I passed the information that was provided to me along to the team and last I heard from Fabien was they were looking into the method. I haven't had a chance to talk to them about it much since then, but I'm optimistic that they are figuring out a solution. Thanks for the update! I know that we are working on optimizing the Twitch SDK, so it's possible that the frame rate drops will disappear with a refresh of the SDK. As for the 100% off rebate bug - I'll make sure Fabien and the team see this!
Ah my bad, forgot about the FF. Just curious, do you guys think the Venom will be available for credits, or is it going to be like $150 real money lol ? I really liked how that thing drove. I guess we'll find out either way soon enough, just wondered if any of you had any "inside scoop" ha.
I think it will be available for credits as many said. It will be very expensive, the cup is first 25. The Lykan cup was first 2000 to win the car and to buy it 550,000. And the costs of the car upgrades will be very expensive ofcourse. It is sad that the Chrysler ME412 probably remain the fastest of the game. I think the acceleration will be a problem with the Hennessey. We will see it soon enough indeed
I got so busy in this stupid cup I only tried at the end. Now I'm stuck at 1:16:4xx really annoyed. I know I coudlve done better and only got one chance left before the cup ends. Looks like its also credits for me. Oh whatever, I'll just wait for it to go on a discount. A little sad... Gameloft should go back to what it was top 1000 to 500 and not what they are doing now...
Sorry I've been gone, internet has been off the past two days. I did get enough time to improve my Venom tournament time. I went from something in the 1:06:200s to 1:06:148. Think that time will get me the car
I think I found a bug in the Hennessey tournament. The thing is, on that barrel roll jump right after that temple thing with 4 blue nitro bottles on each side, when I do a low barrel roll on the ramp, my car(the venom) will do one barrel roll(what I'm trying to get) but then continues with another barrel roll that has no chance of completing and makes me wreck the car and messing up the run. I've probably messed up 3 great runs because of this. Is anyone else experiencing this, or has this been discussed before and there is a trick to it or something. The map is the Dragon's Den in the current venom gt tournament. Yea, Mazhar, I'm at 1:06:7xx , looks like no venom for me
That's not a glitch, that happened to me many times before in the past. You have to hit the ramp at a certain angle. If not that will happen. Same as the other ramp on the China maps (the big ramp that leads you down the road to the split roads; it's a reverse track). Edit: something to let you guys know, Gameloft has stopped adding extra tanks to the tournaments prizes. This happened about a week ago so make sure you save them for important things.
I hope to see them return as prices but until then I have 10 in stock I don't like using them though. In multiplayer it feels like cheating and in TLEs you can only get such a limited amount of runs in most of the time that it feels like wasting it. So I end up hardly ever using them..
what happened to all the open videos out there? i cant seem to find any anymore, now its just hector and that elite scm guy to watch. the open_danzr guy's channel on youku has no new videos too
Congrats to Dark Zero for pulling it off in the last few hours. You must have mastered that last part of the course, something very few players have done, even after hundreds of races in the Dragon's Den. I'm not sure about Gameloft removing tanks from tournament rewards. Last week, they gave out tanks from Monday to Friday in Canada, and this was following one full week without tanks as rewards. I think they might be giving them away every two weeks. Still, a measly 20 000 credit reward isn't much of an incentive to race tonight, especially since they've decided to use the Dragon's Den as the track again. I also expect the pay-only Mercedes to be awarded to the top 50 finishers in a tournament next week, as it will have been two weeks since the D-Class cup in which the Jaguar was up for grabs.
I got 23rd. People started playing the last hour because I went from 20 to 23. I barely made it. Regarding Dragon's Den, yes, I have the last corners pretty down packed. I make a mistake every once in a while but over been doing good at that map since getting 3rd in the first Mclaren P1 tournament. When it comes to the tanks, I would hope so. I don't want to run out (even though I only use them on car tournaments). I just maxed out the Venom and it costs 2,474,350 in total. The car stats after being maxed (since I forgot to write down the before max stats) Without tuning boost: 1.98s 297 mph 1.300 G's 22 mph With tuning boost: 1.73s 304 mph 1.317 G's 24 mph

Yeah, now tournaments are more stressful than anything. I couldn't get past the 1.16.4xx mark either. Also, I really dislike the Venom's acceleration. Maybe it gets better maxed, but I think it's very slow. Oh well, enjoy your car whoever won, and tell me how is the Venom's accel when it's maxed. On a side note, I beat your time by one millisecond. If it was me, and I was number one, and the tournament had a number one prize, I'd scream 'bull****'
The tuning kit and nitro starter would be ideal. Is your extra tank from the Hennessey tournament still active? If so, then use that too. If not, then I don't want you to waste a tank on this little trial run. I'm just curious to see if the Hennessey can outdo the ME-412's performance in Monaco. I recall seeing a lot of Open players going mid-1:20s with that car.
I did 3 runs on Venice instead of Monaco by accident. Venom (extra tank) - 1:15:954 Venom (no extra tank) - 1:16:450 ME-412 (no extra tank) - 1:17:410 Sidenote: those runs weren't perfect and can be improved on. Big differences between the car: Venom has better top speed, ME-412 has better acceleration by far. That's why the Venom's time was faster. For tournaments, Venom is the best car in the game. For multiplayer, the Tuatara/Lykan are still the best (I haven't used the Chrysler online yet).
1:15.9 in Monaco?! How is that possible? Could you post a video? I've watched great players like Midiol go 1:21 in Monaco with the Tuatara. How could the Venom be a full 5 seconds faster than that?
I don't think its possible to clock 1:15:XX - 1:16:XX with the venom in Monaco. With or without extra tank.
