Ah yes. How the upgrade prices should be on all the b class cars. Who wants to race me. I'll be using a Zonda in a few minutes.
You mean every car in the game right? That's how it should be. These newer upgrade prices are getting ridiculous.
On the subject of ridiculous upgrade prices, does anyone here know if there is some well hidden attribute of the ford gt that I'm missing? It cost a disgusting amount of credits and as far as I can see it's a largely worthless car. Maybe it's good on mp or something?? I'm maxing them all so I did it anyway and luckily I had held on to a class A upgrade collection prize which saved a little but it was still a crazy price. Only got 12 more to go including the nismo which I haven't even bought yet, dunno what I'm gonna do afterwards although I'm only on level 30-something on multiplayer so will prob do it although it's pretty much credit-neutral atm as I end up using boosters and my credit reward isn't high enough yet. Then of course the one:1 is gonna cost a gazillion credits soon lol...
Last week, a russian dude said that Gameloft will offer all the IAP cars for credits soon! But the upgrade still by real money... I don't know if it's TRUE! By the way... What tha fu*#k idiom is this? Jap? I can't read it!
I know. I just wanted to talk about these upgrade prices. It's a good car for the beginners. I'm replaying Asphalt on Bluestacks currently and the GT is decent for the Career mode. Gotta be grinding them creds without MP. I wouldn't trust it, but it would seem like a good idea to just have the stock versions of the IAP cars. And yes, it's Japanese. Edit: Whoops. You're talking about the 2006 GT. Never mind. It's useless. I thought you were talking about the Shelby. Silly me.
Alright. This appears to be the fastest that I can currently go on the NISMO Cup. How can I improve upon this? I'm not entirely sure if whether taking the flat ramp up the bridge is good or not. Maybe a barrel roll on that ramp may help. Meanwhile, I will work on this (Yes, I stole your control scheme, Hector ): Happy fun times grinding, GL. (I forgot how fun it was to start playing A8 before the deluge of IAPs.)
What about this crap of 90$ iaps? Have some Shame GL no need to be that greedy,7-10$ is the maximum limit for the ultimate pack only because the game is free.90$ iaps are are a bad joke.I would have actually got it if they were reasonable as it justifies the quality of the game,A8 is a great game for 10-15$ it's a bad joke if you ask anything above 25-30$ for it 90$ is just obscene,Get your shit together. And who's buying these? May as well put your dollars on fire.
It's Japanese. I can read a little of it, but I can't translate some kanji. This car pack is on sale soon and maybe with those cars maxed. Honestly the only two cars useful from the IAP packs are the Mustang and the Jaguar C-Class: who cares about the ME-412? Even the Aero is almost useless, the One:1 is on the way.
Haha I don't know where I lose time on Westminster Bridge, my best is 52.800, and it seems a really good lap http://youtu.be/KgHtE5jLY_w
That's the one thing I can't get my head around too, I've been completely shocked by the prices involved to the point where it puts me off the game a little. I too don't mind paying some money here and there for such a quality game, in fact for how much use I get from it I probably would be prepared to pay the price of a full console game for full access to all the IAP stuff plus no fuel refill system for TLEs. I suspect very few people are buying the silly priced cars, it seems to me it is only a handful of people who won them plus all the file sharing clans using them for free, I know if I paid for it then it would really piss me off knowing how many people get it for free by circumventing the rules and sharing them. I would love to hear what someone in the decision making chain at GL has to say about it actually, on the surface it doesn't make any sense. I get that if they find 10 people to pay £70 it is better than 50 people buying it at £10 but with all the rampant sharing and multi account crap I just don't see how they are finding the real money paying customers to justify it.
Ah. Thank you. This is one of the few tracks in which I've never really practiced much but really like.
If fabien from gl is reading this one of the admins (Steve Webb) on the fb page just started a post about the recent anti elite/file sharing stuff, you mentioned before about wanting to see it but it had been deleted already so now might be a good time to keep an eye on it as I suspect it will turn ugly and therefore informative very soon lol
We gave to Gameloft many proofs of Elites behaviors, now is all on their hands. If nothing change then the game (and all the fair players around) are screwed, because that means rules can be changed if you're good in the game itself. Those teams/players make GL look stupid.
Nice run! I'll try this one later today. Your run seems to be good but the route I drive is a little bit different. I also think the top times in this cup are very very tight runs Btw, anybody curious about the maxed Furai performance? Here is its S9 race http://youtu.be/erXc2TA-TBM
Yeah I'd love to hear a clear statement on their position regarding it, does seem odd that they seemingly solicit evidemce here yet never comment or show anything being done about it. I can't figure it out at all, maybe they are simply under resourced to tackle it. Maybe even they see these guys with youtube channels and 'fans' on fb and attribute some sort of PR value to their antics so turn a blind eye, who knows. The funny thing is I'm not actually overly bothered about the car sharing as to some extent I get the argument that gl encourage it by charging extortionate prices, although when the car is sitting at the top of a TLE it can get frustrating knowing I might as well not even try to play. What really gets me is the endless extra tanks and probably some sort of cheat surrounding the fuel refill system, multiple accounts would cover that part I suppose. I have worked hard enough to build up a stack of 15 extra tanks and have to pick and choose where I use them, usually activating one in the hope of winning two more. Very soon, when I max 11 more cars that I'll never use, TLEs will be my only real interest in the game left and playing 3/4 races every hour and a half with a 4 hour extra tank ticking away in the background is not my idea of exciting gaming. Which as I've said before is a real shame because at its core it is a bloody excellent game.
Smooth lap dude, I love your landing on the roof from the barrel roll, I tend to hit it slightly higher to negate the risk of hitting the wall, will have to get practising in case some of the upcoming new car TLEs are on San Diego. Btw I can't get over that control system you use, I tried it for half an hour last night and to say I failed miserably would be a massive understatement lol! Did you start playing that way or switch to it later? Same goes for hector and the one he uses although I gather he plays on pc so can't really compare. One more thing what do you record your videos with? I know you're on iOS like me and I wouldn't mind having a look at some of my laps afterwards, that furai cup the other day had me stumped as to where I was going wrong, I hit a few laps that I thought would do the business but couldn't get below 1:11:178 and the winner was on something like 1:11:031 so it was very winnable. Thanks
