i dont really like the ghost feature because even though can see your friend's time and path, it doesnt start you at the exact same spot, so unless you race normally, the ghost thing is almost the same as a beat this time challenge. i never knew so many jumps had to be made, i just follow the main road. dont the jumps slow you down?
Well, now there's a tournament (Great Wall Cup) for the Jaguar, which is not worth it if you already have the P1 IMO. I'm gonna race for the extra tanks obviously, but if anyone missed the Jaguar, now's the chance
You should be ok once they have taken out the multiple accounts, I recon there are at least 5 in the top 50
GL rules... They are always on top, so I think that is the best one, and I didn't get it because I didn't have enough time to play
The main reason I say that it's unnecessary is because I got within the same millisecond as him without all the extra things. The car had good enough nitro to carry it for a while on its own. These people overseas people are really a pain in my *** lol. I agree. I've had those same thoughts for a while, racing a ghost that is I front of you puts you a almost unbeatable disadvantage. It's pretty good. Not sure if it's the best yet, I need more time with it first.
In the Great Wall cup with the Marussia, which way is faster?: 1. Flat-spinning off the first ramp that takes you over the canyon then taking the left path with the blue bottles, grabbing the gold, and going down while turning right to rejoin the main path. -or- 2. Simply going off the first ramp over the canyon, taking the right path, and flat-spinning off one of the two big curved ramps to refill your two nitro bars? It's too late for me to get the top time now (1:04.699 in Canada, and I ran it last night with what was my last extra tank for now), but I kept on using the second path I wrote down. I'd just like to know for future tournaments.
Yesss!! I reached Top 100!, hopefully i could mantain it. @4118, the right path is faster, if possible, don't do any barrel roll on the Right Path.
This Midiol guy just posted a video of his run with the Marussia, and while his execution is almost perfect, his path obviously isn't the correct one: 1:05.176 is almost half a second off the top time in Canada, and I saw on Twitch that the American leaderboard had one guy at 1:04.3xx. I think one barrel roll is the most you can get away with, and here Midiol does two.
I wasn't doing any barrel rolls on the right path, I was simply using the last big curved ramp to do some flat-spins. By the time my car was done spinning downhill, my two bars were completely filled. Have you tried this course and managed to go under 1:05? I watched Birder42 on Twitch, and he managed a 1:05.076 by taking the left path. I think the long shelf right next to the pit is also an important part of the race; you have to be able to get the two blues and also turn your car left to cross the wooden bridge while remaining in nitro mode throughout. Birder42 also flat-spinned off the final elevated ramp before triple-boosting to the finish. Does anyone else do that? I thought a tight barrel roll would be faster. Also, congrats on the top 100! This morning I was in 118th and 20 points behind you at 1,875, though there are some users moving up rather quickly, so I've probably dropped a few spots already. Thankfully, a lot of the top 100 players' scores haven't changed in months, so those people will be very easy to pass.
I hit 01:06:757, i don't use Extra Tank. I tried to get enough Nitro for the 1st ramp, then barrel roll once on the 2nd, all the way to the big one(got 2 barrel roll) then down, got the first blue bottle, ignored the second blue and got the last blue drifted a little and do the last barrel roll on the 2nd last ramp and off till the end. Now the Top 100 ranking is ridiculous, the least u need to hit 100 is 1900points.....
With the way they're giving out points now, 1,900 is nothing though. Just a few days ago I was at 1,735 points. Now a top 20 MP rank is achievable for any good player who's willing to put in a few hours every day, because dinosaurs like Mia Rose Winkler and banananamann aren't moving up any time soon. Just fifteen minutes ago I bought two boosters and raced with my ATS; by the time my nitro starter expired 5 races later, I'd gone from 1,875 to 1,880 points. The highest-ranked opponent I faced in those 5 races had 1,183 points. Assuming you get 5 points per 10 minutes, you can get 30 MP points per hour.
Ryan, any advice on how those of us who have more than one account (e.g., on separate devices, to avoid sync issues) should proceed? Also, where are those terms of service that we aren't in compliance with? I don't remember ever agreeing to any, and I couldn't find them in iTunes. But I'd like to find out what else I'm doing wrong.
Do you recommend using a extra tank booster on that mc5-cup? I'm now at 330 with a maxed lykan and a tuning booster. I ran out of nitro a few metres away from the first blue bottle but that's it. I dont even do spins on that plaza ramp because I already have too much nitro. But I'm not entirely sure if I should use one or not. But I think with the nitro booster it shouldn't be a problem...
About midiol video, I need help... http://youtu.be/WEm3Y9ahtcI I can't do a so faster flip as he at second 0:46. Which is the reason? Exist any trick or similar to get faster flip??? I have tried a lot and always crash
