Hey Gameloft Ryan, I play on a low end device, and was wondering if the dev team could optimize it by lowering graphics to increase framerate. I'm not sure how that works, although I appreciate any help I get.
I don't know if I got better as a driver or if the game just got easier but I can handle S class cars with ease now (I actually prefer driving them now because of their speed and difficult handling). I like them a lot now but only when something weird doesn't happen. The only reason the "good" cars are viable is because of how overpowered they are. They outmatch cars within 100 points of them. You would think these cars would be placed in higher classes based on performance. The rewards are still the same. Pretty crappy D/C class upgrades with a couple thousands thrown in for extra streak rewards. This would be a good idea if multiplayer had bracket gameplay. Like one bracket is the way multiplayer is now and the other is casual. Similar to how you said but also being able to make player lobbies with custom settings and no reward for wins. That is true. The big difference for everybody would be that it's harder for multiplayer to get stale as opposed to tournaments. Racing the same map over and over again gets extremely annoying/boring after a while if you do it for credit boosting. Multiplayer has more variety while still gaining some type of points. I didn't see either one. I switched to US just to get them but I'm back on WW again.
Are you talking a low-end iOS device or Android device? Typically on the Android side of things, we do our best to optimize and include new devices whenever we push out a game update. It's very much an ongoing process!

No, not like the Silver Lightning. That's an official Mercedes Benz concept car designed and assembled by them to act as a showcase of their technology. The "LaMaserati" is rumour, speculation, conjecture and guesswork. There is no official concept or announcement from Maserati in relation to it and it is only speculation by others based on the evolution of the Ferrari Enzo into the Maserati MC12, which itself was only produced to homolagate the car in to the FIA GT championship (and herald Maserati's return to racing with a halo car), which is unlikely to happen in this case as Ferrari is developing their own racing/track version of the LaFerrari, the LaFerrari FXX. Whether that'll be an entrant in to the FIA GT championship or just a track car is yet to be clarified but its unlikely that they'll produce two cars based on the same variant to achieve the same result and compete with each other when one will do perfectly fine. Also at the time of the MC12, Maserati was under the umbrella of Ferrari within the Fiat group. Now they are partnered with Alfa Romeo under the Fiat Group which makes a LaMaserati look even less likely. And yeah, it would be nice to have an i8 in the game. An associate had one out on an extended test drive recently and it is a very interesting car. Looks amazing. Feels a bit weird at first but staggering acceleration.

Thanks I've been distracted by World of Tanks Blitz (awesome game and I never really thought I'd like it but I'm officially addicted now) and MC5 related info so I've had nothing to contribute of late. The LaMaserati caught my eye though. And the i8. The i8 I'd actually expect to see added at some stage.
Hello!!! I'm new to the forum! I've been playing for a couple of months asphault 8, great game, way too adictive! I already have a few maxed out cars so I really want to play competively against other players, the thing is I enjoy the most playing against ghosts, that's my style, so I was wondering if some of you can help me out with this. I got only one friend on my Game Center list (btw it's Turbo) he accepted my request but I can't find any way to play against his ghosts, I do not find him in the in-game menu, nor in my in-game friends. I have been challenged twice by two random players in the Game Center but once I accept the challenge it takes me to the game but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? How does it work? I tried to follow the gameloft instructions but they didn't work for me! Thanks for the help!!! Btw, my user id is andres_alp, if some of you decide to add me that'd be great! Ps: I tried again with a different player but then again his ghosts are not available to download, only mine, it's so weird because I'm connected to Game Center but there is not any friend options or tab or menu, I can't challenge nor people can challenge me!!
Welcome to the forum ! To play with the ghost of your friend, just open the solo campaign, and tap on a race that displays the blue ghost logo. Then, click on "add ghost to race?" in the bottom of the screen. Your game will then show you which ghost from your friend you can add to the race. Of course if your freinds haven't record any ghost there, this won't work
I saw both of you guys mentioning similar issues. Ususal we think that this is due to temporary server issue. Is this still happening to you guys?
The game is detecting the performance of every devices automaticly and on every platforms. The graphics, traffics, and destructible objects are handled diffrently on low end devices in order to let the game run faster. However, as Ryan said this is an on-going work
