My time: When first starting with 2X boosts, I could only manage 1:38+ which was more than than my non-boost time of 1:36:9 . Then I whittled it down to 1:33:92 - Dark Zero and Turbo_343 do you think this is good enough for top 100 in 3 days? This is my first world cup. Potential: I definitely think low 1:33 is possible and maybe even 1:32's. I took a different path from Dark_Zero (tried your path man but kept getting 1:37+). I only had 2 perfect runs and finished at the end with over half the NO2 can full. Path: I would recommend everyone who is trying the cup to try their own path and find out your best path from experience. No doubt Dark_Zero's path will shave a couple seconds off most of your times. However, it is most satisfying coming away knowing that your time was a result of hard work. Just don't sink several hundred thousand credits into the tournament like I foolishly did. Gameloft officials on this forum: The top times of 1:25 and 1:27 on Windows (the second w/o a tuning boost) seem sketchy. Maybe that would behoove you to check those times. If a hacker/cheater gets the car while a legit user/player doesn't, less people would play your game if you reward cheating. This game has one of the most lx policies on cheating/hacking. Also: please add the discounts for Windows, didn't get any for 40% of Lykan, 25% off Pagani, etc.
Not an indictment on A8. Tried the SSC Tuatara Cup a few times. Like first Lykan, Challenger and Ford F150 cups, it will cost me over 1 million credits to get under 300 if I can even do it at all (yes, I'm that bad). Just can't commit to that and at least three hours running Iceland, where one slip-up on the long course can kill a run (#toofrustrating).
For a huge majority of the players it is the smartest to save their credits to buy the car instead of sinking so much into those tournaments with a car as a price
Don't worry dude, Your not alone in this. The only two times I know under 1:30:0 on windows are the Chinese. You don't need under 1:30 to get the car, I hope. If you call not going under 1:30:0 slow, then you are crazy fast, I can't get under 1:33.

I just did 1:33:555 without any barrel roll, flat spin or anything. Just kept picking up city havoc bonus and nitros Trick is not to bump into anything and ending is most important, make sure you collect those two blue nitros, triple boost into barrel roll, triple boost to jump and then triple boost for jump again and then again triple boost to the FL.
No Barrel roll or Flat spin?! I tried Dark Zero technique but still not much improvement..... Will try again tomorrow. F**k! I don't wanna win that Car, just wanna see how those top tier racer able to do below 1:35. Thanks anyway!
Flat Spin are so easy to mess up especially one in the tunnel and rental is pretty expensive so best to avoid them. Mid 1:33s can be achieved without them. Good luck.
I'm asking about this right now. I know we verify times for tournaments and are very proactive against hacks. I have personally passed a ton of iOS specific hacks along to the Dev team thanks to a several posters in this thread.

Dark Zero, even if my current rank was 20, 12 hours ago, now 28. At this rate will I be off the Windows leaderboard (around 3 days left)-don't have much room for improvement left from 1:33-already spent several hundred thousand credits. Anybody help... Wtf just happened to the class 5 upgrades. There are a few that I had held off on for a bit because they were "pricey" at like 50k credits. I just looked now and saw this...
If those prices stick, I'm just going to have to drop my long term goal of having all of the cars fully upgraded. It'll be well over 1.2m credits to buy and upgrade most of the S class cars. I fortunately have all of them bought...but a bunch aren't upgraded beyond level 2. Basically, my goal now is to just get all of the cars (4 left...5 if you count the Tuatara) and stars. The game is already a monotonous time/credit grind at times...and so now that's quadrupled?
