I decided to doing some testing in multiplayer and I'm here to bring back some results. After being extremely frustrated (the reason I'm posting the results right now instead of later), I'm going to post a small sample of results (10 matches with each car). These findings are based on a small sample I just took for these different cars. Sidenote: I not sure how online world rank affects the outcome of matchups with certain cars. All these cars are maxed and fully boosted (w/o Extra tank) Upper Tier cars (all upper tier cars have a high chance of winning as they only get matched against themselves): Mini Cooper Survolt Lykan SSC Tuatara Mid Tier cars (all mid tier cars have a mixed chance of winning because they all have atleast one car that is easily better): Ferrari 599xx (Lamborghini Sesto) Ford Shelby (Lamborghini Sesto) Lamborghini Gallado (Lamborghini Sesto) Dodge Challenger (Mclaren 12C, Ford Shelby) Maserati (Same as Challenger) Mclaren P1 (Lykan/Tuatara) Mclaren 12c (Lamborghini Sesto) Nissan 370z (Survolt) Ford 2015 Mustang (Survolt) Lower Tier (All lower tier cars are expect to lose majority of their matches by getting out matched). Corvette (Mclaren 12c, Lamborghini Sesto) Lamborghini Sesto (Lykan/Tuatara) Nissan GT-R (Ferrari 599xx) Ferrari Italia (Lamborghini Sesto) Tendencies (all notable opponents will result in a extremely close match or easy lost): 1. Ferrari 599xx Notable Opponents: Lamborghini Sesto (with boosts) 2. Mclaren 12c Notable Opponents: Lamborghini Sesto (with boosts) 3. Dodge Challenger Notable opponents: Ford Shelby, Maserati, Corvette, and Mclaren 12 (all with boosts) 4. Ford Shelby Notable Opponents: Mclaren 12 (with boosts and extra tank) and Lamborghini Sesto (fully boosted without Extra tank)
A maxed boosted Camaro used to tend to do pretty well against Survolts. I haven't played lately though.
Don't max out your cars. I race with my rank 1571 P1 and I often get mixed with maxed sestos, evoluzione (1625), spanos etc.. but no lykans. Sometimes there's a non maxed ssc but with a little bit of skill, i can beat them. Complete this lis pls: MP awards for 1st place Below Lv 28: 1600 Lv28-38:2000 38-42: 2600 42+: 3000
You can add a maxed ATS to the the upper tier cars, the only time you have trouble is with F150s but only on certain courses. Oh and if you come up against N3ko in his part tuned mini.
Thanks! I don't actually want Gameloft to go out of business any time soon, by the way. I just think that they will if they continue on the path they've recently chosen. Why would I wish ill on Gameloft, makers of the awesome Asphalt 8 (pre-1.3)? Last year's Gameloft was actually one of my favorite game developers, and I sincerely hope that they'll realize they're making a mistake. I've been saying so in private feedback for a while, but nothing you, I, or anyone ever tells them in private seems to effect any change to the better. Asphalt 8 1.3 almost destroyed multiplayer, so we gave them our feedback, but instead of reversing course, they decided to destroy the game completely in the... ...to Asphalt 8 1.4. So why should I assume that any feedback I provide in private helps? They always tell us that they see our point, but the ones who see the point are obviously not the ones who call the shots. Come to think of it, the only positive change that happened ever since they started screwing up the game was the revoked upgrade pricing experiment. But if we considered that a result of private feedback, we'd have to assume that they lied to us about what actually happened back then. So I call it how I see it. If they ever change course, it'll be because of economic reasons, not because of me being overly polite. In the meantime, Gameloft's opinion of me is of zero interest to me. YMMV.

Really nice car On the other hand, seems that Chrysler ME 412 is faster than Lykan, right? Gameloft should have gave this car to top50 at least... Maybe they will do another event to get it, I hope hehe
Top 25 today Is it possible to back out of races before the race starts without loosing you MP rating? Now I am not using the extra tanks it seems pointless racing someone who has all the boosters on certain tracks, but other tracks you still stand a good chance.
Good lines, I can see a couple of opportunities to improve it, taking out 1 more car would mean that you would get to the ramp without running out of boost. and a double barrel roll of the last jump would get you to the line on full boost.
@Turbo: This would be cool if you could click on "Automatically archive my broadcasts" in your twitch account so that everyone has a chance to see you race.
Raced for about 2 hours today I won all my races apart from one where I exploded when landing on top of a Swervalot after starting from the back of the grid. Net result - level with the start of the day
I did for the few that I finally broadcasted Fabien, but your update has me not playing anymore, and therefore no streams from me sadly. If you all decide to rid the game of the need to pay for new cars and other items then I will be back. But for now I am on leave Great work!!!
Currently 1:17:554 in the andoird leaderboard. I did not participate in the last mustang and Chrysler tournament because I thought the fuel system was absurd. It still is although I got a good time in a few tries, I'm not gonna wait an hour every time to get 3 tries and waste the boosts given to me. Gameloft please remove this fuel system or make each run cost 1 fuel. That would be more fair. Also GL_Ryan, are the Chrysler and mustang going to be available for credits anytime? I thought it was stupid to have the CaR only available to the top 10 in the world only... Thanks
Totally agree with you, especially with Chrysler ME412. I had no time to play enough for that event and was really hard to get top10. I hope that at end these cars will be available to pay with game money... Also very nice time hehe Do you use same route/tricks than me?
