Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. If the accel's good, then it can beat it. But whether it beats it or not, I've already made my mind: P1 FOREVER!
One quick way for GL to ban clan members permanently is to read this forum and their own for new cheating clan names, and automatically ban players with those clan names in their usernames. How about we start with Sky, Open, Summer, and Winter?
That would be a very bad idea IMO. If they banned every single person from a clan, what would you do with the honest ones? Even if they somehow agree with cheating, it doesn't mean that they cheat themselves. Also, you may argue that there were always cheaters, but you have to admit that cheaters increased in numbers due to GL's tournament/MP changes. I know I am bashing on them a lot, but they've made poor decisions community-wise (money-wise, these actually worked better than expected) Hell yeah! That car looks amazing!
I agree with you there, but being in unison with cheaters (even if the "innocent" person does not cheat) is tantamount to knowing criminals, witnessing or knowing of their crimes, and not doing anything about them. I know there are some "honest" players in the clans, but real, honest players would not make themselves part of a group that is known to cheat.
(im a fairly new player, ~2wks) but the same stuff, only with lower rating: 1600-1700. the cars i see are +40 - 80 above my (default 893 nissan). mostly default benz, some tricked out almas and minis, and my worst matchup, loaded chryslers T_T. +1 for 5 or less, +2 for 8, and more only if there's at least a -100 lower rated racer. so far suggestions are put ~4 in top speed & accel, still reluctant. i dont have the 4 lock room, i think maybe just a really slow night. eventually, ill cave in and upgrade; one mistake and ill be greatly upset; im not at survolt level yet. tuning kit adds ~50 rank to the car also, but protects against nitro start wrecks. try running without kit and see if anything changes. p.s. one finger slip can ruin a whole hour of grinding =_=
Really? I might even have a look a MP again as It tin sounds like I could pick any of my favourite cars and be able to use it without getting matched to rediclious cars Who cares about points
Uhm,so even amazing players like Hector and Delorean need to be banned because some players of their clan teammates behaviour? I don't agree with that. In Windows we have some Elite players who use multiple accounts to achieve the top prizes,but I can't really put the other Elite clan members in the same category. That's why I can't still understand this clan-mania:you need just one cheater member to make your clan get some bad reps. Asphalt 8 isn't a team game. When some clans face each other they starts fighting for the top spots and some of them try whatever they can to stay in front,even cheating.
No, I never knew Elite was having problems. I was referring to the iOS Chinese clan users by the way. The Open, Summer, and Winter clans are the ones that need to go. Not sure about Sky anymore.

I think it's a general clans matter,not only on iOS,but even on Android and Win8. In windows 8 we have already 3 clans,Elite,Power and UniteVn. The last one is the younger and I don't see strange things from them atm,but I see many country changes and multiple accounts coming from some members of the first two. They are skilled players,but just to stay in front of the other team they use those things. And strangely they have enough credits on all of their accounts: how it's possible get a maxed Venom GT in every accounts even if some of them are new? Who wants check that can search them on Facebook. It's sad because their honest players don't deserve that bad rep.
