Gameloft needs to consider legal action against the thieves who stole hundreds of dollars from them. If people who steal music and films online can be prosecuted, then people who use illegal tools to "crack open" a game just to save money should be prosecuted too. Let's not forget that these cheating Open players are all amazing drivers, and are thus taking away all the top rewards from the common folks who legally purchased these two cars. These individuals paid $100 to have a chance at being at the top of the leaderboard for a change (and not to mention the credit prizes for top finishers), but the Open players wouldn't even let them have that honor just for two tournaments. Ban them, identify them, then sue them.
He's not suspect. He had over 16k tournament points in GT Racing 2, (the other top drivers had around 2k), he was placed in the top 100 in several A8 cups and commented several times on FB posts. He's just a normal player.
oh I thought Gameloft removed my points on GT racing 2, I played the early build of GT Racing 2 that was available only on the Canada Appstore. It was very easy earn points. Then my points disappeared and I deleted the game on November of 2013. Looks like Gameloft changed the raiting system since the last time I played the game.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and going through some posts I see a lot of phenomenal drivers here (BeaArthursGhost, Lucian, Nemesis, DarkZero). You guys actually post tips and help each other get better where was I all this time!! I've been on an island so to speak... painfully trying to figure this game out!! So happy I found you guys
I probably don't qualify as a phenomenal driver, but I'm also on Canadian leaderboards as Motor Away (Driver 4118 was my "stock name" till about one month ago). Are you Canadian? Just asking because, although you often participate in Canadian events, I recall seeing a different flag beside your username a few times in WW tournaments. If so, it looks like we're only missing "Thierryhenry" (he's on Twitch), "teamcanadadjs," and "jimmmeeeee" to have a full-on Canadian family of A8 tournament regulars. I see that you're having a fantastic streak with MP races. I've raced you a few times in my Mini-Cooper, but your amazing ranking always put you in the pole position, so I've never actually beaten you one-on-one (though I did finish ahead of you once when an Open guy took you out in Nevada ). Please, please bump Mia Rosa Winkler down to #4. I hate her.
Just 2 days away and a lot to read. Slow down guys, I can't read all of that quickly Well, even Tano is mad. This update caused more harm than good. Anyway, congrats on getting the Mustang or the Chrysler (if anyone got one of those), you really deserved getting a car, but obviously a way better one. If only the fuel system was more gentle on slow guys like me

Making paying a major addition that includes forcing/suggesting you need IAP is just not right and then making it a requirement (new cars) is game over for me. Then there is the price point of said purchase...WTF over???????Lately the game I have played since early Dec. 2013 every day for 1,2-6 hours a day gets opened up and maybe....maybe played for 10 min or 5 runs under on a booster if I Run at all and then off I go doing other things. So much to say about it, but why bother I think. I will check in now and then in hopes that things change but my gut tells me they won't. You will be buying to win (or hacking to keep up from what I am reading) and that does not peak my appetite Gameloft. Too bad too, had some cool thing coming up. You all take care
I remember you bro, yellow mini? you're a great driver.. are you still rocking the mini? I look forward to our next race! I'm not sure how the positioning works.. When I was in the 1500-1700s I always started back and had to claw my way up.. Between 1800-1900 I was getting better positions over the 1500-1700s and then back again around the 2000s... 2100-2200 front, and now 2200+ back again.. Don't quite understand it, maybe someone can help clarify.. I remember that race with the Open player in Nevada I took out the first and that slowed me down and he got me lol!! I returned the favor many times over every other race we met The player I tend to see the most is Tano, and he's tough to beat but I'm figuring him out. I would like to race MRW.. I guess she reached the top sometime back and prob got bored...
Yeah, a yellow Mini. I'll be racing it tonight again, approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours from now. But just a head's up: I've still got 6 extra tanks to use, and since I'm racing with the sole intent of boosting up my ranking as much as I can, it will be in use for all of the 3 or 4 hours that I play. I know some of the guys in this forum don't use extra tanks in MP, but I'll keep using mine until I've spent them all. Of course, I will never give Gameloft a dime for an extra tank, as they are a betrayal of the game that I've been playing for almost 7 months. But if you're not using an extra tank, you might want to dodge out of the lobby for the time being if you see me, as it won't be an even playing field. For a long time, I've had problems with disconnections, which severely impacted the rise of my rank; I'm currently at 1,649 when I'd probably be in the 1,800s if not for the numerous disconnects that canceled 1-point-per-race streaks of 10 victories. Yesterday, I had no such problems, and went up by a total of 58 points. I'm praying that tonight yields similar results. By the way, has anyone checked out the impressive times in the Monaco Chrysler tournament? It appears that this car is everything that the Tuatara was supposed to be. I can't wait for those choose-any-car WW cups dominated by people using Chryslers ME412s. I saw two Canadian players on that ME412 leaderboard: Extase (not a threat under any circumstance) and tamersword (can be a threat if it's his Chrysler versus your Lykan or Tuatara).
Thanks man, what's your in game ID? Which car(s) do you like to drive? I understand what how you feel bro and I have been reading the GL forums and the general feeling is that ppl are unhappy... I think it's absurd to charge $100 for a virtual product.. But then again, I always liked the MP aspect of the game the most. I see the that the Open clan dominates the TLE but I take them out MP 9 times out of 10. Every car that ever came out of TLEs were not that impressive.. With the exception of the P1 (which I can't use in MP cause I get matched with Lykans) In short, GL can keep the Mustang and the Chrysler cause I won't use them even if I had them. I'll still use my mini/Survolt and I hope that enough decent players out there will continue to do so. I'll take what I like and leave what I don't.

I don't need the extra tank to win MP races The only time they really make a difference is Monaco and Great Wall straight... If you see me knock me out!! I won't hesitate to do the same!

I can only hope that Asphalt 9 isn't too far away, and that Gameloft reverts back to its initial generosity for the first few months of that game's existence.
