OMG, I have done 1:11,533 and I lost a bit of time with a rival at beginning... In the other hand, what time was possible here (French Guiana) with W Motors Hypersport?
Here's what I'm wondering about: Will they make Asphalt 9 even worse from the get-go, or will they do what they did with Asphalt 8 and create an awesome game at first, only to slowly screw it up (from our point of view) once enough gamers are hooked? (You might argue that given their new business model, they don't need a new full version app ever again. But I think it makes economic sense for them to make everyone start from scratch every year or two.)
The top time possible for Guiana Reverse with a maxed Lykan is about a 1:02. Even if I will never bother to obtain it, I hate that the Chrysler is ranked at 1659, exactly like the Tuatara. Players went through hell just a month ago to get the Tuatara and throw away credits on its ridiculously pricy upgrades, and now you dangle something in front of our eyes that appears to be exactly the same?! Worst of all, perhaps this Chrysler will be a legitimate 1659-rank car, not an inflated one like the Tuatara.
U will get better after few more tries! Neither do i watch any clips for TLEs, i just do whatever i can
I'm sure that the Chrysler will have the nice custom level 5 upgrade prices, like they did with the Tuatara when there already was the Lykan
Oh, definitely. I'm just saying that the Tuatara is ranked 4 points higher than the Lykan despite being inferior to it in all aspects except handling. Perhaps the Chrysler will be the beast that the Tuatara was supposed to be.
Only way to succeed in those tourneys is using the extra nitro booster. I only use those boosters for tournaments but it's pointless if every run is not at it's highest potential. I don't have time for this fuel bs that is restricting me from playing more than 3 times every 2 hours. If there was a way to turn it off, there would be no problem for me. But there isn't. Sidenote: I just lost a race and went down 17 points. I think I'm in love with Gameloft. It took me a day of racing to get those points. Right now, I'm so furious that I'm not that far off from throwing my phone.
In an attempt to find respite from all of this frustration, here's a neat video featuring gameplay from all of the Asphalt games up to now. This series didn't really start to find its groove until the sixth installment, huh? I had no idea the tracks were all quite flat until Airborne.
Some of the map i believe u can run without running out of nitros(maybe i'm wrong) we will see those Chinese players will they pay for the Extra Tank in future when they used up the Free ones, i definitely won't! That was way too harsh!! -17 points is ridiculous, btw what position u came in and how many racer too part in it! I'm glad that i just hit 1800
Suggestions for avoiding knockdowns in MP? Are there any tactics to avoiding knockdowns in MP? Just played a MP with a maxed, but no boosted mini against 2 much higher ranked players driving minis both with full boosts. I was knocked down from behind just as my nitro gave out. With the single lap, that pretty much ended the race for me. What should I be doing to avoid the knock down?
There is very little you can do, unfortunately. A faster-moving car hitting your slower car will always result in a knockdown. If I see a car gaining on me from the back, I immediately start drifting and change my line position on the track, hoping that he won't attempt to knock me down. If he merely passes by me, I drift a bit longer to fill up my nitro bar, then I activate my boost and try to hunt him down. I'm a big fan of rubbing up against an opponent and trying to gradually push them into the wall. It's probably my favorite way to knock someone down. I once squeezed Rhinolabello against the wall for at least 10 seconds before his car finally gave out.
I like that as well, but it's a risky move. If you start pushing them while you're both running with nitro active, and if your nitro runs out before theirs, they will end up knocking you down, even though they're the ones that are up against the wall. (Don't ask how I know. ) @Dark-Zero: Let me guess there were only three or four cars in that race? Finishing second in those is the worst.
I forgot that is hard to compare, but I think (hope I'm wrong, I love Lykan) that this car will have a real rank as you say.
Yeah, a good amount of maps can be ran without running out if nitro for a significant amount if time like normal (now, you'll have a few moments where you need to drift for nitro). -17 should never be justified. That is ridiculous. Yup, 4 people. I thought the cap was said to be 10 a long time ago. That changed after the china update.
This is a reminder btw, the car challenge today is the Survolt and starts at 3pm ET time. Edit: As I was playing, I found a hacker. Something I never seen before. So I'll describe it. You know the countdown at the beginning of every match (the one that shows the different cars)? During the countdown, a Ferrari Italian was inside my Survolt, leaning sideways (super glitchy). When the matched started, I seen a player already turning the first corner on Tokyo before I even reached the nitro bottles. The drivers name is "123456Pancun" I just ran into him again. I'm done running the challenge today because dodging a hacker then people using double nitro booster is annoying me.
So i just updateted the game The problem is i don't see the free tanks ya'll talkin bout Edit: Nevermind, i just found out how..
On a different note, I got 0.56.2xx on the Alps tournament with an unboosted Huayra. Shame, I'm almost under 0.56, so I could have gotten a free booster Anyway, what are your times?
Actually, it appears that "ecem" was the hacker in the Ferrari. "Pancun123456" used a different kind of hack - one that made him finish in 1st place when you crossed the finish (it happened to me a couple weeks ago, against a glitching imbecile who wrecked his car at least 8 times in French Guiana; I won the race yet got second place). You were stuck in the race with 2 hackers. Horrible luck. At least your hacker had a respectable ranking; mine made me lose 14 points because he was ranked in the 800s.
