We were pretty close once. Turbo 343 posted videos, Dark-Zero was about to start posting videos, BeaArthursGhost was still here and playing, and I was making everyone's lives better by complaining all day. But Gameloft kept making the game less fun, and our enthusiasm dwindled away. It looks like we're more stubborn than those clans. Then again, we've never cheated — if some of those clan guys actually do cheat, then it isn't exactly a surprise that it's easier for them to adapt to "improvements" like extra tanks and fuel-based TLEs. Oh, and there's another minor difference, but I can really only speak for myself there: I have zero interest in being part of an official clan that is advertised via user names and such. Those "Open" et al. prefixes are a little too Borg-like for my tastes. By the way, I agree about the playing by the book thing, but as mentioned recently, it would really help if we knew what the rules are. I'm about to migrate have migrated back to RB on all my devices (EDIT: done), now that we know that additional accounts are a no-no, but I bet I'm breaking another rule by doing so.
The D class cup is 9 tanks in the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the FF cup is 5 tanks. I think that GL are really trying to get you to buy some extra fuel but but on refill per go is shocking. It won't effect the Open Kb summer cheats as they can use there tricks to have double tanks and full fuel bars but for the honest punter it is going to far. I really think that GL need to offer something to make money but when the cheats get it all for free it makes me lose interest. Personally I would pay a subscription for a premium account where you could have more control over MP(create rooms with your own rules etc) and TLE that had sensible prize structures.
@nemisis It's one bar in the d-cup for USA @Ryan or Fabien Is it true that there were an early-access phase for MC5 and some winner cracked the app and uploaded it on filesharing platforms? Oh, and could you please explain why gameloft decided to make a premium game?
There was a batch of MC5 codes that were to be used for press, but it seems that one country gave the code out to a competition winner instead, and gave it out early. This person then shared his account details with a friend, who shared it with a friend, and so on until it ended up online somewhere. In the process of this someone else cracked it and then shared that online. This all happened over the weekend when GL couldn't really do anything about it. Yesterday they put there security measures in place (which weren't due to it not being launched yet) and it stopped the cracked and other 'illegitimate' copies. Drop by the upcoming forum and read the last 10 pages or so if you want more info - MC5 Upcoming thread (please note this is all my interpretation of what happened by looking at Twitter and the MC5 upcoming thread) As to the premium game question, I presume this is rhetorical/sarcastic, but I will answer anyway. MC games have always been a premium game, but MC5 is being launched without any IAP's as well (which may be new for the series, MC4 definitely had them). If you look through GL's history you will find a number of premium and freemium titles.

I was going to try to get the C-X75 in the new D class tournament (top 5) but then I seen the top ten places: open, open, open, summer, open, open, open, open, open, and (not sure; Chinese). Guess my chances are gone to get the car, smh.
What times are the getting? I am sure you can do it seeing as you like your mustang, I am getting mid 1.08 s in practice but due to the 9 bars used in the UK only 2 runs per double tank is possible.
And I bet most of them (if not all of them) already have the C-X75. Now, tournaments like these are wasted, because GL overlooked this situation and most of the players (not all of them) who often stay at the top are either unaware or have no consideration for the players who aren't as good as them.
Hey Ryan, Fabien Your legal department shoul look into this type of phrase formulation ---Nitro Starter - start all your races with a full nitro bar =>here a lawyer could raise a question mark why about the meaning of the phrase. I, by reading that phrase i understand that the nistro starter is only used inside the races, when you actually play a race, not in the game menu. So Gameloft, why is this timer thicking down when i am not playing? It should freeze in the game menu, and start counting down when i am actually playing a race. ---Upgrade the performance for all of your cars => Same situation here. Conclusion: -start doing the right thing if you dont want legal problems by simply specifying the correct duration of all booster and how are they beeing procesed by the system once activated. Thanks
Like 1:09:600 I'm definitely going to try (since extra tanks come pretty easy) and see if I can get a better time. I got 1:11:300 without extra tank. Wish there was an easier way to go about giving out the car. For example, the top 5 places of people without the car.

This is a game, not legal act to describe everything most precisely as possible to avoid different or misinterpretations Besides for me it's perfectly clear, you activate the booster which works for XX minutes, then it is exactly XX minutes from activation no matter if you actually play or not. that's the whole point!

Oh man, you lost to My.Mylene! (I know it's probably some other, better player who knocked you down or something like that, but she finished ahead of you.) She has a channel on Twitch, and sometimes I go there to watch her play/laugh. For a level 85 player, she's got some of the worst handling skills I've ever seen. No extra tank, huh? I'm pretty much done playing MP without an extra tank. It's far too risky with all of the 1108-1127-ranked Survolts they put me in when I use the Mini. I only had one truly unfair race last night though: a 1115 Camaro (all 3 boosters) driven by a player with a 1,750 rating. In Nevada Reverse, it won with a time of 1:31, which is virtually impossible to achieve with a Mini. Luckily it only cost me 3 points.
It was chaotic! I was out of nitro before i reach the first ramp, so i took the left lane for the blue and hit the second ramp then i Wrecked! The driver Oooi*** knocked me down..... I ever encountered survolt 1130 ranking, they seems to be hard to knockdown
GL Ryan, quick question. I tried to post screen shots of this happening, but they failed to load. In a couple games, I beat some guys 0000Open... (in pink, high-ranked 2400 player), but with their rating it reads 0 =. Also happened when I beat ABAKAN (all in black). What does that mean? Thank you.
I agree that you're asking for trouble going without the nitro tank while trying to earn rating points especially in S class, W/max-Survolt or W/max-Mini lots of free extra tanks out there at the moment. One thing I found yesterday was that If I start next to or behind a guy who looks tough to beat, I don't always triple boost the start. Happened a couple times. They'd zip out to a nice start, but heading toward the first gold bottle in Monaco reverse or Great Wall, for example, he ran out. I still had nitro to burn, contact, boom!
