Hello there! I interrupted my work on Tokyo and prepared a rough map of San Diego Harbor: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=691733600911394&set=a.684384281646326.1073741827.100002242808175&type=1&theater
PSA: If you're from Africa, Europe, or the Middle East, and if you plan on winning rewards in the multiplayer tournament, don't forget to stay up late tomorrow. Remember, whoever plays last, wins. That's the one weakness of the new scoring system: Event ending times give an unfair advantage to certain time zones.
Thanks hector I'm not sure if it was worth spending 5 free extra tanks on it but at least winning the car saved me some credits.
Did anyone here grinding the San Diego cup? It looks very stupid to me, i raced a few each days. Whoever grind the cup qll the time should really get spme life!. Btw my Biome(all maxed except speed lv2) can beat most cars, maybe yet to meet a Real racer. That car doesn't need drift, the best is when u equip with Extra Tank
These maps are very cool. Would you consider making a couple of variants, showing where each "submap" starts and the direction of travel? eg, Dubai's Rose of the Desert starts here while Dubai reverse starts some other place.
Lol. Something Apple must remember. Finally. I fully upgraded my F-Type without spending credits on it
Nice gain there. I beat Mia Rosa Winkler in Monaco last night, and just got 2 points out of it (and she lost only 1).
Ever since the tournament started, the tournament's top 10 gained at least 1,000 points while I was blissfully asleep each night. And there's no limit to the steady inflation of points, because nobody ever loses points. Instead, the more points your competitors currently have, the more points you'll win if you beat them. It's a steady progression where you can't skip ahead too much, whereas catching up is easy. (Outside of tournaments with a fixed end date, that's a good thing.) So if you're in the top 50 a couple of hours before the tournament ends and then stop playing early, because it's getting really late where you live, don't expect to remain in the top 50.
I have played this tourney for 4 full fuel bars a day and managed to stay in the top 100 or below by doing that. I don't expect to win anything as I won't be playing much today. It favours continuous play which is ok for the jobless and friendless. It would be fairer if GL gave you a daily allowance tank which you could use as you wished, spread it over the day or sit down for 2 hrs and use the lot. After that you would have to buy more fuel. I can't see this making any less money for them and would decrease the use of multiple accounts as they would become pointless. I am still enjoying the racing though. It is great to be equal to the cars around you. I may use a sesto' today as they seem to be nearly as good as the p1 and I haven't bused one in mp for ages. The rewards could be moved on to a winning streak formula as it is hard to maintain consecutive wins when you are equally matched , particularly if the starting grid position was kept random. That would truly reward a skilled player and would encourage the purchase of extra fuel if you weren't.
Tomorrow the Peugeot Onyx and the Maserati MC12 will be up for grabs in tomorrow's cup. I'm not sure what kind of cup though. The mp cups are fun because everyone is evenly matched. But it kinda sucks for some people who dosent play the game a lot everyday because of work or school.
I don't even think it's necessary to play continuously for the entire time a tournament is open. It's so easy to catch up, all you have to do is make sure you have plenty of time on the last day of a given tournament. The same goes for boosters: You might need them to go from top 500 to top 50, but you don't need them at all to get the first 90% of your points. (Did I mention I like this scoring system? ) That's an excellent idea! I think that's a good idea as well, but it could get frustrating in San Diego. Given the amount of obstacles and how narrow parts of the route are, this track is a bit of a lottery, even with relatively slow cars like the P1. Nevertheless, I wouldn't mind if they did it that way. Being able to win back nitro starters would be nice. And if you run with a boosted car, finishing third should be possible in most of the races, regardless of the track's quirks.
