Whoa, Dlusion is playing MP again. I raced him quite a few times some months ago, mostly in the spring, back when MP was at its funnest (IMO). I thought he had quit the game entirely, as I hadn't seen his name on any TLE leaderboards or in the lobbies. I see that he's dropped some point as well, as he was stuck in the 2260s before taking a hiatus (he's a great MP player and could obviously win them back, but I guess he's stopped caring about his rating as well). Anyway, what was wrong with that particular matchup? All the cars have similar ratings.
Of course, that poor JLL guy who got disconnected (or quit, probably) had no business being in with players rated so much higher than him, especially when his car also had the lowest rating of the whole field. Is that what you meant? It's matchups like that, particularly in the D-class, that allows some of these new top 100 players to thrive.
I knew I saw Dlusion's name somewhere. The matchup is fine. I was just pondering about the 2 point loss though it's pretty reasonable seeing as all the cars were lower than me in ranking and points. Poor JLL getting D/C. That extra tank though.
I didn't really mean JLL's D/C although it makes me to be him/ her. This reminds me of the noob tanks that broke MP.
I just had an idea. What if we got 1 free fuel bar every 14 wins on MP? Instead of always getting that one Nitro Starter for 7 wins, we could get one fuel bar (not the full bar) every other time. This would boost people's morales by giving them more opportunities to play TLEs. I think this idea would have been better before MP TLEs though. What do you guys think?
Very nice as always hector Your route is similar to the one I use although obviously you do it faster. Have you seen the chinesetastes video uploaded today though? He does a few bits differently and makes 1:20.9xx. I just got off the phone with a GL dev, and he said they'd be willing to cut a deal where we can earn 1 fuel bar for every 35 straight MP wins. All we need to do to get this thing in motion is supply GL with our date of birth, mother's maiden name, and favorite pet.
Wow! Earlier tonight, I went back and watched one of the earlier vids on Barcelona you ran with the P1 so I could see the sweetest route. It was pre-extra tank though. This new route is a blaze of fire. The way you hugged the wall on the final stretch was nothing short of perfection. As always, thanks for sharing!
Great lap! Is it possible to barrel off the big ramp and reduce airtime? I have done it in the reverse track but never tried in Barcelona fwd Also can someone give me the nitro upgrade stages for Ferrari ff?
Thanks, that's a pretty good lap too. but his barell roll is high, same airtime as a regular jump. In reverse its possible to do a real low double barrell; its harder in forward cause if you barell too low, you get thown too far left to steer back to the road.

He was the first guy I ever raced in MP with a high ranking who was willing to let me race him again and again, even after beating him several times, we had so many battles in them survolts.....ohh the times. But even if he is back I'm guessing he is using a different car too keep up his ranking and has also lost interest because of this .....hmmph ranking really does spoil competition. Update on my mission to make the top 100: I''m now ranking at rating 1926 level 48 at position 303, one below TANO......and what are you doing at that position Dark Zero....turned to the dark side???? Approximation it will take me about 2-3 weeks to get into the top 100, i'll get there, don't worry I'm beating several 2000-3000 players daily.

Sorta. I stopped caring about rank. I dropped about 200 points in a couple days. I'm playing with Nismo exclusively up until yesterday when I got mad. Jumped in my Aero and won 20+ straight with ease. It's nothing. But I'd rather use cars I like to try and emulate some sort of fun out of this game. Since there is a new update coming out, maybe they'll touch on multiplayer. I won't hold my breath though. Also, all those Venoms/Tuataras/Aeros that were smoking my Nismo were no where to be found when I used the Aero.
