessary, like when your opponent and you are taking the same ramp, you have the nitro advantage and he's in your way. But I do retaliate also. When someone tries to unnecessarily takes me out, I like to pay them back asap. Other than that, I tend to stay away from it and just go around them. The best ones are when they take a swing at you and fail, and then you go right back and teach them a lesson.
When racing against good players, there is no chance for a fair match because they aren't trying to drive fair. They are driving to win. They will do anything. So I'd rather no lose because I didn't capitalize on my opportunity. iOS doesn't have it yet. I'm still waiting but I don't think we are getting an update which is disappointing. But yeah, my knockout rules are similar. 1. If you pose a threat to me. 2. If you have a better car . 3. If I know you are a good racer.
Checking both web and phone store app, neither my 4.4.2 android, nor 8.1 winphone has anything even hinting of an update. And as for knockdowns, I my self prefer a clean run as a crash creates one of the most retarded aspects of the game, half a second slowmo, which leaves me back at the wheel without any kind of continues control. Tho, I take down morons trying to knock me, and the odd kill for some nitro
i have disadvantage on tracks with too many ramps, my cars lose too much speed while airborne and barrel rolls due to Gameloft poor optimization on the ipad 3 from the last updates. But thank you
