This is an excellent idea. Also, I used to love the TLEs. I'd hop on A8 pretty much every day and play an hour or two and use boosters...which would then compound into me playing MP to get full use out of them. Since they've blocked us from country-hopping, they've taken away a lot of my drive to play. Now I sometimes go days without playing. When I do play, I do my one season 8 China Lykan race to maximize my credit boost and basically play whatever couple TLE matches are running...usually once each. I know that I'll probably never hit top 10 or whatever ridiculous metric is being used even if I used full boosters, so I just settle for whatever top prizes I can get in a non-boosted vehicle.
Fwiw, I had Canada set when the country lock went into effect since I felt like it offered the most value, though I am sad that I'm probably missing an Independence Day tournament.
This is fantastic. Not only is the leading player on the Canadian leaderboard one of those Chinese clan players, but he used a maxed out Chrysler ME-412 to set the time. They're not only satisfied with hacking the game; they have to do everything to ensure that players from other countries can't get the cars! Well, despite being fourth right now (1:03.213), at least I'm currently first among actual Canadian citizens.
The number crunchers at Gameloft won't notice an individual player's leaving right away, but my hat goes off to you and your strength of character. I think the best case scenario for the game's future is that our mini-exodus will turn into some sort of virus: If some of the best players stop playing, there's less interesting competition for other good players, which means less incentive for them to play. If this turns into a chain reaction, maybe they'll notice and try to save the game. Then again, I'm probably being overly optimistic. For every disillusioned veteran, there are at least two newbies who will happily jump into the bottomless freemium pit. Now this is the part that really saddens me. Turbo 343 and I have an informal agreement to be this discussion's Waldorf and Statler, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a two-person job. Ok now at first with 1:02:964 any suggestions for French Guiana reverse? I'm thinking I'm getting as near the perfect run as possible but someone told me someone got loww 1:02:0xx before. I don't know how that is possible.... Please anyone help lol
The route I use is with the Tuatara. Ok, start off by triple boosting and knock out 1 car (very important). Keep driving and your nitro should run out a few inches before reaching the first blue bottle (it's perfect because you don't waste the nitro from triple boosting, it's a clean start). The way you engage these double roads is challenging. Once getting the first blue bottle, stay on that road, which will lead you to the first yellow bottle (without having to jump). Now jump to the other road to get the 2nd yellow bottle and do it again for the blue nitro and one last time to get on the straight stretch road ahead (the road on the left instead of the road all the way to the right). Keep going and go to the left side of the upcoming split roads (the two different ways to get inside the hanger). Insta-drift around the corner and perfect nitro down the street and go to the right road (the right side of the launch pad). Hit the 3 nitro bottles and get the other yellow bottle before insta-drifting around the corner. Perfect nitro down the dirt road. Once reaching the runway, get the yellow bottle that's all the way to the right then get the blue one that's under the moving thing (whatever that huge thing is lol). Now just keep going till the finish line (make sure once you are in the last tunnel, stay as close to the left wall as you can). Starting to lose a lot of important people in the community. Definitely not a good look. I'm currently at 1:03:746 without extra nitro tank and I can/will improve.

Thanks a lot for the route. The guy that's right on my tail now is doing 1:03:032 without double tank in a lykan. I am not doing 1:02:964 with a double tank. Stoll waiting on someone who said they did 1:02:7xx without double tank to see their route I will post it here once I see it
@anyone from GL: In this pic you can see where the Lykan exploded just after falling on the road in the Chinese Wall track. It's at the bottom, below the text, where you see the sparks from the "explosion" (i.e.: crash against an invisible wall). My Lykan is maxed out, btw.
They get another prize, probably money. I'm not sure what you mean or are asking me. People who are that fast normally have a perfect route. It's crazy how fast people are now a days. I guess ever since the Open community started growing, times are getting harder. I might be one of the best american players but I definitely have nothing on the Open community (in terms of tournaments, i smash them in multiplayer lol).
What do you mean by truly Canadian? Like a Canadian passport? I have a Canadian passport but my background is Chinese, those guys might actually be living in Canada. I might try that diamond cup later in the day, I'm just happy I'll get 2 extra tanks, that driver driver guy is so annoying, he always first races with only 1 or 2 boosters and destroys everyone which makes me feel pretty sad, like c'mon, he beat me without the extra tank. It's probably gonna end up as a fight between you(mazhar) and driver driver, I'll probably end up 3rd
