This is really weird. I thought I remembered it going up with every level you increased. Except I'm level 50 now and I still make 3,045 credits for a win???? What level are you guys at? How much is the pay out on that level? Does everybody on level 85 get 6500 credits for a win?

Yeah, I was only in the room for about 5 seconds. When I saw that the choices were Dragon's Den, Iceland, and Tokyo Reverse, I left pretty quickly. I actually like Tokyo Reverse, but it's by far the longest race in the game, and really cuts into the duration of my boosters. On a side-note, I finally got to race against Mia Rosa Winkler last night. Barcelona Reverse, Mini Coopers, all three boosters (both of us). She started on the left in the row right behind me, so I had the early advantage, but I still ending up going a 1:25.965, while she settled for a 1:29.999.

Hello, I have been away form this game for a while due to holidays and good winds, now I am back it appears that multiplayer is full of double nitro losers, and the mini is still the only car that works. I thought that i would try my hennesseyy in MP but sat there for 5 mins and got no one!! This is frustrtrating but I assume that as my rating is over 2300 that is couldn't find any one to match me with. This gave me an idea, those of us with high ranks could meet at a certain time and race top S class cars and by default get a private room whose up for it.
Well, I'm barely playing A8 now. Tournaments aren't as interesting as they were, and MP is boring, or unwinnable w/o extra tanks. I'm just hoping that the next update will bring a rebalance to make things fun again.
That sounds like a neat idea, so I might actually try to overcome my aversion to S class cars to give it a try. But I'd have to practice a bit first, because I haven't used S class cars in a long time. What's the S class multiplayer car these days? The Hennessey? Or is it still the Lykan?
I don't know which one is best as I haven't been able to get a room full enough yet to test them out. If it is only us we could pick either and set the rules. Edit. The Lyman rooms are more populated so the venom should be better. Edit. You need to be prepared to loose some of those valuable mp points if you don't win. Depends who's brave enough. I just lost 12 when my luykan blew up on a clean landing. Don't you just love glitches.
I would also be online with the hennessey,if we 3 or more could get in there and Race (without the extra Tank!!!) it would probably be Fun and a bit of a change to the mini Edit:I have just tried a few Cars in MP and the ones I want to promote are the Renault Clio(only if you know how the handling etc. is and the Aston Martin Vantage!The only thing that is Bad about the Vantage are the boosted sestos!
I second that! The Clio's good enough to beat both the Mini and the Mito if you know what you're doing, even though its nitro doesn't last as long. I rarely had a bad time with it, but you should be careful if you start seeing boosted non-upgraded Survolts. Rare, but those can wreck you easily.
Yeah,its only disadvantage is his nitro duration/Slow top Speed,it does take a few hours until you know what you're doing with it,because the Handling when your Perfect nitro is activated is just soooooo Bad,but without the nitro activated the Handling is too good
Anyone else having a problem getting their rewards from the rookie B & D cups the past few days.....I can't seem to find the cups on my screen which is odd. I'm out of extra tanks and was going to try crack the top 100 for the Anniversary Cup, but I could swear Gameloft are trying to con me, wtf??
I finally raced against the remaining top 10 players I hadn't encountered yet. They all use the training wheels, so I hereby declare Mohamed Maroc the legit #1. Everyone else is just a bunch of "new players that want an even playing field with the veteran racers out there!" (That's a quote from Asphalt 8 1.4's release notes. )
Public Enemy often doesn't use an extra tank in MP, and he still puts up times that rival those of good players that do. Most top 100 MP players also participate in tournaments, and need extra tanks to be competitive with the numerous Open players (who usually don't play MP) that always use them. I know you hate tournaments, but if you tried one (and by that, I mean attempted numerous runs and tried to pull off a flawless lap), you might begin to understand why we sometimes use them. Here's a challenge for you, Running Bird: there will a new worldwide tournament posted tonight by Gameloft. Play it, and try to beat the time set by Juanenrique (another extra tank hater, and a truly amazing player). You're trying to paint this extra tank issue as one of skilled veterans versus mediocre newbies with a cheap advantage, but I disagree with your view entirely. I want to see how fast you can run a track, which is really what A8 boils down to, whether it's MP racing or tournaments. It's the same track in both game modes, obviously. I remember that we raced in Monaco with Minis, some many months ago before extra tanks (and before I had improved), and you put up a 2:01.xxx, which is not a remarkable time, or one that solely a "veteran" could pull off. I went a 1:59.965 last night without an extra tank, and I've seen Public Enemy do even better than that. Sorry, it rubs me the wrong way that you direct such derision towards extra tank users when you've done nothing to show that you are yourself an elite player. So play tonight's tournament seriously (not like the Ferrari FF or Hennessey cups - and yeah, I've seen your unimpressive times for those on EBC Asphalt's Twitch stream), and show us what you've got!
From my experience, the Lykan is still no. 1. I have already raced plenty Venoms and never had any troubles winning. Venom may be fastest in TLEs because its top speed but in MP it seems to be not enough.
Public Enemy has blown my mind with the time in the Rookie A class cup. I (using an extra tank) barely got a better time than him and I struggled to get it. I literally did everything you did in the video but imagine me triple boosting half the map and I still barely got. I think the times might be glitches because I swore I passed the line at 1:16:600 but I ended up 1:16:810 Not sure how you got that time with one tank but props to you.
In his defense, one thing you have to understand is as being a multiplayer mainly guy, the lap times are meaningless to us. I guarantee he doesn't keep up with his times in multiplayer, same as me. We do keep up with the wins, which I find more important. Just my two seconds on the 2nd to last paragraph. The Tuatara is the best to me multiplayer wise. The Lykan and Tuatara are a good match up though regardless. One of the best in the game.
