Nice! Rip Mark Hostler LaMaserati is definitely awesome! But my favorite concept car designed by him is that incredible Mercedes SL GTR. Maybe it appear for us at Asphalt 14 or 15 The Mercedes SL GTR is a concept study of a Mercedes Benz homologation special for the 21st century. Designed by Mark Hostler, this concept car aims to offer rider with purest expression of road car driving feel and performance. The design incorporates race car chassis technology, race suspension, carbon ceramic brakes, racing tires and a Nismo designed 5.5 liter v8 race engine from Nissan GTR GT1 race car.
Are not seeing me in game at all? When i the menu of your profile and under friends? If you are not seeing me there, I have noticed it can take quite a while for the sync to happen, for what reason I am not sure but I think it can take a week of more or at least it has for me. Also, is you GC the same as here so I can look and see if I see you in my game?

But I was wondering whether people with maxed all D/C Class cars still get D/C upgrades or move on to B/A/S? I didn't see or get the Memorial Cup (both Captain and Generals) even though I'm in the U.S. Would like to actually have those cups since I'm still missing the Challenger (I'm on Windows). The lag waiting in MP for opponents is certainly makes it less effective for farming that TLEs, but the lack of variation in rerunning the same track gets dull. The i8 would definitely be nice-a new electric/hybrid car. I've reached a crisis when I maxed the top speed of my Sesto Elemento, the rank went from 1518 to 1558. Now instead of boosted GT500, Gallardos, 599X, and Zonda R's around 1500-1520, I'm not against 1580-1590 S-Class lykans and FXX's. I'm getting devoured in MP as when an S-Class car touches me and so unlike before, when I usually finished first even if I made mistakes, it's really hard to finish top 3 now. It's also impossible to wreck the S-Class cars even if I ram them against the wall @ full NO2, a veneno still somehow outmaneuvered me and I crashed in the wall somehow? Really the game would allow us to alter the upgrades on cars-taking them off. (by the way I almost never run boosted) I guess I'll just stick to using the SSC-maxed or Lykan 1580. My Survolt isn't maxed but doing races with that is slow, don't even mention the Mini-slow. Are there any alternatives? I've dropped almost 100 rank points and am level 43. Just want to reach 85 and keep getting free C/D upgrades/
Maxing out the top tier of any car in the top speed and nitro categories will be a big jump in car rank. I hear you on that frustration in deed. I get the same problem when I run any maxed mid level A class car, it puts me in the company of maxed S class and boosted so it makes A class a major challenge to use without knowing you are in for a heck of a fight or a loosing battle. Now It can be done if the others are not as good a driver. I get 6 seconds on folks in Lykans boosted in a maxed P1 boosted a lot....But when I run into a guy that can drive like me or even close to me I am done from the word go. That is just too much to over come. As for level 85 you will get that just off playing/time in game. That from what I have been able to tell has nothing to do with win/loose streaks or count.
Still prefer using D C B class cars. Using my maxed A class will outrun by those S class and using S class car is hella difficult to handle. Tried using Lykan in MP, those players keep ramming into each others which is irritatingmoreover i can't handle those FAST car...
@dejaree As I said earlier, dont max out some cars I raced with my rank 1500 veneno in MP yesterday and its very cool. The races are challenging and there aren't some idiots who smack you out at the start. With this car, I can easily keep up with the other cars a rank 1500. My opponents are sestos, mclaren p1s, marussia, Spano and even FXX's. Try using the 458 Italia, good acceleration and handling, I like that car alot.
Thanks for the input. Jeez, still getting D/C upgrades even with all the cars maxed in those categories-hope Gameloft can expand and one day give better prizes again. Darn, just tried the SSC Tuatara unboosted and kept getting knocked all over the place. Like p.Fresh said , it's very hard since there are idiots who go all over the map at the beginning. In addition, theres always one other racer who keeps spawning all over the map. This guy named Sim Woo and John (something) running 2X boosts, knocked him below on the long straight in Barcelona Reverse but he somehow spammed all the way ahead, covering a distance that would take a maxed SSC Tuatara w/ booster 4-5 seconds to cross in only less than 1 second. Gosh, I will mix that 1500's niche with the Sesto.
Yep there are many players who are spawning/lagging all the time @Turbo No, I don't think knocking somebody out is a key part in MP. I always avoid crashes, because it slows you down. Quite funny to see, how two guys in front of you are trying to crash each other to keep their place. There were many situations like this and I, as the 3rd, always benefit from that stupidity. Crashing doesn't require skill and I always regret it, when I wreck somebody. This reminds me of a special MP game. A Lightning was first, I was 3 secs behind. In the last turn, he crashed, but instead of crossing the finish line, I breaked right before it and waited until he finished. Why you ask? Because he got more skills than me. This and no wrecking is my style of "sportmanship".
The way I gauge sportsmanship in multiplayer is like this: -Its "OK" (note the quotations) if you knockout someone who is in a car wayyy higher in rank than you, only if he is gonna skewer you if you don't (e.g. Gallardo knocking out a lykan) -You shouldn't knockout a guy in the same or similar ranked car as you. -Its not cool to knockout someone in a lower level car, especially if you have NO reason to. A great example, Im driving in my gallardo in barcelona, some guy in a maxed zonda comes up behind me. I swing way out on a longer path, but instead of taking the short path and easily passing me, the Zonda swings out all over the track just to trap and knock me out. He could easily have finished the race a good 3 seconds faster without getting me.
I don't generally like trying to wreck people unprovoked. Sometimes it's almost unavoidable, but I rarely go out of my way. If I can get a clean pass, I just do that. Also, attempting to wreck people is often risky - sometimes you get wrecked...or even more horrendously trapped (turned sideways against a rail) without wrecking. If someone attempts to wreck me, then gloves come off.

I found a solution. Since I kept coming up against 1580-1590 S-Class cars w/ decent drivers, I started my 1580 Lykan-problem solved. I no longer dominate as much before, finishing up to 10-15 seconds before but now only 3-4 seconds. But the competition is a little more exciting instead of winning 1st all the time. I try not to go after others in MP but when I used my Sesto, I would wreck people all the time at the beginning. I'm the Nitro hog, sorry bro. In today's races w/ the Lykan its harder and more risky but like others have said, do it when I have to (either I wreck him or he kills me). Other than that, I really avoid knockouts. However, when one plays several streaks at once 18-20 MP games, you see the same people over and over again. And when some of them (rarely) are annoying pests (boosted people who try to knock everyone out the way in the beginning for no reason rather than just getting the first nitro bottles or a horrible player driving a high ranked car (a 1610 Spano tuned vs. my 1580 Lykn) and trying to just wreck others and not finish first). I aim for them, wreck them if time allows every race after they've wrecked me for no reason the last few races (so they'll stop coming after me). I remember I wrecked the tuned 1610 Spano at least 5/8 rounds after his wrecking everybody else on two previous races cost me 1st.
