So sad, yet so true. For extra pain, try the fx50 after racing a viper for awhile. To heck with all that, though. I think it's time to bust out the bobsled. Or did I already?!?!?! You never can tell, until it's too late.
Lol yeah, try to use this bad boy on curve-heavy tracks. Frustration, losses, and ruined streaks guaranteed. I consider the f150 as the 'Dan' of Asphalt 8: funny to use, but completely useless
Apart from the Mini, I also sometimes take the F-150 for a spin, which makes for the most hilarious races — you usually get a huge lead in the beginning due to its insane nitro performance, then for the rest of the race, you let everyone else catch up, then you activate nitro again. Rinse and repeat. Come to think of it, the F-150 is probably the most frustrating car to race against as of now, similarly to how the Silver Lightning was a pain in the neck before the Lykan and the Tuatara came out. I know the F-150 is way too slow for your tastes, but I grew up with this guy, so jumping ramps in a pickup truck is kind of special to me. -- EDIT: Ha! I posted this before reading Lord XIII's post. Also note that A Nonny Moose was talking about the FX50, not the F-150.

I know, but the F-150 is the closest we can currently get. I'd gladly buy a $20 in-app purchase to get Colt's car in Asphalt. To me, that's an even higher priority than the 300 SL, which I previously suggested. (All those new supercars, on the other hand, do not interest me. At. All.)
Well man I was trying to see how they got to 53 flat...I admit I cannot find it dude. It must be in a freak final jump that comes around only once in 200 outings...lol..I ran that to death last night and was just about to give in when I got that one. I will not be running that anymore..wheew...those ones that are 52.9 are beyond me how they are doing it unless it is a freak run ya know. I nailed so many runs that feel in the 53.2 or 53.3 area I was about to toss my ipad..lmao...In the end it was just staying as tight as possible not taking the hidden bottle not spinning onto the snow hill, triple boost galore....and a good final jump. The clock actually stopped on a 53.0xx but it gave me the .1xx when it loaded the next screen That show holds a special place in my heart and it is not all for the love of that Truck and Colt.... That brought back a bunch of memories watching that..thanks fellas Edit: Bea...I will be curious to see after 4 days of that hell what time they end up posting up top....that is so long a time duration to run that thing.
I appreciate you taking the time to try that tournament. It's good to know that 53:1xx is possible. And I know what you mean about the clock discrepancy. I've seen 53:1xx on the timer, only to be awarded a 53:3xx. Ah well. Maybe the guys posting under 53 have some superior Chinese internets. Or some hacks. Either way, I'm done with that tourney for a while
The reason I asked you guys about the cars you use in multiplayer is because I need some good old fashion competition. I want to figure out the cars that you guys are using. Haven't played against anyone in this thread in what seems like ages. I'm going to play all night today since it's my off day. Since most people seem to use the Mini, I'll use that. I don't exclusively run the Survolt anymore either. I hardly even use it anymore lol. I actually prefer Tuatara because of the speed and skill. @Turbo Do you think I should max out the P1? Remember, I always had it upgraded to be competitive in multiplayer but that seems unlikely that multiplayer will change. Is it good online or does it get smoked by Lykans/Tuatara? You are definitely insane lol. Non of those cars have any success online. What makes you drive them? I don't see how you use that truck. Moves like a turtle in quicksand lol. Each 2 lap race must last about 5 mins.
