Hehe, yeah well, you starting in front of me with an extra tank was a little too much for me to overcome, and so I'd like to welcome you to my list of people I avoid. (Do I sound bitter? -7 points for finishing second after a superior car like that stings a little. ) -- In other news, for those who are pondering that purchase, don't buy the new Ferrari unless you prefer drag strip racing. That thing has a handling value of 1.2 Gs when maxed, and that clearly shows when you try to take sharp turns. It doesn't even drift around corners well, at least not for me.
Oh well,I'll tell you when my extra tank has ran out. Yeah your right you didn't have a chance, but also I got those botles extra so that you would'nt have nitro, because I had enough nitro Btw I'm in the top 100 MP ranking!!!!!! Edit:My extra Tank has just ran out so if you want to Race against me now..
Ryan and Fabien, in case you're interested, here's the latest news on some of the issues we've previously discussed: Streaming seems to have become much more stable on my iPad mini retina. I can stream in medium quality pretty reliably now. However, after streaming for an extended period of time (e.g., an hour), the game tends to get very laggy all of a sudden — think single-digit FPS rates. If I disable the stream, the lagging goes away instantly. Also, that weird 100% Off rebate came back earlier today, and once again, I was able to get rid of it by force-relaunching Asphalt 8. So I have a new theory now: It's a bug in the app, and it's going to be hard to reproduce, because it only seems to happen after Asphalt 8 has been running/held in memory for a long time, possibly several days. As you know, "quitting" to the springboard via home button or switching apps only suspends iOS apps, as opposed to actually terminating them. And I hardly do anything but play Asphalt on my iPad these days, which is why Asphalt is being kept alive for days occasionally. I'm guessing most people play a wider variety of games or do other stuff with their iOS devices, which of course results in iOS terminating Asphalt in the background because of memory constraints. So they most likely will never encounter bug.
Tranks Lucian for those Races, you're the second racer today who was a challenge and I had Fun driving against you
Thanks Louenn, such a pity that i crashed onto the wall so early Anyway, do u guys feel something fishy? The driver is 1600+, near to 1700 ranks and he got 68 cars unlocked? I doubt one can win all cars from the tournaments
It looks like Summer. I've seen his videos, this guy has skills! Can anyone tell me how much the new Ferrari FF costs? I had it already because I was in the first 500...
Actually that Guy is really Bad I Raced against him about 15-20 Times and I didn't lose any Match, although I didn't have my extra Tank activated and he did! Even on Monaco!
@Louenn, i'll called it a day.... I'll race again tomorrow @Public Enemy, so he might won all the cars from tournament.... Btw i just had this issue, the game seem to lost connection with the server, when race started my map(mini map with Green Rings) those green ring just stay put and i'm the only car that was moving and the next second they appearred behind me. This kept going till the race about to end and suddenly i was knocked out! All the car just pass thru me and to save myself from the cruel verdict, i left the game....-10pts. Overall, i had wasted my 1-2 hours race for nothing, instead have my points deducted more than i started out today
It's fishy to me that anyone has 68 cars, period. According to my copy of A8, I have 60 out of 67 cars so, unless I'm doing my math wrong, that indicates to me that these guys with 68 have somehow unlocked the Hennessey ? I ran into a guy with 68 yesterday, but he wasn't racing the Hennessey so, idk.
450 000 credits. The upgrades are once again ridiculously expensive. I only managed to get the car's stats to level 2, as I always keep at least 150k credits around so I can buy boosters for tournaments and MP. The FF's level 3 speed upgrade is about 81 000 credits. Worst of all, the car sucks!
I know how you feel...it's really frustrating, when I was around 1800 I won 40 points and lost 30 after the next 5 matches, because of cheaters and disconnects
The Hennessey is actually the 69th car to be released, so 68 is possible. I currently have 66 cars, two of which I won in tournaments (the Mustang and the Jaguar). Currently there's one Mercedes that's only available as an in-store purchase. It's the same for that damn Chrysler ME-412. Someone having 68 cars is very fishy though, as they've given away so few of the ME-412s in tournaments thus far. But I suppose some people are actually buying them, because a few (rather average) Canadian players ("Extase," "tamersword") have used the ME-412 in some S-class cups these last few weeks, and I don't think that they're hackers.
Oh, disconnects happen to you as well? You're just racing, way ahead of everyone, and then suddenly you get a "Request Timed Out" message and you have to leave the race, losing 10 points? While I hate that it happened to you, at least I know that I'm not the only one who's lost points because of that. It usually happens to me at least once whenever I play for a few hours. It happened again once last night. If not for that, I would now be above Dlusion at 2235 points.
They got rid of him today. Thank God. Side note..can someone explain this picture? I was messing around on my last booster before it ran out and managed to tie with someone but still won lol
Yup. Happens to all of us. But at least that's a relatively rare occurence. Back when I was still playing on my phone most of the time, I used to lose sets of 10 points regularly because of incoming phone calls. Oh, and low battery warnings used to terminate your race as well fortunately, this got fixed somewhere between iOS 7 and the latest Asphalt updates.
