It's true. So if you like to have a chance at winning, and who doesn't, you're almost limited to just a few cars Mini, Biome, top S-Class, etc. If you go out in your pimped NISMO w/out all three boosters, you'll get trashed. Add in the fuel bar, clans, marathon grinds in MP TLEs, and it's beginning to feel like the garbage chute scene in "Star Wars," where the walls are closing in and options are running out.
at some point, using your favorite car, you will get completely out matched, and expect to lose every race to any half decent noob driver. like mini vs survolt, maybe you survive nitro starts, maybe you stay out ahead for a while, but if the car you match cruises faster than your nitro, it is almost impossible to win. that wall is where the game stops being fun. even my lowly 1600s nearly quit when i hit that wall. at whatever player ranking that happens, the match difference 100+, 200+ car rating, what options do you have? we dont have any 1700 cars yet, but grab S class and there's no chance of out ranked car. that game speed too fast for me tho >_> calculating "skill" is how the matching is supposed to work. its not very gud, and i cant tell for 2000+ rankers, but it is not so horrible at my level. >_> but there was that ONE week, where every time i used the full nitro, they place me in the back, to fight through bumper cars then consider if they only matched similar rating car, if you outdrive everyone elses mini, there's no enjoyment. if you run unboosted with no challenge, then someone drops in with triple boost and blow you away, idk that frustrates me all the time. how many times do i see low 1000s using three boost and my rating takes a huge minus. bottom line, i know they are working on matching system, so its not all negative complaints. hope for improvements
Of course it is intentional, and as you say you get faster falling airspeed About flat spins on ramps, I don't know what you can say? On first lap I use second ramp because it is farer than the other, and helps me to keep nitro all lap. Also I use barrel ramp on second lap because it allow a lower flat spin

I was just about to give up MP since every time I tried to play and get some fun I resigned after couple of minutes bored and irritated because I was constantly put into race with 1 (ONE) racer, a noob of course with ~1000 rank. And yesterday I thought I'll give one last shot and finally had some great MP session I raced my McLaren 12C (lvl 4-3-4-4) and was racing mostly Venenos and some Biomes and this where fun started I think Biome drivers must have been surprised how they were getting a beating from 12C OF course I've lost few times also, (on Monaco for example ) but anyway it was really fun taking down boosted Biomes (after a tough fight on the road), they wreck so gracefully I've always liked McLaren 12C but since tonight I just love this car!

Set a 1:21:150 in the junior b class cup last night and left it there as I was in 177th position and thought that should hold out for top 250 2x extra tanks. Already slipped to 221st position after 12 hours and don't think it'll last the next 12 hours, should've kept trying to get below 1:21 while the tank was activated :/ On the plus side, twice when I've logged in today my position has actually increased by one place each time. I can only assume that GL must be weeding out cheaters of some sort so credit where it's due, I'm quick enough to moan about them but it's good to see something being done if that is indeed the reason for the increases.

I've managed to get about 500k credits the past few days just going over my season 9 trying to beat my ghost times. Unfortunately I've already set a few with boosters while waiting for fuel refills so I'm not likely to beat them unboosted but there's defintely enough there to keep me going for another few days. Lost out on loads of credits last night when I had the tank activated and didn't want to spoil any more ghost times so spent a couple of hours actually losing credits playing level <40 mp and buying nitro starters, although I did enjoy it I have to admit, don't normally play mp but gonna have to coz I have only got 10 cars or so left to max so the sooner I reach level 85 the better. When I do get farming credits I'm currently stuck on mclaren p1 season 9 on about 56 seconds. There's something about that rose of the desert map that I just can't conquer, watched hectors video today and he's a full 3 seconds ahead of me, if I can get that down to 1 second I'll be very happy lol!
Ha I just finished work and down to 249 already. That was a waste of a double tank last night then, no hope of it staying there for almost 9 hours!
