A normal one. You must don't use the 599xx often. That's a daily occurrence but you can win if you out race your opponents.

Would you guys be interested in creating your own CUP in Asphalt 8? If you are, then I would give you a list of parameters that we could agreed on, to create the rules for your own Time Limited Event in Asphalt. This cup would come back regularly in the game, and we would set up new parameters together each time.

All of the players of Asphalt 8 would have to beat your challenge. You could create something exciting and challenging for everyone. Of course I am not saying that you could set up absolutely anything that you like, your proposal should be validated by our prod team.

But I am convinced that this could get you super excited, because I am! And it’s also a way for us to reward your support

Feel it up before the 22nd September. On the 22nd, nobody will be able to edit it anymore. Then I will review it with the production team. Only one entry per person please.

I will disqualify the cups that the developers won't approve.

On the 23rd, I will create a survey for you to vote for your favorite Community Cups among the ones that remains. You will be able to vote until the 30th September.

I'm not sure I completely follow you, Fabien. Can you give some examples of different "parameters" and/or "rules" that could make this TLE unique?

So, are ideas like the following too far beyond the scope of what you guys were thinking?

— Relay Race two separate 1-lap races, both on the same track, but players cannot use the same car for both tracks and the lowest combined time wins

— Nitro Malfunction (2-laps): nitro unusable on the first lap, and then infinite on the second lap (or vice versa).

— Hyperdrive: infection mode nitro for every car in the race (the AI cars as well as the player), but in classic mode, so no infection overload

I like this one, as it would allow for some kind of endurance racing event — 10 or 20 laps, maybe?

The current crop of tournaments are all about avoiding crashes just barely with really low barrel rolls and stuff like that. Endurance races, on the other hand, would emphasize consistency.

 

So is this a good time?

 

I would suggest these previous premium cars (Ford Mustang, Chrysler ME412, Jaguar CX-75 and Mercedes SLS AMG GT).

If the premium cars would be the prize, then you should use a filter to exclude the possibility of using any premium cars. (Especially, if D-class, no Mustang!)
Personally I'm interested in a car filter with those less used cars.

Be generous. If it is going to be a regional event, make it top 5-10 for winning the car. If global, 300 would be a fair number. AND BE SURE TO CLEAN OUT MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
