I saved 1.2m thinking the SSC would cost 900k, and luckily crashed into the f430 and pagani sales. Got both and I've got 600k left, hopefully for more sales or the SSC (missing half a dozen cars approx.)
When you're new to A8, one usually spends at least three weeks or so just learning the tracks in the Neon and Citroen. No need to worry about doing the tournaments. Spend enough time learning in MP and you'll earn some coinage. Hopefully you won't blow it buying all the cars needed to run the tournaments who is ever going to need that BMW 6 series again?
Thank you. Its working out fine so far. It's not too hard and less stressful than the other job i had. This is very true. There have been many times were i got lucky and barely won from a "give up" type scenario. A word of advice is dont spent all you money on cars in tournaments. That money can be used for upgrading specific cars. The best way to spend money is on cars to improve in career mode and multiplayer, then worry about upgrading for tournaments later. I'll list some cars that have value by classes (i wont name all of them): D: Nissan 370z, Cadillac ATS C: Audi RS 3 Sportback, Lotus Exige S Roadster B: Citroen Survolt (one of the MVPs of the game), Ford Shelby, Ferrari 599xx A: Mclaren 12 Spider, Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, Mclaren P1 S: Lamborghini Veneno, Ferrari FXX Evoluzione, Lykan Hypersport I was thinking the same thing. I was like "whats going on? Is this a prank?" This is correct. Buying cars that have long lasting value should have attention paid to them early on.
luckily, i managed to scrap together enough for the pagani but i have almost no credits right now, i save all my money for sales, but there was that "hypercompetitive tourney" so i used all my credits on the gallardo and 599xx maxing
Yes, Windows has a win streak but its only credits( 1250, 2500. 5000. 75000 and upgrades, all D-Class or C-Class.I guess bright side is that Windows has fewer players so the tournaments are less challenging, I've heard iOS is a very competitive. Big downside: no discounts at all- could've saved over 100,000+ credits on the Pagani Huayra
Turbo, Thanks man-getting the Lotus maxed with a No2 starter got me top 300 (Clash of Styles) . (how would my time of 1:54 compare on Apple?). For Tokyo, I was already getting the 2 yellow No2s between the middles. You said to drift in the tunnel to build No2, can you describe how to do that? Are there certain places to wreak [city] havoc?
Clash of Styles IOS WW Boards 1st was 1.47.761 2nd was 1.48.090 3rd was 1.48.121 . . . 100th was 1.50.118 I was 1.48.763 and Dark was right in front of me at 1.48.755 I really only use Havoc running it forward like that in the beginning through the mall.. after that I just collect traffic if it has any and if not right after the mall when you go into the first tunnel I drift the first right hander a little then I drift in the tight tunnel but I do so trying to maintain as much speed as I can. If you drift wider turns you should notice your speed slow more and that hurts more than it will if you try and drift a straight line kinda

So Gameloft is doing cups for a different class car each day now. Last round cars all had discounts on them. Thus round none so far right? I know the laferrari will be on tomorrow. I wish it's on sale....
In this case, they mean that they made a mistake. Someone was confused and they put the wrong picture on there.

Ok, I'm drudging up this old topic again: MP scoring. Over the last few days, I've lost nearly 100 points and I've fallen about 80 positions in the world ranking (from 120 to 200). Once players hit the 1700 point range, the reward for finishing first is minimal and the penalty for finishing anything less than first is punitive. I finish first 90% of the time I race MP. I make mistakes and finish 2nd or worse about 0.5% of the time. The other 9.5% of losses result from glitches (the Audi, but also inexplicable 10 point deductions for wins), hacks (esp. when everyone finishes at the same time), and stupid stuff like phone calls or battery warnings interrupting a match. In short, the reward algorithm punishes good drivers for reasons that have nothing to do with skill. It's going to be difficult, but I'm going to stop tracking my MP results. The number, in my opinion, is no longer meaningful. **END GRIPE / RANT**
Can Gameloft offer Windows 8/8.1 players discounts? I know that we're a minority of the playing field and I hate to complain but it's not fair only Android and iOS have discounts. If a player wanted to buy the Pagani Huayra on sale for 25% off he would buy a couple credit packs to get the car in time for the cup, letting Gameloft earn some money. He would also be happy in that he got a discount. He would have more incentive to play your game then and maybe spend dish out money to get another discounted car. It's a win-win situation! I bet there's also a 599X discount now, except not for Windows. Am I the only Windows player who feels this way or rather the only Windows player on this forum. Sorry for my annoying rant... just had to let off some steam.
Don't worry. No discount on 599xx, 8c competitoize from before, RUF rt 12 now and probably not on who knows later.
