That's with the star bonuses, which you only get once. Winning a race in season 5 will give you ~1800. It's ~2100 in season 6, plus another 4-5k in bonuses.
I'm on season 4 and I'm getting 3-4 K per race. Although I need some cash too to carry on. But on the other hand I played online multiplayer which gave me enough. If you have a super car and win a race it will give you almost 1500. But I must say in A7 I never have worry about the credit!
Hey anyone with Android version questions or concerns, I was going to create a thread in the Android forum, but turns out MicroByte already created one. So here's the link for anyone who wants to specifically discuss issues related to that version: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=201319
Anyone elses ghosts having a hard time being uploaded? Sometimes they fail to upload or just sits there with the spinning circle forcing me to skip it.
The "catch up" mode this game uses is retarded. I'll race flawlessly with constant nitro leaving the AI behind, only for them to be neck in neck with me on the next turn. Huh? This is an awesome game but that really ticks me off.
Its def not easy, you have to race the whole track almost perfectly. 1 crash can set you back to last in a second.
It is so obviously faked at times so that you lose, no matter how well you race. I've had situations where I'm clearly in 2nd place and just about to cross the finishing line when 3 cars come out of nowhere at the very last second and I end up in 5th place.
I've been enjoying the gameplay here, but it is painfully evident that post season one the currency rewards have clearly been balanced to steer the player towards IAP.
I have to agree with you, it seemed at first I was having a blast! I mean buying cars, upgrades, and all that. Then the money started to slow up and seemed like I was managing where I can piece together a few stars here or there. Its weird managing stars or making sure you have the right cars or upgrades more than having fun playing the game. I still like the game but seems I am coming back less and less the farther I get.
It's like a rollercoaster. At times you'll be going up and up with the cash then it slows down and the. The drop occurs, in time you'll be going up, up and away. You can always play multiplayer. I'd assume cash prizes scale the further you are in the game.
Beaten season 1 &2 just started 3 and I don't think it pushes towards IAPs. The key is to get the car needed for most of the races and don't buy another. Also don't get upgrades. They are not worth it , I beat all of season 1 & 2 (that i could do with my cars)with Audi R8 e-tron, Scion FRS and Audi RS3. Currently saving up for the small Alfa Romeo. (I can't remember the name)
Yess, yesss... People are feeling the IAP! Before, you were bragging this game "no need for IAP!". I actually felt the IAP when I looked at the prices of the cars and upgrades after realizing that rewards doesn't really increase very much, its like just increasing the reward +1000 every season, its very unbalanced and very expensive compared to your rewards, and you can never get the same rewards in the 2nd time of playing the event. I hate NFSMW's grinding system, still.
But I like to try out different cars - it's fun! But I like to try out upgrades - that's fun too! Wait, you're saying I can't? I must instead adhere to a stringent plan of progression or feel pressured into spending real money? But that's not fun! Why can't I just have fun with a game?
